Lithium orthosilicate reduction was examined by Temperature Programmed Reaction (TPR) and Temperature Programmed Desorption (TPD) methods performed in He (or Ar) + H2 purge gas flowing through pebble bed specimens. The parameters governing the kinetics and the steady-state of the reduction process to Li4SiO4−x were determined at 800°C. The level x of the O-vacancy concentration at steady-state (of the order of 1.5×10−3 mole fraction) was found to be compatible with the impurities content in the specimens. Pebble pre-annealing treatments were found to affect the microstructure and the reduction mechanism. Post-irradiation tritium release by TPD tests were performed on both stoichiometric and reduced pebbles with similar results. Tritium release properties of this breeder system seem to be independent from the material reduction state (x).  相似文献

To solve test challenges in nanometer CMOS technologies, a time-domain digital-intensive built-in tester for analog circuits is proposed. The compact tester allows characterizations of AC response and DC gain for various analog circuits which have a low-pass frequency characteristic. By applying ramp signals to stimulate the circuit under test and measuring slopes and time delays of its responses, the testing can be simple and robust over process-voltage-temperature variations. Also, it is well suited for nanometer technologies because of its digital-intensive implementation. The tester was fabricated in 65 nm standard CMOS process and occupies 0.026 mm2.  相似文献

A high voltage step-up nonisolated DC–DC converter based on coupled inductors suitable to photovoltaic (PV) systems applications is proposed in this paper. Considering that numerous approaches exist to extend the voltage conversion ratio of DC–DC converters that do not use transformers, a detailed comparison is also presented among the proposed converter and other popular topologies such as the conventional boost converter and the quadratic boost converter. The qualitative analysis of the coupled-inductor-based topology is developed so that a design procedure can be obtained, from which an experimental prototype is implemented to validate the theoretical assumptions.  相似文献

The skin is the largest organ in the human body, comprising the main barrier against the environment. When the skin loses its integrity, it is critical to replace it to prevent water loss and the proliferation of opportunistic infections. For more than 40 years, tissue-engineered skin grafts have been based on the in vitro culture of keratinocytes over different scaffolds, requiring between 3 to 4 weeks of tissue culture before being used clinically. In this study, we describe the development of a polymerizable skin hydrogel consisting of keratinocytes and fibroblast entrapped within a fibrin scaffold. We histologically characterized the construct and evaluated its use on an in vivo wound healing model of skin damage. Our results indicate that the proposed methodology can be used to effectively regenerate skin wounds, avoiding the secondary in vitro culture steps and thus, shortening the time needed until transplantation in comparison with other bilayer skin models. This is achievable due to the instant polymerization of the keratinocytes and fibroblast combination that allows a direct application on the wound. We suggest that the polymerizable skin hydrogel is an inexpensive, easy and rapid treatment that could be transferred into clinical practice in order to improve the treatment of skin wounds.  相似文献

Suitable Carleman estimates give us the observability of the adjoint system in the one dimensional case. The worldwide production of bamboo generates large volumes of leaf wastes, which are deposited in landfills or burned in an uncontrolled manner, with negative effects in the environment. The ash obtained by calcining of the bamboo leaf waste, shows good qualities as supplementary cementing material for the production of blended cements.The current paper shows a detailed scientific study of a Brazilian bamboo leaf ash (BLA) calcined at 600 °C in small scale condition, by using different techniques (XRF, XRD, SEM/EDX, FT–IR, TG/DTG) and technical study in order to analyse the behaviour of this ash in blended cements elaborated with 10% and 20% by mass of BLA. The results stated that this ash shows a very high pozzolanic activity, with a reaction rate constant K of the order of 10?1/h and type I CSH gel was the main hydrated phase obtained from pozzolanic reaction. The BLA blended cements (10% and 20%) complied with the physical and mechanical requirements of the existing European standards.  相似文献
