英国、法国、意大利粮油深加工技术现状(下)

综述了英国、法国、意大利的粮油深加工技术现状，并针对国内粮油深加工技术的发展提出了建设性意见。     

弥漫性轴索损伤实验装置的研制和应用

为研究弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)问题,研制了一套稳定性高、重复性好且能比较真实地模拟DAI临床损伤机制的实验装置。详细阐述了实验装置的设计过程,包括驱动力的选择、联动结构设计、限位固定块的设计和传感器的选择等。最后通过大鼠实验验证了实验装置的可行性和优越性。     

Preliminary Studies of the Chemical Composition and Sensory Properties of Sweet Potato Starch-Wheat Flour Blend Noodles

Preliminary studies of chemical composition and sensory properties of instant noodles from blends of wheat flour and sweet potato starch were carried out. Sweet potato starch was used to replace wheat flour at 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70%. Proximate, vitamin A, mineral analysis and sensory evaluation were carried out by standard methods. Results showed that the formulated noodles had higher carbohydrate (63.34 – 70.53%), moisture (4.34 – 4.97%) and vitamin A (11.62 – 35.00 mg/100 g) but lower protein (3.36 – 7.89%), fat (16.91 – 25.09%), calcium (0.73 – 0.89%), phosphorus (0.24 – 0.32%), iron (0.10 – 0.27%) and ash content (1.17 – 3.17%) than the commercial noodles from wheat flour. The noodles containing 30% sweet potato starch showed no significant difference (p > 0.05) from commercial noodles (100% wheat flour) in terms of colour, crunchiness, taste and general acceptability, with improved nutrient composition. It is concluded that production and consumption of wheat flour/potato starch blend noodles should be encouraged to increase the calorie and vitamin A intake in the diet, especially for children who are the major consumers of noodles; apart from helping to promote and improve the utilization of sweet potato tubers.

Project leadership in clinical research organisations

Do managers adjust the contextual variables of a project with a view to suiting their personal style? A survey among project leaders in clinical research organisations has given limited support to this proposition but has identified a relationship between the perception of the difficulties involved in a project and types of leaders, based on Fiedler’s theory. This observation has important implications both for project definition in terms of contextual characteristics and for the choice of appropriate project managers, particularly where knowledge workers are involved.     

Scientific publishing in West Africa: comparing Benin with Ghana and Senegal

We compared scientific indicators related to Benin, Senegal and Ghana. We collected data from Web of Science and used bibliometric indicators like annual production, language and type of publication, citable and cited documents, citations, h-index, field share, specialization index, and international collaboration rate. Results show that Benin performs well regarding the percentage of citable and cited documents, the share of production and the specialization index in the fields of Natural sciences and Agricultural sciences; it occupies the median position with respect to the production and the specialization index in the fields of Engineering and technology on the one hand and Medical and health sciences on the other hand, behind Ghana and ahead Senegal. It lays however behind Ghana and Senegal with respect to the total output, citations per citable or cited documents, h-index, the share of production and specialization index in the fields of Social science and Humanities; it has the highest international collaboration rate. The study revealed that the three countries cooperated less, and only if a third western country intervened. It pointed out the role of Western countries in driving collaboration among developing countries.     

光电高温计在双辉等离子渗金属测温中的应用研究

为准确测量双辉等离子渗金属中的工件温度，借助自行研制的一套热电偶测温实验装置，采用比对实验的手段，得出了在碳钢表面常规双辉等离子渗金属过程中，准确选定光电高温计的材料发射率修正系数的方法。     

日本、韩国化纤及后加工技术交流考察报告

介绍了中国石化集团公司赴日本、韩国考察所了解到的世界化纤市场产品开发和市场需求情况,指出合纤和天然纤维的结合是今后世界化纤市场的发展主流,提出了在中国石化集团公司现有科研基础上加速开发合纤与天然纤维多维多层次立体结构织物、尽快占领市场的建议。
