Three-dimensionally ordered long-range macroporous carbon structures were prepared using commercially available phenolic resin
by utilizing sacrificial colloidal silica crystalline arrays as templates that were subsequently removed by HF etching after
pyrolysis in an argon atmosphere. SEM, TEM, and BET were employed to characterize the morphology and the surface area of the
porous carbon structures. The pore size (150–1000 nm) and BET surface area, which reflect pore volume (298.6 m2/g (1.32 cm3/g) ∼ 93.7 m2/g (0.12 cm3/g)), of the macroporous carbon structures produced were approximately proportional to the size (150–1000 nm) of the sacrificial
silica sphere templates used (annealing temp. 550°C). The achieved 550 nm porous carbon structures were examined to function
as potential catalyst carriers and were successfully impregnated with Ag or Pt-Ru on their inner walls after borohydride reduction
at room temperature. In addition, porous carbon patterns were fabricated using the ‘micromolding in capillary’ technique,

CeO2–ZrO2–La2O3 (CZL) mixed oxides were prepared by citric acid sol–gel method. The as-received gel was calcined at 500, 700, 900 and 1050 °C to obtain the so-called C5, C7, C9 and CK, respectively. The C5, C7 and C9 powders were impregnated with H2PtCl6 and then calcined at 500 °C to prepare P5C5, P5C7 and P5C9, respectively. The impregnated CK powders were calcined at 500, 700 and 900 °C to prepare P5CK, P7CK and P9CK, respectively. The XRD and XPS analyses show that the surface distribution of Pt is evidently influenced by the structural and textural properties of the support. The CO adsorption followed by FTIR reveals that the dispersion and the chemisorption sites of Pt are reduced as the calcination temperature of CZL support increases. The chemisorption ability of the CK samples is even completely deactivated. The encapsulation mechanism, which has been applied to explain the so-called strong metal–support interaction (SMSI) after reductive treatment, is introduced here to demonstrate the abnormal observations though the samples were prepared in oxidative atmosphere. The HRTEM results also confirm this explanation. The effects of oxygen vacancies, the chemisorption sites on the Pt surface and Pt/Ce interfacial sites on the three-way catalytic activities are discussed. 相似文献

By using the in situ IR spectroscopy, the superoxide species (O2−), characterized by the O–O stretching peak at 1130 cm−1, was detected on the SrF2/La2O3 catalyst at temperatures up to 973 K. The introduction of 18O2 isotope caused the 1130 cm−1 peak to shift to lower wavenumbers (1095 and 1064 cm−1), consistent with the assignment of the spectra to the superoxide species. A good correlation between the rate of the disappearance
of the O2− species and that of the formation of C2H4 was observed, suggesting that O2− was the active oxygen species responsible for the oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) on the SrF2/La2O3 catalyst. This conclusion was reinforced by the EPR experiments (gxx = 2.0001, gyy = 2.0045, gzz = 2.0685), showing that O2− was the only paramagnetic oxygen species detectable on the O2-preadsorbed SrF2/La2O3 catalyst. These results suggest that superoxide O2− can be a stable active oxygen species, whose role in the OCM reaction cannot be overlooked. 相似文献

Blends of a poly(2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐phenylene oxide) (PPO)/polyamide 6 (PA 6) alloy toughened with a novel polyolefin elastomer poly(ethylene‐1‐octene) (POE) were prepared via melt extrusion. In order to improve the compatibilization between POE and the PPO/PA 6 alloy, POE was grafted with maleic anhydride (MA), which could react with the amine group of PA 6. The Izod impact strength of the blends exhibited an optimum when the extent of MA grafting of POE was changed, which is an order of magnitude higher than that of the untoughened blends. The morphology revealed that the size of the POE particles decreased with an increasing MA grafting ratio of POE. Formation and coexistence of tricalcium silicate (C3S) and calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3
) minerals in Portland cement clinker containing calcium sulphoaluminate were investigated. The f-CaO content, mineral composite and formation of mineral in the clinker were analyzed respectively by chemical analysis, differential
scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction. The results show that, adding a suitable amount of BaO can improve the burnability
of raw meal and promote the f-CaO absorption. Tricalcium silicate and calcium sulphoaluminate minerals can form and coexist in clinkers at 1 234–1 317
°C by the addition of BaO to the raw meal. A suitable amount of BaO expanded the coexistence temperature of two minerals by
58 °.
