NANO-MULTILAYERS WITH HIGH PERPENDICULAR ANISOTROPY FOR MAGNETIC RECORDING

(FePt/Ag)n nano-multilayers were deposited on MgO (100) single crystal with laser ablation and then subjected to annealing. FePt L1o grains with (001) texture and thus a large perpendicular magnetic anisotropy constant Ku of the order of 106 J/m3 were formed. A thick Ag layer is found to be favorable for decreasing the dispersion of the easy axis for magnetization. The measurement of time decay of magnetization gave rise to a small activation volume of the order of 10-25m3, showing the promising of being the recording medium for future high density perpendicular recording.

种混合快速分形图像编码算法*

提出了一种采用两步筛选的混合快速分形编码算法。首先将码本按照矩不变量进行分类,然后寻找给定Range块在所属区间的最好匹配码块,对于匹配误差值大于给定阈值的Range块再进行基于熵值的二次编码。与基于矩不变量的算法比较,该方法在峰值信噪比相同的情况下时间效率提高五倍多,与基于信息熵的算法相比,PSNR值提高近一个分贝。

Recycle use of phosphorous mixer extractant to extract indium

The stripping and regeneration of the loaded organic phase of phosphorous mixer extractant (PPD) were studied. The mixed solutions (3 niol/L HC1 +2 mol/L ZnCl2) were used as the stripping agent and more than 99% of indium can be stripped after three-stage stripping when the volume ratio of organic phase to stripping agent is 1:1. The organic phase can be recycled to use after regeneration with HC1. The parallel contrast experiments with D2EHPA (di-2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid) were carried out under the same conditions. The results show that the mixer extractant has good reusability and the stripping and regeneration of PPD are superior to those of DJ3HPA.

Synthesis and luminescent properties of Eu~(3+)-doped Na_(24)As_2W_(22)O_(83)

The Eu3+-doped Na24As2W22O83 phosphor has been prepared by solid state reaction from Na3AsO412H2O, Na2WO4 2H2O and WO3, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffractometry. According to the measurements with X-ray diffraction, this material belongs to orthorhombic system with its lattice constants: a = 1.4750 nm, b = 1.1944 nm, c = 1.1062 nm, it is consistent with space group D24-P212121 (No.19). The emission and excitation spectra were measured. The luminescent properties of Eu3+-doped Na24As2W22O83 and mechanism of energy transfer were discussed.

水管理决策影响城市的可持续发展.基于这些决策所开展的行动可缓解、甚至预防某些与水有关的风险.同样,这些决策也可能加大已存在的危险或产生新的危险.决策机构解决水问题的能力、对应优先解决水问题的理解,都会影响水管理决策.自墨西哥城建立以来,居民就一直面临供水不足、水质低下、卫生设施缺乏、洪涝频发等问题.为改善该市水管理现状,借鉴以往成功经验和失败教训,分析了几个世纪以来水管理政策的变化情况,并阐述了其对城市居民和环境的影响.以墨西哥城水管理决策和措施的演变为例,论述了这些水管理决策的可持续性,并指出了未来水政策的关键方向.

称群G为π-闭-Sylow塔群，若群G存在正规Hallπ-子群为Sylow塔群．在π-闭-Sylow塔群性质的基础上，利用极大子群、s-可补子群等，给出了一个π-闭-Sylow塔群为π-超可解群、可解群的一些条件．主要结论：若G为π-闭-Sylow塔群，且G的包含Hallπ-’子群的极大子群在G中的指数为素数，则G为π-超可解群；G为π-闭-Sylow塔群，若G中任-Hallπ-’子群的素数幂阶子群在G中s-可补，则G为可解群．
