Series capacitor protected by metal-oxide varistor and air-gap arrangement imposes problems to line protection and other online decisions. Discrete wavelet transform integrated with a fuzzy logic system is designed for fault classification of a transmission line possessing a series capacitor at the midpoint. The approach uses information obtained from the wavelet decomposition of current signals for faulty phase selection and section identification. We present 11 lymphoceles in 180 consecutive kidney transplants (6%). We study the potential etiologic factors, symptoms, diagnostic evaluation and treatment, stressing the role of laparoscopy in management of bulky and loculated symptomatic lymphoceles. Tannase production by Bacillus licheniformis KBR6 under submerged fermentation was optimized following Taguchi orthogonal array (OA) design of experiment (DOE). An OA layout of L18 (21 × 35) was constructed with six most influensive factors on tannase biosynthesis like, carbon source (tannic acid), phosphate source (KH2PO4), nitrogen source (NH4Cl), metal ion (Mg2+), incubation temperature and initial medium pH at three levels for the proposed experimental design. Tannase yield obtained from the 18 batches fermentation with the selected levels of each factors were processed with Qualitek-4 software at bigger is better as quality character and obtained a specific combination of factors with a predicted tannase production of 0.362 U/ml. The optimal combinations of factors (tannic acid, 1.0 g%; KH2PO4, 0.45 g%; NH4Cl, 0.35 g%; MgSO4, 0.05 g%) obtained from the proposed DOE methodology was further validated by fermentation experiment and the obtained result revealed an enhanced tannase yield of 2.18-fold (from 0.163 U/ml to 0.356 U/ml) from its unoptimized condition. Taguchi approach of DOE resulted in evaluating the main and interaction effects of the factors individually and in combination.  相似文献

Examines intrapsychic considerations for clients with a history of childhood sexual abuse and recommends a model for treatment planning based on client level of ego development. With neurotic-level clients, the preponderant therapeutic error is often avoidance of the traumatic material, whereas with borderline-level Ss therapeutic error tends toward the use of inappropriate techniques. Recommended treatment guidelines are based on a holistic ego/object relations approach to therapy. The case example of a 26 yr-old female with borderline personality organization is included. Rate of reduction of ferric oxide in the presence of solid carbon was measured in the laboratory using a thermogravimetry setup. Iron oxide in the form of powder and micropellets were used. Coconut char of high reactivity was employed as carbonaceous material. Product gas analysis was carried out to calculate the rate of carbon loss during reduction. Ferric oxide reduction was found to take place in a stage-wise manner. For the powder system, the overall reaction was found to be exclusively controlled by the gasification process. Gasification rates of coconut char in carbon dioxide were utilized to predict the rates of carbon loss during reduction. The predicted and experimental rates of carbon loss during reduction of ferric oxide by carbon were compared and possible explanations were given for the observed trends.  相似文献

Compared with control birds receiving ad libitum free-water, the total water intake of male and female northern bobwhite declined when only mealworms were available as a source of water. Male northern bobwhite sustained tissue mass and reproductive function with mealworms as their only source of water. Female northern bobwhite could not sustain body, ovary, and oviduct mass, and rate of egg production with mealworms as their only source of water. We suggest that, without free-water, breeding females require a diet with a water:dry matter ratio of greater than 1:1.29 (> 44% water).  相似文献
