The effects of inter-electrode insertion on the performance of a hollow-electrode plasma torch have been investigated by numerical analysis. Simulation results revealed that when inter-electrodes are inserted, the arc voltages and plasma powers increase due to the increase in the arc length. In addition,it was predicted that thermal efficiency can be improved with the increase in plasma power by injecting plasma gases through the gaps between inter-electrodes. These unique effects of inter-electrode insertion are a result of the plasma temperatures adjusting themselves to increase arc voltages when the arc column is contracted radially by increasing gas-flow rate or decreasing inter-electrode diameter.  相似文献

Polymeric microparticles provide great potentials for applications originated from their high surface area and functionalities and thus have attained many attentions in various fields. Here, we attempt to fabricate polymeric micropowders based on the reversible thermal crosslinking (Diels-Alder reaction). Initially, poly(FEEMA) obtained from the radical polymerization of furan functionalized monomer and partially crosslinked poly(FEEMA) respectively. The physical properties of base-polymer for fabrication of microparticles have changed in order to control thermal responsible property of final micro particles. Based on Diels-Alder reaction, microparticles in the size range of 200 nm–2 μm were successfully prepared using polymer precursors and cross-linker in oil-in-water emulsion. Controlling the molecular weight as well as crosslinked density of polymer precursors makes it possible to adjust the thermal properties (glass transition temperature and retro-Diels-Alder temperature) of the microparticles. These series of method can provide thermal triggered, selective meltdown microparticles for several application fields such as selective gluing, patching, filling or healing by applying external heat.  相似文献

Due to the ossification of the current Internet, it is difficult to launch new service. One of solutions is network virtualization. Numerous virtual network embedding (VNE) algorithms have been proposed in many literatures. But, there is no general methods or frameworks for evaluation of these algorithms. We have analyzed a number of studies, and found appropriate evaluation indexes that can be used in evaluating the functionalities of VNE algorithms. Based on those indexes, we presented a new evaluation method of secure VNE algorithms. To make a virtual network with the various requirements, the infrastructure provider needs effective resource allocation algorithm. The role of VNE is to allocate physical resources to virtual nodes or links to form virtual networks. In order to use the resources of physical networks, appropriate resource allocation algorithms are required. We found a set of evaluation indexes by analyzing the previous proposed researches. Through analysis, we found that our proposed method can be grouped into two functional attributes for classification. One attribute is the basic attributes that mean special features of architecture and the other is the evaluation attributes that perform the assessment of algorithms. We have evaluated the algorithms with our proposed evaluation methods and found to be useful to choose the appropriate algorithm to the infrastructure provider. The proposed method was found to be more convenient to perform the evaluation of the algorithms in real-world simulation. This method helps infrastructure providers to choose the appropriate VNE algorithm.  相似文献

介绍了地铁站内烟气流动和控制的试验和数值研究。在三个真正地铁站内利用甲醇油池火作为燃料进行了试验,用所获得数据来验证地铁站火灾数值模型,并进一步检验其烟控系统的性能。在站内使用了制量烟气流动模型,再现了最简单条件下每个站点的试验结果,然后把结果跟其他试验条件下的试验结果进行了比较。最后,用模型预测更复杂火灾的烟气流动情况。另外,还讨论了地铁系统的有效设计和火灾安全设施的正常运作情况。通过限制内饰面材料的燃烧性能或者安装自动喷淋系统都可以有效控制热释放速率,且在站点两端开设逃生路线、站台和地铁隧道直接卷帘的正常启动等可有效保证安全疏散。  相似文献

To understand the collective properties of nanoparticles, it is necessary to control the particle size, spacing and ordering. Here we describe the chemical synthesis of well-controlled silver nanoparticles, the wet coat preparation and the optical properties of its film. The light incidence angle and polarization dependency of the resonant spectra show distinctive surface plasmon resonance extinction peaks for isolated particles and the coupled modes of neighbouring particles. Furthermore, we discuss the thermal treatment and dielectric surrounding effects on the optical properties of silver nanoparticle film.  相似文献
