Isotope ratio mass spectroscopy (IRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy techniques are two of the analytical methods that are used to characterize food products. The aim of this study is to classify extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) samples collected from different regions of Turkey based on 1H and 13C NMR spectra along with IRMS δ13C carbon isotope ratio data by using chemometrics multivariate data analysis methods. A total of 175 EVOO samples were analyzed in 2014/15 and 2015/16 harvest seasons. Multivariate classification and clustering models were used to identify geographical and botanical origins of the EVOOs. IRMS results showed that there was no significant difference in terms of δ13C values between the years in terms of harvest year (p > 0.05), only extraction phase and variety were statistically significant factors (p < 0.05). The interactions of the factors showed that the harvest year × variety interaction is important. The outcomes of this research clearly indicated that considering the partial least squares discriminant analysis result with NMR spectra, the percent success of the model in the South Marmara, North Aegean, and South Aegean region samples were 95%, 95.7%, and 96.4% in the model set, respectively. The results showed that by using classification and clustering models, geographic marking and labeling of these oils can be carried out regardless of differences in year and production systems (2 and 3 phase extraction system) according the NMR analysis.  相似文献

Needle electrical stimulation of the lumbosacral roots at the laminar level of the Th12-L1 or L1-2 intervertebral spaces were performed in 24 normal subjects and 58 patients with various kinds of lumbar radiculopathy (unilateral L4, L5 and S1 herniated nucleus pulposus and lumber stenosis). The root stimulation method was compared with conventional needle EMG. Lumber electrical stimulation showed root abnormalities objectively in 80% of patients while the diagnostic value of needle EMG was 65%. Therefore, electrical root stimulation is superior to routine EMG for localizing lumbar root involvement. However, the only needle EMG demonstrated the root pathology in 7 cases (12%) and single electrophysiological abnormality was found by the root stimulation in 16 cases (27%). Thus, both electrophysiological methods should be complementary to each other in evaluation of the lumbar radioculopathy.  相似文献

Joint design and optimization of traditionally independent problems such as routing and link scheduling have recently become one of the leading research trends in wireless mesh networks. Although technically challenging, cross-layering is, in fact, expected to bring significant benefits from the network resource exploitation standpoint to achieve high system utilization. In this article we propose a versatile framework for joint design of routing and link scheduling, introducing the notion of link activation constraints, which are related to the transceiver capability and the broadcast nature of the wireless medium. To this end, we introduce a taxonomy of wireless interference models to harmonize existing approaches presented in the literature. Finally, we evaluate the impact on network capacity of the various interference models when optimal joint routing and link scheduling are employed.  相似文献

A vapor generation procedure for the production of volatile species of Au was studied using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). The interference effects of iron in solution and in the gas phase in a quartz T-tube were studied for the first time in detail. A dual vapor generation system was used for a single heated quartz tube atomizer, so that it was possible to study interferences and classify them regarding their origins. Results show that both gas-phase and liquid-phase interferences are present. It was also concluded that since the total interference effect causes the Au signal to be lower as compared to only the presence of gas-phase interactions in the experiment, the net liquid-phase interference from Fe should be suppressed. The method described in this study was used for the determination of gold in an ore reference material, Carlin Ore Mine, for the purpose of demonstrating the ability of the reported method to determine Au without any extraction procedure.  相似文献

By utilizing the framework of the effective field theory with correlation, hysteresis and compensation behaviors of mixed spin-1 and spin-2 hexagonal Ising nanowire system is investigated in detail. The effects of Hamiltonian parameters on hysteresis behaviors are discussed, in detail. The compensation behavior of the system is also studied and according to values of Hamiltonian parameters, the Q-, S-, R-, and N-type compensation behaviors is obtained in the system. Finally, the obtaining results are compared with some experimental and theoretical results and found in a qualitatively good agreement.  相似文献

The preparation of sulfite biosensor by immobilization of sulfite oxidase on a glassy carbon electrode coated with mercury thin film is described. Dissolved oxygen can be readily reduced at the glassy carbon electrode coated with mercury thin film. The working principle of the biosensor was based on monitoring decrease in the peak current due to the depletion in dissolved oxygen concentration according to the reaction of sulfite oxidase.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the impact of three special forms of the Minkowski metric (Euclidean, City Block, and Chebychev distances) on the performance of the conventional vector quantization (VQ) and Gaussian mixture model (GMM) based closed-set text-independent speaker recognition systems, in terms of recognition rate and confidence on decisions. For the VQ based system, evaluations are carried out using the two most common clustering algorithms, LBG and K-means, and it is revealed which clustering algorithm and distance pair should be used to exploit the best attribute of both to achieve the best recognition rate for a given codebook size. In the case of GMM based system, we introduce the metrics into the GMM using a concatenation of the LBG and K-means algorithms in estimating the initial mean vectors, to which the system performance is sensitive, and explore their impact on system performance. We also make comparison of results obtained from evaluations on clean speech (TIMIT) and telephone speech databases (NTIMIT and NIST2001) with the modern classifiers VQ-UBM and GMM-UBM. It is found that there are cases where conventional VQ based system outperforms the modern systems. Moreover, the impact of distance metrics on the performance of the conventional and modern systems depends on the recognition task imposed (verification/identification).  相似文献

The kinetic spin-3/2 Ising system in the presence of crystal and external oscillating magnetic fields on the triangular lattice (TL) is examined within the mean-field approximation and the Glauber-type stochastic dynamics, namely dynamic mean-field approximation (DMFA). First, the dynamic equations describing the behavior of the system are derived for the TL. Then, the dynamic equations are solved numerically to obtain the dynamic hysteresis curves of the kinetic spin-3/2 Ising ferromagnetic system, which strongly depend on the Hamiltonian parameters. Moreover, the dynamic behaviors of the coercivity and remanent magnetizations are studied depending on the temperature, crystal field and frequency of the oscillating external magnetic field. Finally, the results are compared with some experimental and theoretical studies and a qualitatively good overall agreement is observed  相似文献
