As one form of the energy resources, coal is becoming more and more important. Due to the particularity in coal mine production, mine accidents some time occur in countries all over the world, which result in large casualties and economic losses. As equipment that can provides the miners with an emergency shelter when the coal mine accidents occur, the underground coal mine refuge chamber is paid more and more attention by coal mine enterprises, and the application of the refuge chamber is increasingly widespread. The general functions, the classification, and the successful applications of the underground coal mine refuge chamber are illustrated first, and the research significance on the underground coal mine refuge chamber is stated. Following, the development status quo at home and abroad for the refuge chamber is introduced. Then, the implementation methods for the key functions of the underground coal mine refuge chamber are demonstrated. BACKGROUND: Disulfide exchange reactions are catalyzed by thiol/disulfide oxidoreductases. These enzymes possess a thioredoxin fold and contain a catalytic disulfide with the sequence Cys-X-X-Cys at the N terminus of an alpha helix. Despite these similarities, the various members differ strongly in their redox potentials (-122 mV to -270 mV). Using the strong oxidant DsbA from Escherichia coli as a model system, we investigated whether the redox properties of these enzymes can be modulated rationally by exchange of the X-X dipeptide. RESULTS: The X-X dipeptide of DsbA (Cys30-Pro31-His32-Cys33) was exchanged by the dipeptides of eukaryotic protein disulfide isomerase (PDI; Gly-His), glutaredoxin (Pro-Tyr), and thioredoxin (Gly-Pro) from E. coli. All variants were less oxidizing than wild-type DsbA and their redox potentials were in the order of the related natural enzymes (DsbA > PDI > glutaredoxin > thioredoxin). The equilibrium constant between glutathione and the thioredoxin-like variant increased 1200-fold compared with wild-type DsbA. The variants also showed a strong increase in the pKa of the nucleophilic cysteine (Cys30). As for glutaredoxin and thioredoxin, the catalytic disulfide stabilized the corresponding variants while destabilizing wild-type DsbA and the PDI-like variant. CONCLUSIONS: The X-X dipeptide in the active site of thiol/disulfide oxidoreductases appears to be the main determinant of the redox properties of these enzymes. This empirical finding should be very useful for the design of new thiol/disulfide oxidoreductases with altered redox potentials and for studying the function of these enzymes in vivo.  相似文献

Glass-ceramic materials were developed as a sealant in the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) in the temperature range of 800 -850 ℃. The glass materials were based on the glass and glass-ceramic in the BaO-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-La2O3-B2O3 system. The thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) decreased with lower Ba^2+ content and higher Ca^2+ content, but the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature increased greatly with an increase in Ca^2+ content and a decrease in Ba^2+ content, when the other components in the sealant were invariable. The TEC of the sealant with Ba^2+ content of 25.4% was 10.8 × 10^-6 K^- 1(temperature range from 25 to 850℃), and its softening temperature was 950 ℃. The TEC of the sealant accorded well with that of La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.5Mg0.2o3- 6(LSGM) with a mismatch of only 3%. The sealant had superior stability and compatibility with the LSGM electrolyte during the process of operation in SOFC. The weight loss of the sealant with Ba^2+ content of 25.4% was approfimately zero after heat-treated at 800℃ for 500 h in H2 and O2 atmosphere, respectively.  相似文献

Under the influence of crosswinds,the running safety of trains will decrease sharply,so it is necessary to optimize the suspension parameters of trains.This paper studies the dynamic performance of high-speed trains under cross-wind conditions,and optimizes the running safety of train.A computational fluid dynamics simulation was used to determine the aerodynamic loads and moments experienced by a train.A series of dynamic models of a train,with different dynamic parameters were constructed,and analyzed,with safety metrics for these being determined.Finally,a surrogate model was built and an optimization algorithm was used upon this surrogate model,to find the mini-mum possible values for:derailment coefficient,vertical wheel-rail contact force,wheel load reduction ratio,wheel lateral force and overturning coefficient.There were 9 design variables,all associated with the dynamic parameters of the bogie.When the train was running with the speed of 350 km/h,under a crosswind speed of 15 m/s,the bench-mark dynamic model performed poorly.The derailment coefficient was 1.31.The vertical wheel-rail contact force was 133.30 kN.The wheel load reduction rate was 0.643.The wheel lateral force was 85.67 kN,and the overturning coef-ficient was 0.425.After optimization,under the same running conditions,the metrics of the train were 0.268,100.44 kN,0.474,34.36 kN,and 0.421,respectively.This paper show that by combining train aerodynamics,vehicle system dynamics and many-objective optimization theory,a train's stability can be more comprehensively analyzed,with more safety metrics being considered.  相似文献

为了改善高锰钢的组织性能,提高其铸件的质量.对原始高锰钢进行了钨元素的合金化处理,采用金相组织分析硬度测试、抗拉分析等手段研究了钨合金化处理后高锰钢的组织与性能.结果表明:随着钨含量的增加,高锰钢的晶粒明显细化,夹杂物的尺寸和分布也得到了改善.机械性能方面,合金高锰钢的硬度提高了17.5%~47.4%,最高能达到25.2 HRC.抗拉强度随着钨元素的加入也得到改善,提高了7.9%~17.7%,最高能达到491 MPa.钨合金化处理能够改善高锰钢的硬度和抗拉强度.  相似文献

A stepped impedance spiral resonator suitable for high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filter with bandwidth narrower than 0.5% is presented. An eight-pole demonstration HTS filter is developed with a central frequency of 650 MHz and a bandwidth of 0.3%. The measurements show that the insertion loss is less than 0.3 dB, and the return loss is better than 16 dB. The filter has out-of-band rejections of 65 dB at 2 MHz below the passband and 80 dB at 2 MHz above the passband, respectively.  相似文献
