彩色PDP用玻璃基板

本文讨论了彩色ＰＤＰ现用钠钙玻璃的热稳定性，指出由于这种玻璃在热处理过程中易变形和收缩，因而不适合作大面积彩色ＰＤＰ基板材料，介绍了彩色ＰＤＰ基板玻璃的制造方法和特点。最后介绍了日本旭硝子公司和美国康宁公司各自为彩色ＰＤＰ新开发的玻璃基板材料ＰＤ２００和ＣＳ２５。     

晶须取向对SiCw／Al复合材料切削表面质量的影响

切削与晶须取向方向间的夹角对ＳｉＣｗ／Ａｌ复合材料切削表面质量有很大影响。当切削角为４５°时，晶须拔出和转动现象均较少，复合材料切削表面粗糙度最低。当切削角为１３５度时，晶段转动造成的撕裂破坏程度很大，复合材料切削表面粗糙度最大。     

微量Ag对CP276合金性能和组织的影响

研究添加不同含量的Ａｇ对ＣＰ２７６合金的拉伸性能和时效组织的影响。对拉伸强度、延伸率测试及透射电镜观察表明：０．１１ｗｔ％加入可促进Ｔ１相析出，使合金强度值升高；０．３５ｗｔ％Ａｇ的加入可在时效前期生成富Ａｇ、Ｍｇ的稳定的ＧＰ区，从而降低合金中Ｃｕ的固溶度，阻碍Ｔ１相析出，时效后期，ＧＰ区分解，生成大量Ｔ１相，使合金强度值显著升高。     

粘土矿物对低渗透储层性质的影响——以鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系低渗透储层为例

粘土矿物是低渗砂岩储层的主要胶结物，对储层物性及开发过程中储层物性变化趋势有着重要的影响和控制作用。另外，粘土矿物也蕴含着大量沉积环境介质的物理化学信息，认识其自然规律，可以有效地指导预测有利储层，认识和改造油层。以鄂尔多斯盆地砂岩储层中的粘土矿物为研究对象，探讨分析粘土矿物对低渗储层性质的影响，该研究对含油气盆地低渗储层有效开发具有一定的参考价值。     

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Heat-treated GeSb_2Te_4 Thin Films

The effect of annealing on microstructure,adhesive and frictional properties of GeSb 2 Te 4 films were experimentally studied.The GeSb 2 Te 4 films were prepared by radio frequency(RF)magnetron sputtering,and annealed at 200℃and 340℃under vacuum circumstance,respectively.The adhesion and friction experiments were mainly conducted with a lateral force microscope(LFM)for the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films before and after annealing.Their morphology and phase structure were analyzed by using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)techniques,and the nanoindention was employed to evaluate their hardness values.Moreover,an electric force microscope(EFM)was used to measure the surface potential. It is found that the deposited GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film undergoes an amorphous-to-fcc and fcc-to-hex structure transition;the adhesion has a weaker dependence on the surface roughness,but a certain correlation with the surface potential of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films.And the friction behavior of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films follows their adhesion behavior under a lower applied load.However,such a relation is replaced by the mechanical behavior when the load is relatively higher.Moreover,the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film annealed at 340℃presents a lubricative property.

Investigation of texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation

The texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation was investigated in this study. Five colour centers were selected and textured colour pairs were generated using scanned textile woven fabrics and colour‐mapping technique. The textured and solid colour pairs were then displayed on a characterized cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor for colour difference evaluation. The colour difference values for the pairs with texture patterns are equal to 5.0 CIELAB units in lightness direction. The texture level was represented by the half‐width of histogram, which is called texture strength in this study. High correlation was found between texture strength and visual colour difference for textured colour pairs, which indicates that an increasing of 10 units of texture strength in luminance would cause a decreasing of 0.25 units visual difference for the five colour centers. The ratio of visual difference between textured and solid colour pairs also indicates a high parametric effect of texture. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reticulated Porous Multiphase Ceramics with Improved Compressive Strength and Fracture Toughness

A multiphase reticulated porous ceramic (RPC) as Si₃N₄–Al₂O₃–SiO₂ was fabricated by replication techniques. Proper volumes of additives and twice sinter- twice immerse process endow the RPC an excellent crack healing and submerging property. The compressive strength and fracture toughness improved owing to the crack bridging behavior. The existence of pores in struts in RPC blunt the crack tip and increased the external force needed to propagate the crack. The mechanisms play a beneficial role in enhancing the compressive strength and fracture strength. Si₃N₄ RPC with additives of 5%Al and 5% Al₂O₃ yielded the compressive strength of 9.8 MPa and fracture toughness of 0.3 MPa m^1/2.
