多孔材料负载烯烃配位聚合催化剂的研究进展

综述了将均相烯烃配位聚合催化剂(即Ziegler-Natta催化剂、茂金属催化剂和后过渡金属催化剂)负载于具有不同孔结构与孔径的多孔材料(如SiO2、分子筛等)上进行烯烃聚合的研究进展,分析了载体和催化剂组成对配位聚合活性及聚合物性能的影响。多孔材料不但具有承载活性组分、改善其分散性的作用,并且其纳米空间对聚合过程中单体的扩散起到限制作用,使单体的插入方式和链增长过程与自由空间不同,因此改变了聚合反应活性和聚合物的相对分子质量及其分布、熔点和等规度等性质。     

Quantum-well-doped FET (QUD-FET)

A novel FET using a 2DEG is presented. The FET has an AlAs/GaAs/AlAs single quantum well with planar doping in the centre of the GaAs layer. The conduction channels are composed of a 2DEG generated in undoped GaAs layers outside the well. The measured 2DEG concentration was 1.8?2 × 1012cm?2 with electron mobilities of 3500cm2/Vs at RT and 10500cm2/Vs at 77K. A 1.5?m-gate-length FET exhibits a maximum transconductance of 174 mS/mm and a maximum current exceeding 300 mA/mm at 77K.     

低能见度环境下多出口场馆人群疏散研究

为了提高多出口场馆人群疏散效率,针对低能见度环境下多出口场馆人群疏散问题,在基本的社会力模型上加入了领导者吸引力和能见度范围的限制,建立了低能见度环境下多出口场馆人群疏散仿真模型,研究低能见度条件下人群疏散行为及疏散领导者对疏散结果的影响。在改进的社会力模型中,每个待疏散人员只对能见度范围内的其他个体或墙壁存在心理作用力,并且只有疏散领导者和出口附近的个体能够准确地判断出口位置,而其他个体只能根据能见度范围内的环境信息或疏散领导者的领导进行疏散。仿真结果显示,该模型可以较好地模拟出低能见度环境下多出口场馆人群疏散情形,疏散领导者选择距离最近的出口为疏散方向,普通个体会跟随能见度范围内的大多数个体或疏散领导者进行疏散,且疏散领导者的存在和其初始位置的合理设定能够提高疏散效率。

Protein profiles and total antioxidant capacity of water‐soluble and water‐insoluble fractions of white brined goat cheese at different stages of ripening

This study deals with proteolysis and total antioxidant capacity of proteins of white brined cheese prepared from overheated goat milk and ripened for fifty days. Proteolytic changes were reflected through the relatively low level of soluble nitrogen (50 days ripened cheese had 15.32 g/100 g of water‐soluble nitrogen, 8.1 g/100 g of TCA‐soluble nitrogen and 2.69 g/100 g of PTA‐SN), intensive proteolysis of α_s2‐CN during initial 10 days of ripening (up to 50.70% of initial content) and its much slower degradation through further 40 days, slow but continual decrease of β‐CN content (up to 85.14% of residual content) and high level of proteolytic products tightly bounded into gel network. Total antioxidant capacity of water‐soluble and water‐insoluble fractions increased after cheese ripening. These findings could be useful for better understanding and control over the production of white brined goat cheese as highly valuable functional product.     

舞钢连铸辊堆焊设备的改造实践

连铸辊在连铸生产中会产生表面裂纹、磨损、弯曲、剥离掉肉等缺陷,严重时不但影响其使用寿命,还直接影响到钢坯质量。采用堆焊方法既可以消除这些缺陷,同时还能取得修旧利废和提高钢坯质量的双重目的。舞钢充分利用报废CDZ6140车床和闲置ZD5-1250自动埋弧焊机,将其改造成连铸辊埋弧自动堆焊的专用设备。缺陷连铸辊经过堆焊、加工和修磨,完全满足连铸生产的工艺要求,达到了新连铸辊的质量和使用寿命。     

Highly sensitive Hall magnetic sensor microsystem in CMOStechnology

A highly sensitive magnetic sensor microsystem based on a Hall device is presented. This microsystem consists of a Hall device improved by an integrated magnetic concentrator and new circuit architecture for the signal processing. It provides an amplification of the sensor signal with a resolution better than 30 μV and a periodic offset cancellation while the output of the microsystem is available in continuous time.
