shown to catalyze the hydrolysis of silicon–hydride bonds for a range of hydrosilanes. The highest turnover frequencies (220–311 moles
silane/moles Co/h) were observed for the dialkylsilanes (R2SiH2), which were hydrolyzed to give the corresponding dialkylsilanediols. The monoalkylsilanes (RSiH3) reacted more slowly (2–20 moles silane/moles Co/h) and gave an oligomeric product. The efficient dealing with the dynamic environment of production industries is one of the most challenging tasks of Supply Chain Management in high-wage countries. Relevant and current information are still not used sufficiently, to handle the influence of the dynamic environment on intra- and inter-company order processing adequately. Among other things, the problem is caused by missing or delayed feedback of relevant data. As a consequence of that, planning results differ from the actual situation of production. High Resolution Supply Chain Management describes an approach aiming on high information transparency in supply chains in combination with decentralized, self-optimizing control loops for Production Planning and Control. Few instruments have been designed specifically to address the needs of college counseling centers. This article reviews existing instruments and presents 4 studies that describe the development and psychometric properties of a new instrument, the Counseling Center Assessment of Psychological Symptoms-62 (CCAPS-62). Study 1 describes the initial item development, factor analysis, and preliminary scale development steps. Study 2 describes the results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using data from more than 22,000 clients pooled via a national practice-research network of counseling centers. Studies 3 and 4 provide preliminary evidence of subscales' convergent validity and retest reliability. Results from these 4 studies provide support for the instrument's factor structure, construct validity, and subscale reliabilities for both the total sample and subgroups. Clinical and methodological issues pertaining to the future development of the CCAPS are discussed in the context of a national practice-research network of college counseling centers. Lowering psychological pressure of investors and increasing the futures trading profit are the main purposes of this paper. First of all, this study aims to transfer profit curve (PC) generated by a non-AI-based trading strategy into technical indices, and enable clustering of high-low points of PC to display high–low point signals through some AI-based methods such as Grey Clustering, SOM and K-mean. Next, it attempts to close the transaction with high-point signal, and then open a position at low-point one, thus constructing three groups of profit refiners: GCR (Grey Clustering Refiner), SOMR (SOM Refiner) and KMR (K-Mean Refiner). Finally, the features of these refiners are analyzed to evaluate the test results using some performance indices. SOMR could improve the profit to the greatest possible extent, followed by GCR and KMR; on the other hand, KMR could lower psychological pressure, followed by SOMR and GCR. As a whole, three groups of refiners can really improve the profit and alleviate psychological burden of investors. 相似文献

A new technique of diagnosing data for broken rotor bars in induction motors derived from two of the three stator currents, the Beirut diagnostic procedure (BDP) is presented in this paper. The theoretical principles directly related to the application of this diagnostic technique are described, emphasizing the use of a severity factor in order to evaluate the extension of the fault. Defining the severity factor as the normalized amplitude of the fault characteristic frequency enables us to draw up a table of comparison of several usual electric diagnostic methods. Besides the traditional one-phase current spectrum analysis, values of the severity factor related to electrical signals like the instantaneous powers, the current space vector modulus and finally related to the new Beirut diagnostic method are analyzed with respect to the variation of the power factor angle and of the sum of the two current side-band angular displacement. The BDP offers several advantages over the usual motor current signature analyses (MCSA) methods: it is shown how the proposed severity factor applied to the new diagnostic technique is not dependent on motor parameters such as the power factor angle and the fault type which is not the case of the instantaneous powers. In addition, the BDP has the advantage of detecting easily fault characteristic frequencies, which is not possible via diagnostic methods that use the detection of two side-band components as in the simple current spectrum.By theoretical analysis, computer simulations, and laboratory experiments, it is shown that the new method enhances the reliability of diagnostics of broken rotor bars in induction motor. 相似文献

The generally prescribed procedure for choosing a decision strategy from a decision tree employs a backward induction analysis that entails 3 fundamental consistency principles: dynamic, consequential, and strategic. The first requires the decision maker to follow through on plans to the end, the second requires the decision maker to focus solely on future events and final consequences given the current state of events, and the third is the conjunction of the first 2. Five experiments were reported to test these principles using different subject populations, different procedures for estimating consistency, and different factors for manipulating the attractiveness of the gamble at the final stage of the tree. Lithium ammonium sulphate (LAS) is an excellent inorganic ferroelectric material with a very high degree of transparency and exceptional mechanical properties. Good quality crystals of LAS were grown by using the modified Sankaranarayanan–Ramasamy method within a period of 30 days. The grown crystals were subjected to single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis in order to establish their crystalline nature. Several solid state physical parameters have been determined for the grown crystals. The anisotropy in Vickers’ micro hardness led to the study of various parameters such as fracture toughness (Kc), brittleness index (B) and yield strength (σv). The dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of the grown crystal were studied as a function of frequency and temperature, and the corresponding relaxation time (τ), relaxation frequency (Fr) and the activation energy have been calculated. 相似文献
