一种高效的网格资源监测算法ACTC的改进算法

资源监控是网格计算的关键组成部分。资源监控算法既要保证网格系统中资源信息高保真度又要考虑资源信息在网络传输中的负担最低。ACTC算法就是为实现以上目的而被提出,但是算法中对资源信息更新量的动态门槛值(d_threshold)计算方式不合理,有可能导致算法演变成低级的单纯依靠时间敏感机制(TSM)来发送资源更新通知,并且算法中遗漏了一些极端情况的考虑。提出了新的d_threshold计算公式和限制条件,进行性能改进和完善,并对改进前后两算法进行实验对比。实验表明,改进后算法提高了资源信息准确性,并使监控系统     

Application of open-pit and underground mining technology for residual coal of end slopes

Given the conditions of residual coal from the boundary of a flat dipping open-pit mine,which uses strip areas mining and inner dumping with slope-covering,we propose an open-pit and underground integrated mining technology for residual coal of end slopes.In the proposal a conveyance road and ventilation conveyance near the slope are built,corresponding to the pit mining area and the surface coal mine dump,as well as an interval haulage tunnel and air-inlet tunnel.The outcome shows that such mining method may reduce the effect to slope stability from underground mining,it does not affect the dumping advance and has a high recovery rate of residual coal resources.The working face is timbered by single hydraulic props,transported by a scraper conveyor and supported by coal walls.This method of mining is one of layered top coal caving,with high resource recovery,low production cost where positive economic benefit can be realized.     

高素质人才加入公务员队伍的制约因素和对策研究

治国重在治吏,善治来于"善吏",政府的社会作用是通过全体公务员的有效工作体现出来。随着我国公务员制度的逐步完善,公务员的素质已有所提高,但高素质人才占公务员总体的比例仍然不高,这与我国的人才外流、公务员制度运行及人才服务体系不健全等现象也有一定关系。本文通过对我国公务员队伍现状的分析,指出了阻碍高素质人才加入公务员队伍的原因,并相应地提出了吸引和激励更多高素质的人才加入到公务员队伍对策。     

Application of structural curvature of coalbed floor on CBM development in the Zaoyuan block of the southern Qinshui Basin

Based on controls of structural style and the position in coalbed methane(CBM)development,we used a method of curvatures to study its relations with CBM development parameters.We calculated structural curvatures of contours of the No.3coal seam floor of the Shanxi Formation in the Zaoyuan block of the Qinshui Basin and analyzed its relations with development parameters of coalbed methane wells.The results show that structural curvature is negatively related to coal reservoir pressure,while positively related to permeability.With an increase in structural curvature,the average production of coalbed methane wells increases at first and then decreases,reaching the highest production at 0.02 m-1 of structural curvature.Therefore,structural curvature can be an important index for potential evaluation of coalbed methane development and provide a basis for siting coalbed methane wells.     

An improvement to the simulation of phase-change heat-transfer during soil freezing and thawing

A new variable time step method, which is called the backwards calculating time step method, is presented in this paper. It allows numerical simulation of soil freezing and thawing while avoiding "phase change missing and overflowing". A sensitive heat capacity model is introduced through which the calculation errors are analyzed. Then the equation using the self-adjusted time step is presented and solved using finite differences. Through this equation, the time needed for a space cell to reach the phase change point temperature is calculated. Using this time allows the time step to be adjusted so that errors caused by "phase change missing and overflowing" are successfully eliminated. Above all, the obvious features of this method are an accelerated rate for adjusting the time step and simplifing the computations. An actual example proves that this method can accurately calculate the temperature fields during soil freezing and thawing. It is an improvement over traditional methods and can be widely used on com- plicated multi-dimensional phase change problems.

利用米曲霉对牛乳进行发酵,通过单因子及正交试验以菌丝体干重为指标对其在牛乳中的生长进行了研究．结果表明：接种量为4％,装液量为30mL,摇床转速为180r／min时菌丝体干重可达到最大．此外测得最大菌丝体干重时的蛋白质分解率可达35．6％．
