Simulation of local effect of reinforcement on temperature field during solidification of aluminum metal matrix composite

The effect of reinforcement on the solidification of pure metal matrix composites （MMCs） was simulated using a two-dimensional solidification temperature field model by the finite element method. The concept of the character length was proposed to describe the size of reinforcement local heat influential zone in MMCs solidification according to the change of the morphologies of solid-liquid interface. The relationship between the character length and the geometrical conditions, the boundary condition and physical properties of the reinforcement were studied, respectively. The results show that the width of the unit and the cold boundary temperature have no effect on the character lengths but have effect on the distance between cold boundary and reinforcement （/） and the thermal parameters of the reinforcement. An experimental rule to predict the value of the character length was derived and applied.     

Effects of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of the cavity for ceramic packages

The effects of thickness and types of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of gold plating on cavity surface of ceramic package were investigated. It was found that the thicker gold plating, the less discoloration degree for ceramic packages. Non-cyanide gold plating performed better resistance to high-temperature aging than cyanide gold plating. The relationship between the gold plating thickness and the amount of diffused Ni to the gold plating of ceramic packages with Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co platings after heating at 420℃for 15 min was also studied. When the gold plating thickness reach 2.0 μm and 1.6 μm for Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co plating systems, respectively, no discoloration was observed on the gold plating surface of cavity, and the corresponding diffused Ni amounts (mass fraction) are 1.0% and 0.4%, while the diffused Co to the gold plating is 0.04%.     

EFFECT OF γ-IRRADIATION ON CuZnAl SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY

用透射电子显微镜和正电子湮没等分析手段,研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金的γ辐照效应,此合金经一定剂量的γ辐照后,马氏体转变温度明显提高,而形状记忆功能仍保持不变。     

钨钴硬质合金电化学蚀刻加工研究

对YG6硬质合金电化学蚀刻工艺进行了研究,提出了采用光致抗蚀剂作保护膜,在生成一定钝化膜的情况下进行电化学蚀刻的方法.在一定的蚀刻深度范围内,该工艺的可控性好、腐蚀区表面质量较好.     

小方坯粘结漏钢的检验与分析

粘结漏钢严重影响铸机生产率提高.对粘结漏钢残留坯壳进行检验分析,发现其具有外表面振痕紊乱、坯壳厚度从上向下逐渐变薄等特点.分析原因,制定相应的解决措施,取得了较好的效果.     

基于I2C总线技术的等离子喷焊系统的研究

阐述了基于I^2C总线技术的等离子喷焊过程控制系统的设计原理，介绍了软硬件及接口设计技术。实践表明，采用I^2C总线技术，不仅使系统的芯片大大减少，系统的灵活性增强，而且提高了系统的抗干扰能力。
