粘合剂流变特性的研究(待续)

本文从流变学的观点出发,分析粘合剂在配制及粘结过程中,反映出不同的流变特性,而粘合剂本身的流动、粘度、触变性与涂胶及其粘合的质量关系重大。     

Genetic determinants of p53-induced apoptosis and growth arrest

Previous studies have suggested that expression of p53 in cancer cells can result in either growth arrest or apoptosis. Accordingly, expression of p53 in a series of colorectal cancer cell lines yielded growth arrest in some lines (A-lines) and apoptosis in others (D-lines). To investigate the basis of this difference, we evaluated the role of p21WAF1/Cip1, a known mediator of p53-induced growth arrest. Inactivation of p21 by homologous recombination converted an A-line to a D-line, suggesting that p21 could protect cells from apoptosis. However, examination of p53-induced p21 expression in naturally occurring D-lines and A-lines demonstrated that the induction of p21 could not account for the differential response to p53. Moreover, when a D-line was fused to an A-line, the resulting hybrid cells underwent apoptosis in response to p53, indicating that the apoptosis pathway was dominant over the growth arrest pathway. Therefore, the apoptotic response to p53 in colorectal cancer cells is modulated by at least two factors: p21-mediated growth arrest that can protect cells from apoptosis in A-cells, and trans-acting factors in D-cells that can overcome this protection, resulting in cell death.

Mechanical performance of ceramic matrix composite I-beams

Experimental studies have been performed on ceramic matrix composite (CMC) I-sections, which typify joint designs for CMC components. Axial loads and moments have been applied to activate delamination mechanisms. The maximum load bearing capacity has large variability, governed by the severity of manufacturing flaws located in the transition region of the I-section. This variability leads to an unsatisfactory design situation. Delaminations that form from these flaws arrest and behave in a stable manner, subject to a remanent load bearing capacity. This remanent capacity has minimal variability. Hence, design based on the remanent load would be robust. An expression for this design criterion is presented.     

主动推送模式下的情报需求预测模型

针对主动推送模式下的情报需求预测问题,提出了基于案例推理的解决方案。设计了进行情报需求预测案例分析的工作流程,建立了案例属性描述模型;应用最近邻法进行案例的相似度评价,并通过信息增益的计算确定每个属性的权值,获得相似案例(集);提出了方案调整和推理策略。

舰载雷达探测误差传递与灵敏度分析

在舰艇及编队指控系统中,来自不同平台的传感器探测系统偏差失配是影响态势一致性的关键因素。本文采用理论建模和数字仿真相结合的方法,对舰载雷达探测和处理涉及各环节的偏差进行分析,建立了雷达测量、坐标转换、平台定姿定位和基线转换等各环节偏差影响模型和舰载雷达探测的等效偏差模型。理论分析和计算机仿真结果表明,雷达方位测量、平台艏向和甲板艏向形变引起的偏差均可以直接迭加到方位上,合并为方位偏差;同时,在目标俯仰角小于10°的情况下,基本上可以忽略甲板形变、平台姿态偏差对目标方位测量的影响。     

多站虚拟量测变换均值无源定位算法

在多站无源均值定位算法中,为了解决部分传感器间夹角过大或过小所导致的定位精度下降问题,提出一种基于虚拟量测变换的多传感器管理无源定位算法.首先在全局坐标系下分析了传感器间夹角对误差几何稀释度(GDOP)的影响,进而得到双站获得较好定位精度的夹角约束关系;其次针对不满足该约束关系的传感器组合提出一种虚拟量测变换定位算法,通过空间管理的方法达到对传感器的优化布站,并结合算法的实施步骤对其原理及特点进行了理论分析,尤其对变换前后的交点精度进行了比较.仿真结果表明虚拟量测算法的定位精度要明显优于均值算法,进而说明该算法的有效性及传感器管理在多站无源定位中的重要作用.
