Dual‐ion batteries (DIBs) have attracted much attention due to their advantages of low cost and especially environmental friendliness. However, the capacities of most DIBs are still unsatisfied (≈100 mAh g?1) ascribed to the limited capacity of anions intercalation for conventional graphite cathode. In this study, 3D porous microcrystalline carbon (3D‐PMC) was designed and synthesized via a self‐templated growth approach, and when used as cathode for a DIB, it allows both intercalation and adsorption of anions. The microcrystalline carbon is beneficial to obtain capacity originated from anions intercalation, and the 3D porous structure with a certain surface area contributes to anions adsorption capacity. With the synergistic effect, this 3D‐PMC is utilized as cathode and tin as anode for a sodium‐based DIB, which has a high capacity of 168.0 mAh g?1 at 0.3 A g?1, among the best values of reported DIBs so far. This cell also exhibits long‐term cycling stability with a capacity retention of ≈70% after 2000 cycles at a high current rate of 1 A g?1. In the quest to discover the properties of planar semiconductors, two‐dimensional molybdenum trioxide and dichalcogenides have recently attracted a large amount of interest. This family, which includes molybdenum trioxide (MoO3), disulphide (MoS2), diselenide (MoSe2) and ditelluride (MoTe2), possesses many unique properties that make its compounds appealing for a wide range of applications. These properties can be thickness dependent and may be manipulated via a large number of physical and chemical processes. Modality-independent elastography (MIE) is a method of elastography that reconstructs the elastic properties of tissue using images acquired under different loading conditions and a biomechanical model. Boundary conditions are a critical input to the algorithm and are often determined by time-consuming point correspondence methods requiring manual user input. This study presents a novel method of automatically generating boundary conditions by nonrigidly registering two image sets with a demons diffusion-based registration algorithm. The use of this method was successfully performed in silico using magnetic resonance and X-ray-computed tomography image data with known boundary conditions. These preliminary results produced boundary conditions with an accuracy of up to 80% compared to the known conditions. Demons-based boundary conditions were utilized within a 3-D MIE reconstruction to determine an elasticity contrast ratio between tumor and normal tissue. Two phantom experiments were then conducted to further test the accuracy of the demons boundary conditions and the MIE reconstruction arising from the use of these conditions. Preliminary results show a reasonable characterization of the material properties on this first attempt and a significant improvement in the automation level and viability of the method. 相似文献

A new Frequency-Hopping (FH) signal detection method is proposed. Different from previous methods which need to monitor the total band, it can monitor part of the band and decrease the range of the bandwidth. According to this method, a new detection model is set and the computation formulas of the detection probability and false-alarm probability are given. The parameters of a VHF radio are used to prove the validity of the method. Simulation results show that this method can decrease the range of the bandwidth and detect the FH signal with some penalty on the SNR and signal loss. 相似文献

Lead‐free perovskite materials are exhibiting bright application prospects in photodetectors (PDs) owing to their low toxicity compared with traditional lead perovskites. Unfortunately, their photoelectric performance is constrained by the relatively low charge conductivity and poor stability. In this work, photoresponsive transistors based on stable lead‐free bismuth perovskites CsBi3I10 and single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are first reported. The SWCNTs significantly strengthen the dissociation and transportation of the photogenerated charge carriers, which lead to dramatically improved photoresponsivity, while a decent Ilight/Idark ratio over 102 can be maintained with gate modulation. The devices exhibit high photoresponsivity (6.0 × 104 A W?1), photodetectivity (2.46 × 1014 jones), and external quantum efficiency (1.66 × 105%), which are among the best reported results in lead‐free perovskite PDs. Furthermore, the excellent stability over many other lead‐free perovskite PDs is demonstrated over 500 h of testing. More interestingly, the device also shows the application potential as a light‐stimulated synapse and its synaptic behaviors are demonstrated. In summary, the lead‐free bismuth perovskite‐based hybrid phototransistors with multifunctional performance of photodetection and light‐stimulated synapse are first demonstrated in this work. 相似文献
