FePt nanodot arrays are the promising recording media for future super-high density magnetic recording because of their huge uniaxial magneto-crystalline anisotropy and good signal noise ratio. In this article, FePt nanodot arrays were successfully prepared on anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates by magnetron sputtering, and an Ag underlayer was proposed to improve the magnetic properties of FePt nanodot arrays. The dependences of Ag underlayer, annealing temperature, and pore diameter on the magnetic properties of FePt nanodot arrays were investigated. Using the AAO templates with pore diameter of 80 nm and annealing temperature of 600°C, the coercivity of Ag/FePt nanodot arrays is improved significantly to 10262 Oe. 相似文献

先导产业的培育与发展关系到未来5~10年乃至更长时间我国能否保持经济持续增长和实现产业结构转型升级。本研究界定了先导产业的定义、内涵及主要特征,基于产业选择的逻辑和理论,引入产业发展质量维度评估,提出了区域先导产业选择和培育的质量方法。基于此评估方法,以湖北省制造业细分产业为研究对象,从产业基础能力、技术创新水平、产业发展质量、产业增长潜力等维度实证分析和评估湖北未来重点培育先导产业类别。本研究期望通过积极培育未来先导产业,推动传统优势产业转型升级以化解其产能过剩问题。同时,提出了促进湖北省未来先导产业快速发展的政策建议,可为其他区域的先导产业发展提供参考借鉴和实践价值。 相似文献

ABSTRACTCold spray (CS) is a new solid state coating technique that has attracted considerable attention as it is quite suitable for mass production of metallic materials or metal matrix composites. More recently, cold spray additive manufacturing (CSAM) has been proposed to fabricate/repair components or produce welding joint. However, inherently deficient in ductility/plasticity of CSAMed materials limits its application. Therefore, many hybrid processes have been proposed to further explore CS, which can be grouped together as ‘cold spray +’ hybrid processes (laser, shot peening and friction stir processing). This review will summarise the state-of-the-art of the ‘cold spray +’ processes to show their abilities and their effectiveness. The effect of offset of the centre of a tensile specimen to the weldline on global tensile properties of friction stir welded AA2024 joints was investigated using experiments and numerical analysis. The size and geometry of these discrete zones, such as the central low hardness zone, the low hardness zone-I near the thermo-mechanically affected zone, the low hardness zone-II near the base metal and the base metal, were determined from a cross-sectional hardness map. Results show that tensile specimens with different area of the joint placed in the centre of the specimen do not affect the tensile strength and fracture path of a joint, strain is affected. Predictions based on local tensile properties follow well the measured global tensile behaviour. 相似文献
