Concomitance of diverse synaptic plasticity across different timescales produces complex cognitive processes. To achieve comparable cognitive complexity in memristive neuromorphic systems, devices that are capable of emulating short‐term (STP) and long‐term plasticity (LTP) concomitantly are essential. In existing memristors, however, STP and LTP can only be induced selectively because of the inability to be decoupled using different loci and mechanisms. In this work, the first demonstration of truly concomitant STP and LTP is reported in a three‐terminal memristor that uses independent physical phenomena to represent each form of plasticity. The emerging layered material Bi2O2Se is used for memristors for the first time, opening up the prospects for ultrathin, high‐speed, and low‐power neuromorphic devices. The concerted action of STP and LTP allows full‐range modulation of the transient synaptic efficacy, from depression to facilitation, by stimulus frequency or intensity, providing a versatile device platform for neuromorphic function implementation. A heuristic recurrent neural circuitry model is developed to simulate the intricate “sleep–wake cycle autoregulation” process, in which the concomitance of STP and LTP is posited as a key factor in enabling this neural homeostasis. Attacks on websites and network servers are among the most critical threats in
network security. Network behavior identification is one of the most effective ways to
identify malicious network intrusions. Analyzing abnormal network traffic patterns and
traffic classification based on labeled network traffic data are among the most effective
approaches for network behavior identification. Traditional methods for network traffic
classification utilize algorithms such as Naive Bayes, Decision Tree and XGBoost.
However, network traffic classification, which is required for network behavior
identification, generally suffers from the problem of low accuracy even with the recently
proposed deep learning models. To improve network traffic classification accuracy thus
improving network intrusion detection rate, this paper proposes a new network traffic
classification model, called ArcMargin, which incorporates metric learning into a
convolutional neural network (CNN) to make the CNN model more discriminative.
ArcMargin maps network traffic samples from the same category more closely while
samples from different categories are mapped as far apart as possible. The metric learning
regularization feature is called additive angular margin loss, and it is embedded in the
object function of traditional CNN models. The proposed ArcMargin model is validated
with three datasets and is compared with several other related algorithms. According to a
set of classification indicators, the ArcMargin model is proofed to have better
performances in both network traffic classification tasks and open-set tasks. Moreover, in
open-set tasks, the ArcMargin model can cluster unknown data classes that do not exist in

This article reports on the characterization and preparation of N-doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) films by reactive magnetron sputtering from Ti(99.5) targets in a mixture of Ar/O2/N2 atmosphere on unheated glass substrates. A dual magnetron system supplied by a dc bipolar pulsed power source was used to sputter the TiOxNy films. The amount of N in the TiOxNy film ranges from 5 to 40 at%. Its structure was measured using X-ray diffraction (XRD), the optical band gap was calculated from Tauc plots and the decrease of the water contact angle αir after the film activation by UV irradiation was investigated as a function of at% of N in the TiOxNy film. The yellow-coloured TiOxNy films with high (≈8 at%) amount of N exhibited a strong decrease of the band gap Eg down to 2.7 eV. A significant decrease of the water contact angle αir after UV irradiation has been observed for 2 μm thick transparent nanocrystalline (anatase+rutile) N-doped TiO2 films containing less than 6 at% of N. 相似文献

Self‐powered photodetectors (PDs) have long been realized by utilizing photovoltaic effect and their performances can be effectively enhanced by introducing the piezo‐phototronic effect. Recently, a novel pyro‐phototronic effect is invented as an alternative approach for performance enhancement of self‐powered PDs. Here, a self‐powered organic/inorganic PD is demonstrated and the influences of externally applied strain on the pyro‐phototronic and the photovoltaic effects are thoroughly investigated. Under 325 nm 2.30 mW cm‐2 UV illumination and at a ‐0.45% compressive strain, the PD's photocurrent is dramatically enhanced from ≈14.5 to ≈103 nA by combining the pyro‐phototronic and piezo‐phototronic effects together, showing a significant improvement of over 600%. Theoretical simulations have been carried out via the finite element method to propose the underlying working mechanism. Moreover, the pyro‐phototronic effect can be introduced by applying a ‐0.45% compressive strain to greatly enhance the PD's response to 442 nm illumination, including photocurrent, rise time, and fall time. This work provides in‐depth understandings about the pyro‐phototronic and the piezo‐phototronic effects on the performances of self‐powered PD to light sources with different wavelengths and indicates huge potential of these two effects in optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

The bioanode is the defining feature of microbial fuel cell (MFC) technology and often limits its performance. In the current work, we report the engineering of a novel hierarchically porous architecture as an efficient bioanode, consisting of biocompatible chitosan and vacuum-stripped graphene (CHI/VSG). A fully discrete second‐order decoupled implicit/explicit method is proposed for solving 3D primitive equations of ocean in the case of Dirichlet boundary conditions on the side, where a second‐order decoupled implicit/explicit scheme is used for time discretization, and a finite element method based on the P1(P1) ? P1?P1(P1) elements for velocity, pressure and density is used for spatial discretization of these primitive equations. Optimal H1?L2?H1 error estimates for numerical solution and an optimal L2 error estimate for are established under the convergence condition of 0 < h≤β1,0 < τ≤β2, and τ≤β3h for some positive constants β1,β2, and β3. Furthermore, numerical computations show that the H1?L2?H1 convergence rate for numerical solution is of O(h + τ2) and an L2 convergence rate for is O(h2+τ2) with the assumed convergence condition, where h is a mesh size and τ is a time step size.
