We report on the use of a fluorinated imidazolium ionic liquid as a source of iodide ions in solvent-based electrolytes for DSSCs. A method for the evaluation of p–n junction cell temperature in PV modules operating in the maximum power point (MPP) mode has been proposed. The method does not require specialized equipment and (for the concentrator modules) the data on the open circuit (OC) voltage temperature coefficients measured under pulse illumination. It consists of measuring several open circuit voltage magnitudes together with temperature measurements on the external module surface near one of the cells. In this procedure, a fast transition from MPP to OC operational mode is carried out, during which a time‐dependent voltage measurement is carried out with the help of a memory oscilloscope. A “reference” OC voltage magnitude in a “cold” module (a condition, as if the cells are kept at ambient temperature) is obtained by calculations, so that there is no necessity in a fast mechanical shuttering of the module aperture area. In the case of the concentrator modules, the module OC voltage temperature coefficient can be measured, if heat sinking process is artificially modified during outdoor measurements. Wireless data products and services being proposed today include exotic mixes of services and technologies: packet transport over cellular circuits, facsimile service over Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD), voice and video over wireless LANs, and everything in between. Data networking terms that seem to have a clear meaning-data-link, network and transport layers; circuit-mode and datagram; connection-less and connection-oriented-in fact have meaning only in context. Thus TCP, a reliable packet transport protocol, is being used in CDMA circuit-mode data to provide a reliable data-link layer for the error-prone wireless link. IP datagrams will be transported over cellular links using dedicated channels with call establishment, possibly per packet. Market demands for timely solutions, competition between alternative technologies and the plethora of alternative fora for standards development are driving wireless data into fragmented directions. The primary constraints come from the limited spectrum, the need for security in the presence of mobility and the size and weight of mobile terminals and devices. Often the optimization for the latter constraints is sacrificed at the altar of the former drivers. Based upon our experience and work with standards and systems we attempt to put wircless data into perspective. In this work, the Hertz vector potential method was used to obtain the dyadic Green’s function components for frequency selective surfaces (FSS) on an anisotropic layer. The considered structures are composed by periodic arrays of conducting crossed dipole and rectangular patch elements. Results of reflected power were obtained by using the moment method. Zn‐air batteries (ZABs) offer promising commercialization perspectives for stretchable and wearable electronic devices as they are environment‐friendly and have high theoretical energy density. However, current devices suffer from limited energy efficiency and durability because of the sluggish oxygen reduction and evolution reactions kinetics in the air cathode as well as degenerative stretchability of solid‐state electrolytes under highly alkaline conditions. Herein, excellent bifunctional catalytic activity and cycling stability is achieved by using a newly developed Co–N–C nanomaterial with a uniform virus‐like structure, prepared via a facile carbonization of a prussian blue analogue (PBA). Furthermore, a solid‐state dual‐network sodium polyacrylate and cellulose (PANa‐cellulose) based hydrogel electrolyte is synthesized with good alkaline‐tolerant stretchability. A solid‐state fiber‐shaped ZAB fabricated using this hydrogel electrolyte, the virus‐like Co–N–Cs air cathode, and a zinc spring anode display excellent stretchability of up to 500% strain without damage, and outstanding electrochemical performance with 128 mW cm?2 peak power density and good cycling stability for >600 cycles at 2 mA. The facile synthesis strategy demonstrated here opens up a new avenue for developing highly active PBA‐derived catalyst and shows, for the first time, that virus‐like structure can be favorable for electrochemical performance. 相似文献

In this paper, a comparative analysis of the performance of the nonsynchronized initial random access channel in Mobile WiMAX and E-UTRA systems under different conditions (fast fading, multiuser interference) is carried out. The analysis is focused on the correlation properties of the code sequences used in each case. We evaluate their ability to provide low values for false alarm and erroneous detection probabilities (detecting a sequence that has not been transmitted) at the same time as guaranteeing low nondetection probabilities of the effectively transmitted sequences. Results show the promising performance of the E-UTRA scheme, even in high mobility scenarios, where the Doppler effect requires additional considerations to guarantee the correct system operation. 相似文献

Conductive anodic filament (CAF) formation has been studied for a number of years, but the mechanism of its formation has not previously been defined. In 2002, Ready identified CAF as atacamite, Cu2(OH)3Cl. Electrochemical studies have shown that both CuCl and CuCl 2 ? participate in the formation of Cu2(OH)3Cl, with the predominating species being CuCl. This paper proposes a mechanism for CAF formation based on x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The data show that CuCl is the precursor to the formation of Cu2(OH)3Cl in the presence of oxygen and water. Earlier, Meeker and Lu Valle had proposed that CAF failure is best represented by two competing reactions: the formation of a copper chloride corrosion compound (now identified as Cu2(OH)3Cl) and the formation of innocuous trapped chlorine compounds. Since no evidence of any trapped chloride compounds has been found, we propose that the formation of CAF is best represented by a single nonreversible reaction. 相似文献

As Codesign problems become larger and more realistic, the required time to estimate their solutions turns into an important bottleneck. This paper presents a new approach to improve the traditional estimation techniques, in order to avoid this drawback. The presented method has been successfully tested on a large experimental benchmark, attaining quality levels close to those provided by the Synopsys Behavioral Compiler. Finally, a case study based on the standard H.261 video co-dec is described, proving the convenience of the technique on real-life situations. The obtained results show a significant improvement in the process time, while keeping the good precision and fidelity levels that the traditional estimation models usually offer. 相似文献
