集成道路上SoC与SiP谁主浮沉？

与昌圆双雄(台积电、联电)有着密不可分的IC设计服务公司创意与智原,于2003年8、9月接二连三的成立IP Mall,其希望透过IP(Intellectual Property)交易平台的建立,授权给IC设计业者加速重复使用IP以缩短芯片开发时间,也迫使SoC(System-on-a-Chip)与SiP(System-in-a-Package)的争夺战再一次浮上台面。     

WAVE INTERACTION WITH PERFORATED CAISSON BREAKWATERS

The reflection coefficient of perforated caissons and the total horizontal forces acting on them were experimentally and numerically analyzed and discussed when wave propagates normally. To consider the viscosity effect of fluid and nonlinear action of waves on structures, the VOF (Volume Of Fluid) method combined with the k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the interaction between waves and structures. Governing equations were solved with the finite difference method. Through 2D experimental study in the wave flume, the empirical relationship between the reflection coefficient of perforated caissons and the main affecting factors were obtained from the experimental data using the least square method. Also the correlation between the ratio of the total horizontal force acting on perforated caisson and the force acting on solid caisson and the main affecting factors were regressed from the experimental data.     

实时GPS定位中的自适应故障检测

给出了一种GPS卡尔曼滤波的自适应方案,该方案能根据GPS导航中变化的动态来估计协方差.当增强卡尔曼滤波器时,方案可得到更精确的定位修正.此外,也可将此估计方法用于完整监测,以增强故障检测的阈值选择.采用模拟数据验证了提出方法的正确性.     

应用斯通利波反射与高分辨率慢度测量方法探测地层中的薄气层

探测地层中的气层是地层评价的一项重要课题，通常，气体存在于小的矿穴或薄层/由薄层组成的地层中，由于常规测井的纵向分辨率通常较低，致使它们经常被忽略，本文介绍的是使用斯通利波反射和高分辨率慢度两种测量方法对薄气层进行声学测定。与围岩地层相比，一个饱和气地层具有明显不同的流体迁移率和可压缩性，在对这种地层进行声学测井过程中，流体迁移率/可压缩性的巨大变化使我们可以测量到斯通利波反射，并且它对于地层厚度不是很敏感，因此，斯通利波反射能够用于对薄气层的探测。但是，慢度测量却是受气层厚度的探测。近年来，随着慢度分析方法的不断发展，小于0.5英尺的薄气层也能被探测到了。组合使用斯通利波和慢度测量法能够保证结果的准确度。     

High Temperature Property Development of Bauxite Based Bricks

Physical properties and microstructural evolution on firing of 3 types of bauxite based refractory bricks were carried out using techniques such as porosimetry,XRD and SEM.The groups differed from each other by progressive refining of the matrix or bond phase.It is revealed that such a refinement of the matrix can improve the high temperature properties of the bricks made from poor grade materials.

柴油润滑性能试验方法研究

随着我国大型运输机、挖掘机等重型柴油车的出现，还有对空气质量指标的限制，对汽车尾气排放指标更加苛刻，要求柴油中的硫含量越少越好，但随着柴油中的硫含量的减少，柴油的润滑性能变差，为了解决这一问题，需在柴油中加入润滑性添加剂，来提高柴油的润滑性能。为了配合兰州润滑油研究开发中心柴油及柴油润滑性添加剂的研究与开发，在磨损四球机上用L9(3^4)正交方案考察并确定了试验条件。该试验方法的特点是试验周期短，费用低，对不同质量级别的柴油及柴油润滑性添加剂具有较好的区分性和重复性，对研发中心进行柴油及柴油润滑性添加剂的研究起到了一定的作用。
