HT-730改性酚醛-丁腈胶粘剂的研制

对酚醛-丁腈胶粘剂进行改性，添加5．0％的硅烷偶联剂，改善了酚醛-丁腈胶粘剂的工艺性能，提高了粘接强度，特别是降低了酚醛-丁腈胶对环境湿度的敏感性。研制的HT-730胶在环境湿度90％时仍有很高的粘接强度，同时老化性能和适用期并没有受到影响。     

对煤磨MDC89-7袋式除尘器的节能环保改造

0 前言 湖南韶峰水泥集团有限公司规格为φ2.5 m×3.9 m的风扫式煤磨配套的MDC89-7袋式除尘器于1993年投用,经十多年的生产应用,其导流板及风道损坏达80%左右;外壳、主风道因烧袋和腐蚀,严重变形且花板变得很薄;反吹风道变形穿孔,提升阀密封不严,导致清灰时风量流失严重,运行阻力增加,系统产量降低,且系统中含氧量增加,带来安全隐患;除尘效率下降、污染严重,粉尘排放浓度高达1 g/m3;系统能耗高,且维修强度大(每个滤袋重50kg,每次换袋需12人)且费用高.为此,该公司于2004年4月对该煤磨除尘器进行技术改造,取得了明显的效果.     

非木本木质素磺酸镁对水泥净浆和砂浆性能的影响

用红外光谱法等测定了非木本木质素磺酸镁的结构特征参数,研究了其对水泥净浆和砂浆性能的影响,并与木本木质素磺酸钙进行了对比。非木本木质素磺酸镁结构中的甲基、酚羟基、芳香环比木质素磺酸钙少;特性黏度为 0. 61mL/g,仅是木质素磺酸钙的 61%;磺化度为 0 78mmol/g,比木质素磺酸钙低约 40%。木质素磺酸镁溶液的最低表面张力为 49 82mN/m,起泡性能与木质素磺酸钙相近。非木本木质素磺酸镁对水泥净浆和砂浆减水分散作用为木本木质素磺酸钙的 86 6% ~91 1%。但掺质量分数 0 5%的木质素磺酸镁的砂浆, 28d的抗压强度比掺木质素磺酸钙的高 70 5%。     

冷冻凝聚工艺生产CR322的研制

对原电解质凝聚工艺生产CR322(混合调节型氯丁橡胶)进行了改进，实现了冷冻凝聚新工艺法生产切块CR322，即主乳化剂由松香皂／脂肪酸皂复合型代替了单一松香皂。新工艺解决了冷冻转鼓装置生产CR322过程中“黏杆”及干胶门尼黏度控制等问题。产品无焦烧粒子。且焦烧时间明显延长。     

PBT共混改性研究最新进展

综述了最近几年国内外聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)共混改性的研究进展,分类介绍PBT/聚烯烃、PBT/同系聚酯、PBT/液晶、PBT/弹性体、PBT/聚碳酸酯等不同共混体系,讨论了各体系中的相行为、相容性、热稳定性、力学性能等,并对该类共混物的发展趋势作了简要的分析。     

纳米稀土复合固体超强酸催化合成乙酸苄酯

采用共沉淀法制备了纳米稀土复合固体超强酸SO4^2-／ZrO2-2％Nd2O3催化剂，电镜分析表明，催化剂颗粒直径在25nm左右，比表面积测定：71．03m^2／g。酸强度-12．70〈Ho〈-11．99。并对合成乙酸苄酯的最佳反应条件进行了研究。研究表明：当苯甲醇与乙酸的物质的量比为1：2，反应时间为5h，反应温度为120℃，催化剂用量为6％苯甲醇的质量时，酯化率可达92．04％。研究发现，该催化剂可重复使用并可活化再生。     

Preparation of micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films and their influence on adhesion behavior of endothelial cells

Dynamic equivalent method of interconnected power systems with consideration of motor loads

一种高效的网格资源监测算法ACTC的改进算法

资源监控是网格计算的关键组成部分。资源监控算法既要保证网格系统中资源信息高保真度又要考虑资源信息在网络传输中的负担最低。ACTC算法就是为实现以上目的而被提出,但是算法中对资源信息更新量的动态门槛值(d_threshold)计算方式不合理,有可能导致算法演变成低级的单纯依靠时间敏感机制(TSM)来发送资源更新通知,并且算法中遗漏了一些极端情况的考虑。提出了新的d_threshold计算公式和限制条件,进行性能改进和完善,并对改进前后两算法进行实验对比。实验表明,改进后算法提高了资源信息准确性,并使监控系统     

Application of open-pit and underground mining technology for residual coal of end slopes

Given the conditions of residual coal from the boundary of a flat dipping open-pit mine,which uses strip areas mining and inner dumping with slope-covering,we propose an open-pit and underground integrated mining technology for residual coal of end slopes.In the proposal a conveyance road and ventilation conveyance near the slope are built,corresponding to the pit mining area and the surface coal mine dump,as well as an interval haulage tunnel and air-inlet tunnel.The outcome shows that such mining method may reduce the effect to slope stability from underground mining,it does not affect the dumping advance and has a high recovery rate of residual coal resources.The working face is timbered by single hydraulic props,transported by a scraper conveyor and supported by coal walls.This method of mining is one of layered top coal caving,with high resource recovery,low production cost where positive economic benefit can be realized.
