Spectral selective absorbent film is a crucial factor for the solar heating device. There are many kinds of spectral selective absorbing film made by different ways. TiNxOy thin film with excellent spectral selecting absobent property were successfully prepared by DC magnetron sputtering with Ar as working gas, N2 and O2 as reactive gas, 99.9% titanium as the target and is copper slice as the substrate. In this article, the optical characteristics and microstructure of TiNxOy thin film were studied. Inputing O2 can decrease the reflection of the visible lights, and double layer film can get good absorption for solar energy. 相似文献

A novel dicyclodextrinyl ditelluride (2-TeCD) compound was devised as a functional mimic of the glutathione peroxidase (GPX) enzymes that normally remove hydroperoxides from the cell. The GPX activity of the mimic was found to be 46.7 U microM(-1), which is 46 times as active as Ebselen, a well-known GPX mimic. A detailed steady-state kinetic study was undertaken to probe the reason for the high catalytic efficiency of 2-TeCD. This high efficiency can be explained based on both the binding of the substrate to the cyclodextrin and the catalytic mechanism of 2-TeCD, which is different from that of diselenide compounds. 2-TeCD exhibits good water solubility and is chemically and biologically stable. The biological effect of 2-TeCD was evaluated by its ability to protect mitochondria from oxidative damage. 2-TeCD exhibited excellent antioxidant capacity in comparison with Ebselen. 相似文献

Detecting duplicates in data streams is an important problem that has a wide range of applications. In general,precisely detecting duplicates in an unbounded data stream is not feasible in most streaming scenarios,and,on the other hand,the elements in data streams are always time sensitive. These make it particular significant approximately detecting duplicates among newly arrived elements of a data stream within a fixed time frame. In this paper,we present a novel data structure,Decaying Bloom Filter(DBF),as an extension of the Counting Bloom Filter,that effectively removes stale elements as new elements continuously arrive over sliding windows. On the DBF basis we present an efficient algorithm to approximately detect duplicates over sliding windows. Our algorithm may produce false positive errors,but not false negative errors as in many previous results. We analyze the time complexity and detection accuracy,and give a tight upper bound of false positive rate. For a given space G bits and sliding window size W,our algorithm has an amortized time complexity of O((G/W))~(1/2). Both analytical and experimental results on synthetic data demonstrate that our algorithm is superior in both execution time and detection accuracy to the previous results. 相似文献

Human 14-3-3 proteins have isoform-specific expression and functions in different kinds of normal or tumor cells and tissues. However, the expression profiling of 14-3-3 proteins and isoform-specific biological functions are unclear in human glioma so far. In our study, the expression levels and characterization of 14-3-3 isoforms in human glioma tissues were investigated by a sensitive, accurate stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture-based quantitative proteomic strategy. As a result, except unexpressed 14-3-3σ, the other six isoforms, with different expression levels, were existed in glioma tissues and para-cancerous brain tissues (PBTs). 14-3-3β and η were upregulated, whereas 14-3-3ζ was downregulated in glioma tissues compared with that in PBTs. And the other three isoforms 14-3-3ε, θ, and γ had similar expression levels in human glioma tissues and PBTs. Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis were both consistent with the quantitative proteomic data. The loss of expression of 14-3-3σ was further discovered due to DNA high methylation in its coding region in glioma by methylation-specific PCR analysis. These results indicated that the four isoforms, including 14-3-3β, η, ζ, and σ, may play important roles in tumorigenesis of human glioma, which is probably used as potential biomarkers for diagnosis and targets for treatment of human gliomas in future. 相似文献

Digital optical computing executed on arrays of binary data can offer parallel processing and multivalued output, which permits more flexibility in algorithm development. The hardware used consists of two computer-controlled magneto-optic spatial-light-modulator arrays in conjunction with a CCD detector array as the computational hardware. Algorithms for binary-processing tasks are presented. We used magneto-optic spatial light modulators for parallel processing in a way that exploits multivalued output. Also, in carrying this evaluation out, we developed a new and efficient multiplication algorithm. Multiplication is an important operation in many digital systems, and the design of fast multipliers is of great interest to computer scientists and engineers. The speed of this computing system is evaluated. 相似文献
