Hybrid clustering solution selection strategy

Cluster ensemble approaches make use of a set of clustering solutions which are derived from different data sources to gain a more comprehensive and significant clustering result over conventional single clustering approaches. Unfortunately, not all the clustering solutions in the ensemble contribute to the final result. In this paper, we focus on the clustering solution selection strategy in the cluster ensemble, and propose to view clustering solutions as features such that suitable feature selection techniques can be used to perform clustering solution selection. Furthermore, a hybrid clustering solution selection strategy (HCSS) is designed based on a proposed weighting function, which combines several feature selection techniques for the refinement of clustering solutions in the ensemble. Finally, a new measure is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of clustering solution selection strategies. The experimental results on both UCI machine learning datasets and cancer gene expression profiles demonstrate that HCSS works well on most of the datasets, obtains more desirable final results, and outperforms most of the state-of-the-art clustering solution selection strategies.     

Image clustering based on sparse patch alignment framework

Image clustering methods are efficient tools for applications such as content-based image retrieval and image annotation. Recently, graph based manifold learning methods have shown promising performance in extracting features for image clustering. Typical manifold learning methods adopt appropriate neighborhood size to construct the neighborhood graph, which captures local geometry of data distribution. Because the density of data points’ distribution may be different in different regions of the manifold, a fixed neighborhood size may be inappropriate in building the manifold. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm, named sparse patch alignment framework, for the embedding of data lying in multiple manifolds. Specifically, we assume that for each data point there exists a small neighborhood in which only the points that come from the same manifold lie approximately in a low-dimensional affine subspace. Based on the patch alignment framework, we propose an optimization strategy for constructing local patches, which adopt sparse representation to select a few neighbors of each data point that span a low-dimensional affine subspace passing near that point. After that, the whole alignment strategy is utilized to build the manifold. Experiments are conducted on four real-world datasets, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

混合电解质NaBr+NaAc十H_2O体系的活度系数的测定

用电势法测定了298.15K以及I为0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5和3.0 mol/kg时,NaBr在混合电解质溶液NaBr+NaAc+H_2O中的活度系数.实验结果用Harned、SRJ和Pitzer方程拟合,得到各种方程的相互作用参数,由拟合的标准偏差得知,Pitzer方程的拟合精度略好于前2个方程.用Pitzer混合参数θ_(Br-Ac)和ψ_(Br-Na-Ac)计算了NaAc在该混合体系中的活度系数和体系的过量Gibbs自由能.     

水性涂料漆膜防霉效力测试若干问题的探讨

介绍了防霉剂防霉效力不同的测试方法以及国内外漆膜防霉性能测试的相关标准，提出了水性涂料漆膜防霉效力测试应采用人工环境长霉试验方法，探讨了国内外水性涂料防霉标准及测试方法中有待解决的问题。     

Measurement and modeling solubility of bioactive coumarin and its derivatives in supercritical carbon dioxide

To design a supercritical fluid extraction process for the separation of bioactive substances from natural products, a quantitative knowledge of phase equilibria between target biosolutes and solvent is necessary. How-ever, mostly no such information is available in literature to date. Thus in the present study, illustratively the solubility of bioactive coumarin and its various derivatives (i.e., hydroxy-, methyl-, and methoxy-derivatives) in supercritical CO₂ were measured at 308.15–328.15 K and 10–30 MPa. Also, the pure physical properties such as normal boiling point, critical constants, acentric factor, molar volume and standard vapor pressure for coumarin and its derivatives were estimated. By these estimated information, the measured solubilities were quantitatively correlated by an approximate lattice equation of state proposed recently by the present authors.

Intelligent healthcare service based on context inference using smart device

In the field of “U-Healthcare Service”, many studies have been actively conducted to develop “smart device”-based healthcare applications that enable healthcare providers and patients to be better served through interoperations among various kinds of sensors and wireless network interfaces. In particular, contemporary intelligent healthcare services not only recognize users’ context information through smart devices, computers, and so forth, but also acquire information from heterogeneous sensors to achieve context-aware inference services. Among such information, the weather information is tightly related to diseases such as asthma and allergies. Therefore, there is a high demand for research to utilize the weather information for healthcare services. In this paper, we propose a context inference-based intelligent healthcare service that exploits both the weather conditions information and the diverse healthcare ontologies available on the Internet. The proposed service aims at modeling a context ontology in users’ healthcare service environment and defining the inference rules, thereby accomplishing a satisfactory real-time healthcare service.     

刍议全寿命周期成本在配电网规划中的实践

目前,市场经济体制的确立和完善促使供电企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。在配电网规划中应用全寿命周期成本,可以提升企业的经济效益和综合竞争力,推动其更好、更快地发展。通过简要分析全寿命周期成本在配电网规划中的实践,提出了一些有价值的参考意见。     

不同形貌ZnO气敏材料的制备及影响气敏性因素分析

以锌盐和碱为原料,采用水热和溶剂热法合成了三种形貌的氧化锌粉体,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对产物的结构和形貌及表面化学状态进行了表征,并将粉体制备成厚膜型气敏元件,测试了其对几种还原性气体的气敏性能,结果表明:在工作温度为395℃时,三种形貌氧化锌对相同浓度的同种测试气体的灵敏度大小顺序为:菜花状氧化锌﹥棒状氧化锌﹥六棱柱状氧化锌。并对影响氧化锌材料气敏性的各种因素进行了分析。
