有机氯溶剂稳定剂的开发和推广

有机氯溶剂,象三氯乙烯和全氯乙烯,都具有许多宝贵性能,例如防火和防爆,对于各种有机杂质具有高溶解能力,容易凝聚和再生。这些溶剂用于各工业部门的金属除油,也用于日常生活,例如衣服的化学去垢。近年来发达国家三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯和甲基氯仿的总消费量大约都处于同一水平上,美国每年约消费65～70万吨;在非金属表面、装配好的部件等除油时,出现了用甲基氯仿代替三氯乙烯的趋势。现代工业部门如电子工业、仪表制造业、钟表工业、汽车制造业等,对于需要除油零件的清洁度提出了很高要求。为此,采用了有机氯溶剂汽液除油的先进工艺。三氯乙烯用于此     

电解分析新法

经典电解分析法不适用于有机物质,因为大多数场合下,有机物质电解还原或电解氧化产物的量不可能测定。作者拟出了可以相当精确地测定含量在5.10~(-10)克分子以下的某些有机物和无机物的电解分析法。方法是根据在汞阴极或某种其他阴极上将物质(离子或分子)电解还原时,在铂阳极上同时析出当量的碘。电解进行到被分析的物质完全还原为止,这可以由电流的下降来判断。被分析物质的量由滴定在阳极上析出的碘量(用硫代硫酸钠滴定)来决定。为了使析出碘的当量与被还原物质的当量相等,阴极和阳极过程的电流效率必须达至100%。从析出碘的方面来看,这一条件即使在很大的电流密度下仍能实现。但阴极反应要达     

聚氯乙烯糊树脂粉料与增塑糊性能关系——调节糊粘度的可能性

本文阐述了聚氯乙烯糊树脂的颗粒结构特征,喷雾干燥和后处理的条件对糊树脂颗粒粒径分布与树脂粉料在增塑剂中解碎难易的影响以及不同增塑糊的流动性能;提出了控制糊粘度的可行性;建立了掺混增塑糊糊粘度计算的经验公式和胶乳粒子准单峰分布的增塑糊牛顿型高剪切极限粘度的数学模型。

Progressive events in supervisory control and compositional verification

This paper investigates some limitations of the nonblocking property when used for supervisor synthesis in discrete event systems. It is shown that there are cases where synthesis with the nonblocking property gives undesired results. To address such cases, the paper introduces progressive events as a means to specify more precisely how a synthesised supervisor should complete its tasks. The nonblocking property is modified to take progressive events into account, and appropriate methods for verification and synthesis are proposed. Experiments show that progressive events can be used in the analysis of industrial-scale systems, and can expose issues that remain undetected by standard nonblocking verification.     

Distributed attitude synchronization using backstepping and sliding mode control

We consider the problem of attitude synchronization for systems of rigid body agents with directed topologies. Two different scenarios for the rotation matrices of the agents are considered. In the first scenario, the rotations are contained in a convex subset of SO(3), which is a ball of radius less than π/2, whereas in the second scenario the agents are contained in a subset of SO(3), which is a ball of radius less than π. Using a control law based on backstepping and sliding mode control, we provide distributed, semi-global, torque control laws for the agents so that the rotations asymptotically synchronize. The control laws for the agents in the first scenario only depend on the relative rotations between neighboring agents, whereas the control laws in the second scenario depend on rotations defined in a global coordinate frame. Illustrative examples are provided where the synchronization is shown for both scenarios.
