PZT／Terfenol-D／PVDF层状复合磁电材料谐振特性

采用热压法制备出二层锆钛酸铅(PZT)／聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与1层Tb0.28Dy0.72Fe2(Terfenol-D)／PVDF叠层结构的三元复合磁电材料，研究了不同PVDF含量，以及不同层厚比tp／L对样品的介电常数、介电损耗、电阻率、谐振频率以及磁电转换系数αE33，αE31的影响规律，结果显示PVDF的含量和层厚比都存在最佳值(最佳值出现在产0．5，tp／L=2／7)，并且在这个最佳值处，磁电转换系数达到最大。

Corrosion resistance of the electro-galvanized steel treated in a titanium conversion solution

The conversion coating can be obtained by using a solution containing titanium tetrachloride, fluorosilicate acid and nitric acid. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that the titanium conversion coating consisted of ZnO, TiO₂ and Zn₄Si₂O₇(OH)₂. The formation process of the titanium conversion coating was studied. Effects of the immersion time, pH value and solution temperature on the corrosion resistance and the chemical composition of the titanium conversion coating were investigated by the salt spray test (SST) and XPS, respectively. The results of XPS and SST showed that the titanium conversion coating displayed better corrosion resistance with higher contents of Si and Ti. Results of corrosion tests (the salt spray and electrochemical test) indicate that the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating by titanium solution is better than that of the conversion coating using the traditional chromate solution.

1 250 mm五机架六辊冷连轧工艺控制系统核心技术

简要介绍了自主设计制造、具有完全自主知识产权的1 250 mm五机架六辊冷连轧产线工艺及设备特点。重点阐述了冷连轧工艺控制系统的硬件配置、软件架构及核心技术。采用基于简易有限元的轧制力模型及基于成本函数的多目标负荷分配模型，实现了高精度的轧制规程计算。开发了原料板快速启车技术与板形多变量综合最优控制技术，实现了冷轧产品的尺寸精准控制。现场实际应用效果表明，机组稳定运行率达到99.8%以上，不同规格的产品厚度控制精度均达到±0.8%以内，板形控制精度均达到5I以内。

氟化铝生产废水处理工艺的研究

对氟化铝生产废水的处理方法进行了研究。结果表明，一级中和沉淀法和二级中和二级沉淀法均不宜用于氟化铝生产废水的结果，理想的处理方法是碱过量中和酸回调法，辅加氯化钙的石灰乳中和法也可考虑采用。     

配合物Zn(Him)2(OAc)2的室温固相合成及表征

乙酸锌与咪唑 (Him)通过室温固相反应一步合成配合物Zn(Him) 2 (OAc) 2 ,反应不需溶剂 ,2 0min即可完成 ,产率达 96% ,并用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析、X -射线粉末衍射和X -射线单晶衍射对产物进行了表征。
