Smart grid has drawn a lot of attention and investment in recent years, which not only helps the modern generation and distribution of traditional power but also highly widens the application of renewable energy sources. However, the main challenges in the application of smart grid are 1. the privacy preservation of users' information and 2. the trustful transmission channel among peers. In order to solve these problems, VPN and blockchain can be considered since they have some features perfectly suitable for these situations. In this paper, we propose a smart grid system based on WireGuard and Hyperledger Fabric to solve the problems mentioned above. And we also implement the whole system and give a view by web application. What's more, all the functionalities are displayed and tested, including building a smart device simulator, deploying data visualization and making some performance evaluations about transactions and WireGuard communication. Experiment results show that the introduction of WireGuard into network infrastructure does not cause too much loss of bandwidth and delay, but it ensures a certain degree of communication security. And Fabric provides the consistency and traceability of transactions in smart grid system.  相似文献

This paper investigates the stabilization of uncertain networked control systems (NCSs) with actuator saturation and cyberattacks. The cyberattacks are governed by a set of independent random variables satisfying Bernoulli distribution. To relieve the network bandwidth load effectively, an event-triggered communication strategy is proposed. By employing Lyapunov stability theory and stochastic analysis techniques, a stability criterion is obtained for the system with actuator saturation and cyberattacks. Moreover, the desired controller gain is derived by solving some matrix inequalities. Finally, the validity and applicability of the criteria are verified through numerical examples.  相似文献

A thermo-damage-viscoelastic model for hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) composite propellant with consideration for the effect of temperature was implemented in ABAQUS. The damage evolution law of the model has the same form as the crack growth equation for viscoelastic materials, and only a single damage variable \(S\) is considered. The HTPB propellant was considered as an isotropic material, and the deviatoric and volumetric strain-stress relations are decoupled and described by the bulk and shear relaxation moduli, respectively. The stress update equations were expressed by the principal stresses \(\sigma_{ii}^{R}\) and the rotation tensor \(M\), the Jacobian matrix in the global coordinate system \(J_{ijkl}\) was obtained according to the fourth-order tensor transformation rules. Two models having complex stress states were used to verify the accuracy of the constitutive model. The test results showed good agreement with the strain responses of characteristic points measured by a contactless optical deformation test system, which illustrates that the thermo-damage-viscoelastic model perform well at describing the mechanical properties of an HTPB propellant.  相似文献

As an attractive alternative to plasmid DNA, messenger RNA (mRNA) has recently emerged as a promising class of nucleic acid therapeutics for biomedical applications. Advances in addressing the inherent shortcomings of mRNA and in the development of nanoparticle-based delivery systems have prompted the development and clinical translation of mRNA-based medicines. In this review, we discuss the chemical modification strategies of mRNA to improve its stability, minimize immune responses, and enhance translational efficacy. We also highlight recent progress in nanoparticle-based mRNA delivery. Considerable attention is given to the increasingly widespread applications of mRNA nanomedicine in the biomedical fields of vaccination, protein-replacement therapy, gene editing, and cellular reprogramming and engineering.  相似文献

Different from reversible image data hiding, most reversible video data hiding schemes have the particular problem that the distortion due to hidden data will spread and accumulate. In this paper, the problem of distortion drift caused by reversible data hiding in compressed video is analyzed, and a lossless drift compensation scheme is proposed to restrain the distortion for the first time. In order to ensure the reversibility, drift compensation signals are merged in the quantized DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) coefficients of P-frames and the corresponding recovery mechanism is presented as well. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed lossless drift compensation scheme significantly improves the video quality, and the original compressed video can be recovered exactly after the hidden data and compensation signals are removed. In addition, the proposed scheme does not depend on specific reversible data hiding method.  相似文献

为了解决多传感器目标识别中不同等级信息源数据的融合问题,在研究DSmT证据理论的基础上,引入证据可信度矩阵.依据可信度矩阵对证据进行转化,使之可以用传统的方法进行证据融合.将这种方法应用到等级不同的多传感器目标识别中,可以解决传统证据理论只能进行相同等级传感器目标识别的难题.仿真实验表明,该方法提高了目标识别的准确性和有效性.  相似文献
