Multiferroic BiFeO3 films of smooth surface and fully-saturated ferroelectric hysteresis loops have been grown by RF magnetron sputtering. The (001)-oriented epitaxial films showed a large remanent polarisation of 61 µC/cm2. A strategy to grow BiFeO3 films of good ferroelectric property was demonstrated, that was using fast growth rate to achieve accurate stoichiometry for the BiFeO3 phase and at the same time to avoid the formation of impurity phases associated with the fast growth by accurate control of thermodynamic parameters such as oxygen partial pressure and temperature, as well as proper selection of substrates. Piezoresponse force microscopy revealed fine spontaneous domains for highly resistive epitaxial films, which were switchable under DC biases. For the polycrystalline films of increased density of free carriers, single-domain grains of about 200 nm in diameter were observed due to effective compensation of depolarisation field by free carriers and therefore allowing larger domains. 相似文献

The application of nanoparticles (NPs) to drug delivery has led to the development of novel nanotherapeutics for the treatment of various diseases including cancer. However, clinical use of NP‐mediated drug delivery has not always translated into improved survival of cancer patients, in part due to the suboptimal properties of NP platforms, such as premature drug leakage during preparation, storage, or blood circulation, lack of active targeting to tumor tissue and cells, and poor tissue penetration. Herein, an innovative reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐responsive polyprodrug is reported that can self‐assemble into stable NPs with high drug loading. This new NP platform is composed of the following key components: (i) polyprodrug inner core that can respond to ROS for triggered release of intact therapeutic molecules, (ii) polyethylene glycol (PEG) outer shell to prolong blood circulation; and (iii) surface‐encoded internalizing RGD (iRGD) to enhance tumor targeting and tissue penetration. These targeted ROS‐responsive polyprodrug NPs show significant inhibition of tumor cell growth both in vitro and in vivo. 相似文献

为改善花生分离蛋白膜的性能,本文研究了不同添加剂对可食性花生分离蛋白膜色度、水溶性、透光率、阻氧性、阻水性以及机械性能的影响,并选取综合性能优良的膜应用在番茄保鲜中。研究结果表明:不同添加剂对花生分离蛋白膜性能都有不同的影响,其中添加0.4%月桂酸的花生分离蛋白膜综合性能最好,尤其是阻水性,水蒸气透过速率仅有4.90 g/(h.m2);其次是添加1%淀粉和添加0.2%葡萄糖的花生分离蛋白膜。将其应用在番茄保鲜中能抑制机体的呼吸作用,延缓贮藏过程中水分的散失以及硬度的降低,有效地延长了番茄的贮藏期。 相似文献

The dynamics of drop‐on‐demand (DoD) droplet formation and subsequently impact on the solid substrate are investigated using a three‐dimensional (3‐D) multirelaxation‐time (MRT) pseudopotential lattice Boltzmann (LB) model. The wettability of nonideal nozzle plate and solid substrate is modeled by a geometric scheme within the LB framework. The dynamics of droplet formation are explored in a range of the inverse of Ohnesorge number , , and , and the Reynolds number , , and . For , no satellite droplet is observed and the wettability of nozzle plate greatly influences the velocity and length of jetting fluids. For , the filament breakup and recombination are observed. The moment of filament breakup is delayed with advancing contact angle increasing. For with , the primary and satellite droplets could not be recombined with and which agree with the literature. Whereas with , the recombination occurs. The dynamics of subsequent oscillating droplet impact on the substrate are similar to that of equilibrium droplet which could obtain high‐resolution printed features.
