电力负荷削峰减载系统在珠钢电炉的应用

借助现场采集装置,在计算机上获取每一分钟的冶炼工艺电能需求量,显示当前15分钟时段已发生的电耗量,调整用户设定,实现需量自动刷新、报警和专家分析推荐后续用量;实现平稳用电并减少对电网冲击,同时降低电能最大需用量以减少成本。     

Local residence time,residence revolution,and residence volume distributions in twin‐screw extruders

This work was aimed at studying the overall, partial, and local residence time distributions (RTD); overall, partial and local residence revolution distributions (RRD) and overall, partial and local residence volume distributions (RVD) in a co‐rotating twin screw extruder, on the one hand; and establishing the relationships among them, on the other hand. Emphasis was placed on the effects of the type and geometry of mixing elements (a gear block and various types of kneading elements differing in staggering angle) and process parameters on the RTD, RRD and RVD. The overall and partial RTD were directly measured in‐line during the extrusion process and the local ones were calculated by deconvolution based on a statistical theory. The local RTD allowed comparing the mixing performance of mixing elements. Also it was confirmed both experimentally and theoretically that specific throughput, defined as a ratio of throughput (Q) over screw speed (N), controlled all the above three types of residence distributions, be they local, partial or overall. The RRD and RVD do not provide more information on an extrusion process than the corresponding RTD. Rather they are different ways of representing the same phenomena. POLYM. ENG. 基于作业测定技术的后桥壳生产线工艺评价及优化

以某企业后桥壳生产线为研究对象,运用作业测定技术中的时间研究法,测定后桥壳各工序的标准时间,评价工艺及找到瓶颈工序;运用"5W1H"提问技术,根据"ECRS"原则,同时结合工艺设计及企业资源情况,对后桥壳生产线现有工艺进行评价及优化,改善后,使生产线的产能每天提高了10件,生产能力提高了33.57%.     

探讨某高级车库设计需要注意的几点问题

广州市现在每天增加的小汽车数量就在400辆以上，这种迅猛的增长势头除了对城市的交通运输网络造成很大的压力外，城市的停车缺口也在不断扩大，现在广州市的停车位缺口就在30万辆左右。针对这种情况，地方政府正在加大解决城市停车难问题的力度．其中一项措施就是增加建设停车库。     

从关联分析法看如何改善沥青抗老化性能

用灰色关联分析法研究了沥青抗老化性能与沥青化学组成之间的关联程度，结果表明，影响再生沥青性质的主要因素是沥青中的芳烃和胶质的含量。通过添加芳香组分能改善沥青四组分之间的配伍性，从而可以改善再生沥青的抗老化性能。并通过对再生剂进行富芳处理，验证了上述结论。     

镍氢电池负极用低成本储氢合金的研究

研究了ABS型储氢合金在低Co含量条件下，随B组元替代元素Co，Al，Si等含量的变化对合金电化学性能的影响规律，同时研究了A组元中不同La／Ce比对合金电化学性能的影响情况。结果表明，随合金中Co含量的降低，合金的活化性能和放电容量得以改善，但合金的循环寿命下降也比较明显；在试验范围内，随Al元素的加入，合金的循环寿命得以改善，但材料的放电容量和活化性能均有所下降；随合金La／Ce比的降低，合金的放电容量略有下降，但其循环寿命和放电电压平台有较大提高。     

炼铁生产环境负荷分析和预测研究

利用寿命周期评价的思想，计算了炼铁生产过程中的环境负荷，并分析了各因素对环境负荷的影响，运用神经网络对炼铁生产过程环境负荷进行了预测。     

Simulating a Smartboard by Real-Time Gesture Detection in Lecture Videos

Gesture plays an important role for recognizing lecture activities in video content analysis. In this paper, we propose a real-time gesture detection algorithm by integrating cues from visual, speech and electronic slides. In contrast to the conventional “complete gesture” recognition, we emphasize detection by the prediction from “incomplete gesture”. Specifically, intentional gestures are predicted by the modified hidden Markov model (HMM) which can recognize incomplete gestures before the whole gesture paths are observed. The multimodal correspondence between speech and gesture is exploited to increase the accuracy and responsiveness of gesture detection. In lecture presentation, this algorithm enables the on-the-fly editing of lecture slides by simulating appropriate camera motion to highlight the intention and flow of lecturing. We develop a real-time application, namely simulated smartboard, and demonstrate the feasibility of our prediction algorithm using hand gesture and laser pen with simple setup without involving expensive hardware.      

稀土改善09CuPTiRE耐候钢耐蚀性的作用机理

应用扫描电镜(SEM)、离子探针(IMA)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和交流阻抗法研究含不同稀土耐候钢稀土提高耐大气腐蚀作用机理。结果表明,合适的稀土含量可显著提高钢的耐腐蚀性,稀土能促进Si、Cu和P在内锈层中以Si~(4+)、Cu~+和P~(5+)形态富集,并观察到锈层中的稀土。钢中加入稀土形成了致密连续厚而粘附性好的含硅铜稀土的复合铁锈层,从而提高了抗大气腐蚀性能。
