ABSTRACT For a longer working distance between passive tags and the reader, the ferroelectric based technologies are proposed in UHF (860–960 MHz) band transponder. The small ferroelectric capacitor layout area with a stacked capacitor structure over circuit region and a large dielectric permittivity of 250 to 500 and small 1T1C cell array layout area with simple 2T2C based reference scheme allow small chip size. Copper films having thickness 600 nm were prepared on TiN using chemical vapour deposition (CVD). The deposited films were
annealed at various temperatures (350–550°C) in Ar and H2(10%)-Ar ambients. The changes in the grain size of the films upon annealing were investigated. Annealing in an H2(10%)-Ar ambient produced normal grain growth; annealing in an Ar ambient caused grain growth to stop at 550°C. The grain
size followed a monomodal distribution and the mean size increased in proportion to the square root of the annealing time,
indicating the curvature of the grain is the main driving force for grain growth. Upon annealing at 450°C for 30 min in an
H2(10%)-Ar ambient, the average grain size of the film increased from 122 nm to 219 nm, and the resistivity decreased from 2.35
μΩ cm to 2.12 μΩ cm at a film thickness of 600 nm.

Heat-induced denaturation of water-leached fish muscle proteins, as affected by addition of sucrose and/or salt, were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Net enthalpic changes for these muscle proteins were always endothermic in nature, and of a greater magnitude at faster heating rates. This was interpreted to infer that aggregation at lower heating rates led to formation of a gel structure in which potential bondings were more completely accomplished; that is, a more energetically favorable structure was attained with slow heating. The stabilization of proteins by sucrose, and destablization of proteins by salt, were revealed by shifts in transition peaks and activation energies, the latter determined by two methods of kinetic analysis. 相似文献

Atmospheric pressure plasma technology is gaining increasing importance because it is a simple and tunable synthesis process for the production of metallic nanoparticles. In addition to the development of the power supply, improving the reactor is also one of the main strategies to enhance the utility. In this study, a simple reactor for the gas–liquid discharge plasma induced by argon gas was applied to synthesize silver nanoparticles from silver nitrate (AgNO3) in solution. An AC power supply with a peak voltage of 3.5 kV was used. The frequency and on-time were set to 50 kHz and 2.5 μs, respectively. The oscilloscope showed that the rising time was approximately 2 μs. The ethanol was used as the source for the reactive reducing agent. No more additional components existed in the solution during the discharge and neither of the electrodes was in contact with the treated solution. The temperature increased by 10 °C within 1min without a cooling system. Carbon was the main impurity and was expected to be produced from the decomposition of the organics under the plasma. The elevated temperature decreased the organic by-products by evaporation and could also decrease the production of carbon. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the spherical silver nanoparticles with a size of approximately 10 nm were synthesized with a crystal structure and that a low concentration of ethanol prefers the production of the mono-dispersed colloid. 相似文献

Tip vortex cavitation noise of marine propeller became primary concerns to reduce hazardous environmental impacts from commercial ship or to keep the underwater surveillance of naval ships. The investigations of the tip vortex and its induced noise are normally conducted through the model test in a water cavitation tunnel. However the Reynolds number of model-test is much smaller than that of the full-scale, which subsequently results in the difference of tip vortex cavitation inception. Hence, the scaling law between model-and full-scales needs to be identified prior to the prediction and assessment of propeller noise in full scale. From previous researches, it is generally known that the incipient caivtation number of tip vortex can be represented as a power of the Reynolds number. However, the power exponent for scaling, which is the main focus of this research, has not been clearly studied yet. This paper deals with the estimation of scaling exponent based on tip vortex cavitation inception test in both full-and model-scale ships. Acoustical measurements as well as several kind of signal processing technique for an inception criterion suggest the scaling exponent as 0.30. The scaling value proposed in this study shows slight difference to the one of most recent research. Besides, extrapolation of model-ship noise measurement using the proposed one predicts the full-scale noise measurement with an acceptable discrepancy. 相似文献

In pyroprocessing,uranium(U) is recovered from molten LiCl-KCl salt,and,for safeguard purposes,it is important to analyze the U and Plutonium(Pu) concentrations in a timely manner.In the present work,salt samples containing U were fabricated.The laser used in the present work was an Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nm,a laser energy on the sample of11.5 mJ,and a pulse repetition rate of 10 Hz.The plasma emission light was measured with an Echelle spectrometer.A total of 100 points on the sample surface were measured as the laser incident position was changed.The U and potassium(K) peaks in the spectrum were identified.Univariate and multivariate analyzes were conducted to determine the accuracy and limit of detection(LOD) of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. 相似文献
