Birnessite-type MnO2 nanoparticles are synthesized by mixing KMnO4 solution directly with ethylene glycol under ambient conditions. When cobalt exists in the solution, the micro-morphology of the products transforms from conglomeration to dispersive state. The result of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) shows that the product is constructed with nanosphere in sizes of ca. 40 nm. These nanospheres are twisted by nanorods clusters. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern shows that the products are birnessite-type. The electrochemical properties of the prepared materials are studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge–discharge test in aqueous electrolyte. The product shows a very high specific capacity of 326.4 F g−1. These results indicate that cobalt has great effects on the micro-morphology and electrochemical properties of manganese dioxide. 相似文献

Cu2O nanocactuses were synthesized via a simple, low-temperature, and no time-consuming wet chemical route. The synthesized products were systematically studied by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the formation of Cu2O nanocactuses was strongly depended on the addition of CTAB and NaOH. The structural evolution of the cactuslike Cu2O was found to follow dissolution and recrystallization processes. It is noteworthy that the stepwise synthetic procedure was crucial to the growth of the final nanoarchitectures. Binuclear aluminum complex as an efficient orange emitter in single-layer electroluminescent devices
A binuclear aluminum complex with a chelating anilido-imine conjugated Schiff base ligand, 1,4-{o-C6H4[N(2,6-iPr2C6H3)][CH N]Al(CH3)2}2C6H4 (3), was synthesized from the alkane elimination reaction of trimethylaluminum with the free ligand, 1,4-{o-C6H4[NH(2,6-iPr2C6H3)][CH N]}2C6H4 (2), at room temperature. The photophysical properties of complex 3 were briefly examined and it was found that complex 3 displays bright orange luminescence in solution and in solid state. Electroluminescent devices were fabricated by doping complex 3 in polymer blend host of poly(vinylcarbazole) and 2-tert-butylphenyl-5-biphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol using simple solution spin-coating technique. Efficient orange light emission was obtained from the fabricated single-layer organic light-emitting devices with a maximum current efficiency of 3.2 cd/A. 相似文献

The difficulty of selecting appropriate rheological model and parameters for the alternating distribution of soft and hard rock layers was often encountered due to the unhomogeneity, discontinuity and anisotropy of rock mass. The Burgers and generalized Kelvin models were applied to the soft and hard rock respectively and the rheological parameters were obtained based on the method of optimum separation. By using the simulated code FLAC^3D, the stability of surrounding rocks of a certain underground plant was analyzed. The effect of surface load and weakening the parameters intensity of argillaceous and bioclastic interlayers between soft and hard rock on rheological behavior of layer composite rock mass was investigated. The results indicate that the rheological characteristics of soft and hard rock layer in composite rock mass can be described well with above two rheological models. 相似文献
