Sydnone Ethylenes. I Stereoselective Synthesis of Sydnone Ethylenes from Sydnone Aldehydes Sydnones are formylated in 4-position by the VILSMEIER -HAAK reaction. N(3)-Methyl- and N(3)-(p-Anisyl)-sydnone-(4)-carboxaldehyde react stereoselectively to sydnone ethylenes with diethyl ethoxycarbonylmethanephosphonate by HORNER reaction and with arylmethylphosphonium salts by WITTIG reaction in the presence of strong bases. In the latter case, especially in the absence of lithium cations, Z-selectivity is observed which is explained by electronic interaction between the sydnone cyclus and the aromatic substituent of the phosphine ylid in the first step of the reaction. The configuration of the obtained Z- and E-sydnone ethylenes is determined by means of 1H-NMR- and IR-spectra.  相似文献

BlastAlloy 160 (BA160) is a low-carbon martensitic steel strengthened by copper and M2C precipitates. Heat-affected zone (HAZ) microstructure evaluation of BA160 exhibited softening in samples subjected to the coarse-grained HAZ thermal simulations of this steel. This softening is partially attributed to dissolution of copper precipitates and metal carbides. After subjecting these coarse-grained HAZs to a second weld thermal cycle below the A c1 temperature (at which austenite begins to form on heating), recovery of strength was observed. Atom-probe tomography and microhardness analyses correlated this strength recovery to re-precipitation of copper precipitates and metal carbides. A continuum model is proposed to rationalize strengthening and softening in the HAZ regions of BlastAlloy 160.  相似文献

The presented study investigates the flow length and the corresponding fiber content distribution in the injection‐moulded natural fiber reinforced thermoplastics and its relation to fiber type and processing parameters such as injection pressure, temperature, injection rate and mould tempering by increasing die temperature. In this research, polypropylene compounds with nominally 30 wt % hemp and sisal fibers are investigated. The influence of the injection pressure (500 and 1000 bar), melt temperature (180°C, 200°C, and 220°C), and die temperature (23°C and 80°C) on the fiber content distribution all over the sample is investigated. An increasing linear trend of fiber content along the spiral length is observed as an evidence of a fiber/polymer multiflow system. A pattern for fiber content distribution with respect to the fiber length along the injected spiral can be distinguished, where the longer fibers are usually found at the end of the injected part and the shorter fibers remain near mould entrance point. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Solutions of hydroxyethyl starch are used as a blood plasma substitute. If their physiological efficiency is to be optimized, they need to be accurately characterized in terms of their molecular weight and its distribution. The absolute determination of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution by means of light scattering require a knowledge of the refractive index increment. Although numerous investigations of the refractive index increment of hydroxyethyl starch have already been published, the results vary significantly due to the use of different samples and the choice of different measuring parameters. There was therefore an urgent need to examine the extent to which the refractive index increment depends on molecular parameters, the experimental method used and the type of processing. Here it was found that different sample preparations result in different contents of solid matter, so that an exact determination of the quantity is required. Hydroxyethyl starches in the molecular weight range of about Mw = 200.000 g/mol and varying degrees of substitution between DS 0.38 and 0.50 which are regarded as optimal for clinical use give a refractive index increment of dn/dc633nm = 0.146 = 0.005 cm3/g (solvent: H2O/0.02% NaN3; T = 25°C).  相似文献

The profiles of liquid velocity and gas hold-up in convection cells of bubble columns were calculated numerically. Development of a circulation cell was calculated from momentum and mass balances. Breakdown of the circulation cell was calculated taking into account the drift motion of bubbles ascending in accordance with the velocity gradient of the liquid. A limit of stability for the development of circulation cells has been obtained.  相似文献
