Ultrasmall Co9S8 nanoparticles are introduced on the basal plane of MoS2 to fabricate a covalent 0D–2D heterostructure that enhances the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity of electrochemical water splitting. In the heterostructure, separate phases of Co9S8 and MoS2 are formed, but they are connected by Co–S–Mo type covalent bonds. The charge redistribution from Co to Mo occurring at the interface enhances the electron‐doped characteristics of MoS2 to generate electron‐rich Mo atoms. Besides, reductive annealing during the synthesis forms S defects that activates adjacent Mo atoms for further enhanced HER activity as elucidated by the density functional theory (DFT) calculation. Eventually, the covalent Co9S8–MoS2 heterostructure shows amplified HER activity as well as stability in all pH electrolytes. The synergistic effect is pronounced when the heterostructure is coupled with a porous Ni foam (NF) support to form Co9S8–MoS2/NF that displays superior performance to those of the state‐of‐the‐art non‐noble metal electrocatalysts, and even outperforms a commercial Pt/C catalyst in a practically meaningful, high current density region in alkaline (>170 mA cm?2) and neutral (>60 mA cm?2) media. The high HER performance and stability of Co9S8–MoS2 heterostructure make it a promising pH universal alternative to expensive Pt‐based electrocatalysts for practical water electrolyzers.  相似文献

This study is about control of oxide removal amounts on the shallow trench isolation (STI) patterned wafers using removal rate and thickness of blanket (non-patterned) wafers. At first, the removal properties of plasma enhanced tetra-ethyl ortho-silicate (PETEOS) blanket wafers was investigated, and then it was compared with the removal properties and the planarization (step height) as a function of polishing time of the specific STI patterned wafers. We found that there is a relationship between the amount of oxide removal by blanket and patterned wafers. We analyzed this relationship, and the post-CMP thickness of patterned wafers could be controlled by removal rate and removal target thickness of blanket wafers. As the result of correlation analysis, we confirmed that there was the strong correlation between patterned and blanket wafers (correlation factor: 0.7109). So, we could confirm the repeatability as applying to STI CMP process from the linear formula obtained.  相似文献

New effects in resonance electron tunneling in a GaAs/AlxGa1?xAs/GaAs single-barrier heterostructure are analyzed with applied electric bias taken into account. Γ-X mixing of electron states at the interfaces is responsible for the Fano resonance in the barrier transmission coefficient. Trajectories of the Fano resonances and their interplay with the Breit-Wigner resonances in an electric field are studied. The current-voltage characteristic of the heterobarrier is calculated. A knowledge of the differential conductance makes it possible to obtain the Fano resonance profile and determine its parameters.  相似文献

Recent advances in radiomics have shown promising results in prognostic and diagnostic studies with high dimensional imaging feature analysis. However, radiomic features are known to be affected by technical parameters and feature extraction methodology. We evaluate the robustness of CT radiomic features against the technical parameters involved in CT acquisition and feature extraction procedures using a standardized phantom and verify the feature robustness by using patient cases. ACR phantom was scanned with two tube currents, two reconstruction kernels, and two fields of view size. A total of 47 radiomic features of textures and first-order statistics were extracted on the homogeneous region from all scans. Intrinsic variability was measured to identify unstable features vulnerable to inherent CT noise and texture. Susceptibility index was defined to represent the susceptibility to the variation of a given technical parameter. Eighteen radiomic features were shown to be intrinsically unstable on reference condition. The features were more susceptible to the reconstruction kernel variation than to other sources of variation. The feature robustness evaluated on the phantom CT correlated with those evaluated on clinical CT scans. We revealed a number of scan parameters could significantly affect the radiomic features. These characteristics should be considered in a radiomic study when different scan parameters are used in a clinical dataset.

A novel zero-voltage and zero-current-switching (ZVZCS) full-bridge pulse-width-modulated (PWM) converter is proposed to improve the previously proposed ZVZCS full-bridge PWM converters. By employing a simple auxiliary circuit with neither lossy components nor active switches, soft-switching of the primary switches is achieved. The proposed converter has many advantages such as simple auxiliary circuit, high efficiency, low voltage stress of the rectifier diode and self-adjustment of the circulating current, which make the proposed converter attractive for the high voltage and high power applications. The principles of operation and design considerations are presented and verified on the 4 kW experimental converter operating at 80 kHz.  相似文献

The microstrip and coplanar waveguide transmission lines combined by a vertically periodic defected ground structure (VPDGS) are proposed. The slow-wave effect, equivalent circuit, and the performances are shown. As an application example, VPDGS is adopted in the matching networks of an amplifier for size-reduction. Two series microstrip lines in input and output matching networks of the amplifier are reduced to 38.5% and 44.4% of the original lengths, respectively, due to the increased slow-wave effects, while the amplifier performances are preserved.  相似文献

Thermal stability of the circuit boards with a quad flat package (QFP) soldered with Sn-58wt%Bi-(0, 0.5 and 1.0) wt% Ag and their microstructural features were evaluated. The addition of 1.0 wt% Ag causes the formation of large primary Ag/sub 3/Sn precipitates in the solder while no primary Ag/sub 3/Sn is found in Sn-57Bi-0.5Ag. Thermo-Calc calculation indicates that the lowest limit content for the formation of primary Ag/sub 3/Sn is about 0.8 wt%. Heat-exposure below 100/spl deg/C has no serious degradation on the joint structure for all solders. Heat-exposure at 125/spl deg/C caused serious degradation in joint strength for all alloys. The contamination of Pb from Sn-Pb surface plating on the components reduces the interface tolerance by forming ternary Sn-Pb-Bi phase melting at low temperature. Thermal fatigue between -20 and 80/spl deg/C does not have any significant influence on joint structure.  相似文献

We describe a decision method using multiple threshold values for direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DS-SS) code acquisition systems. We apply this technique to a conventional double dwell serial search algorithm and analyze it in terms of mean code acquisition time. Numerical results show that our proposed scheme outperforms the conventional one by 0.2-0.5 sec with respect to the mean code acquisition time because multiple threshold values mitigate the possible decline in search performance caused by the use of a single threshold  相似文献
