冷却强度及变形程度对挤压AZ31镁合金组织性能的影响

选择AZ31镁合金为原材料,在400℃下挤压散热片型材,就冷却强度及变形程度对制品的性能(抗拉强度和导电率)及组织结构的影响进行研究。结果显示:挤压温度为400℃,制品经水冷却,变形程度大的型材具有更高的抗拉强度和导电率。     

SIMULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER BY WATER SPRAY COOLING DURING CONTINUOUS CASTING OF LOW CARBON STEEL

本文研究了喷雾水滴与高温物体表面之间的传热。试验测定了锥形喷嘴的冷态特性和水滴与高温表面的传热系数,讨论了影响传热系数因素,并得出了h∝W关系式。     

基于LabVIEW软件的虚拟数字超声探伤仪设计

传统的仪器一般开发周期较长,分析测试的精度低、成本高。虚拟仪器是利用计算机显示器的显示功能来模拟传统仪器的控制面板,以多种形式输出检测结果;利用软件功能实现数字信号的运算、分析和处理;利用输入/输出(I/O)接口设备完成信号的采集、测量与调试,从而完成各种测试功能的一种计算机仪器系统。采用LabVIEW应用软件对数字式超声探伤仪面板和部分功能进行设计与构建,并实现其相关功能。     

SPV490钢轧后在线热处理工艺研究

研究了SPV490钢控轧后在线直接淬火、回火工艺参数与其力学性能之间的关系。分析了不同的工艺参数对钢板组织及性能的影响。结果表明:经奥氏体再结晶区和未再结晶区两阶段结合控制轧制后在线930℃直接淬火、640℃回火,钢板可获得均匀、细小的回火索氏体组织,其综合力学性能均超过标准要求。     

Effect of temperature on mechanical behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy

Strain rate sensitivity and tension/compression asymmetry of AZ31 magnesium alloy at different temperatures and strainrates were investigated.Both of mechanical behaviors are temperature dependent.Strain rate sensitivity increases with increasingtemperature.Thermally activated slip is the source of strain rate sensitivity.At the temperature below or near 373 K,strain ratesensitivity is very little.Tension/compression asymmetry in yielding decreases with increasing temperature.Twinning is the reasonof tension/compression asymmetry.At the temperature above or near 573 K,the material shows little tension/compressionasymmetry of the flow stress.

The development status of foundry industry in Chinese Zhejiang province

1. General introduction Zhejiang province is one of the most developed regions in Chinese foundry industry. There are more than 4 000 foundries there. Among them there are over 20 foundries whose annual output of castings exceeds ten thousand tons, and most of them are medium- or small-sized foundries.The annual output of castings in the entire province exceeds 1 850 000 tons, and more than100 000 tons are exported. There are approx.100 000 practitioners in the Province.
