本文介绍广州地铁二号线集中冷站的空调制冷自动控制系统的设计，对其控制原理与节能优化进行分析。     

系列尼古丁PVC膜选择性电极的研制

以尼古丁为研究对象 ,研制了一系列含有不同增塑剂 (苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯二甲酸二壬酯和癸二酸二辛酯 )和电活性物质 (尼古丁 四苯硼缔合物、尼古丁 硅钨酸缔合物、尼古丁 磷钨酸缔合物和尼古丁 雷氏盐缔合物 )的PVC膜电极。所有的 8支电极均对尼古丁盐酸溶液有Nernst响应。所制备的电极中 ,以尼古丁 四苯硼缔合物、尼古丁 硅钨酸缔合物、尼古丁 磷钨酸缔合物或尼古丁 雷氏盐缔合物为活性物的电极 ,其线性范围达到 10 - 4～ 10 - 1 mol/L ,以尼古丁 硅钨酸缔合物为活性物的电极线性范围达到 10 - 5～ 10 - 1 mol/L。电极响应的均匀性还在进一步的研究和改善中     

电子商务中信息传输与共享

电子商务中信息传输与共享技术是电子商务的核心技术 ,电子商务是以Internet为基础的新兴产业 ,保护信息的安全无疑是十分重要的 ,人们越来越多地使用计算机网络来传送对安全敏感的信息 ,所以在信息传输域共享中 ,认证业务、保密业务、数据完整性业务、不可否认业务是当前电子商务急需解决的关键技术 ,本文对这方面做了一些探讨并提出自己的看法     

The Content Driven Mobile Internet

The development of future mobile networks will be driven, in large part, by content and web based services. In this paper, we examine several performance, scalability and architectural challenges faced by future mobile web applications and how advanced mobile content delivery techniques can address these challenges. We review existing content delivery using a taxonomy that consists of three categories: network scaling, end system acceleration, and content and protocol optimization. While wireline content delivery focuses on network and server scalability, mobile content delivery will likely benefit most from optimizing radio link usage. We also present our ongoing work in this area, which extends the functionality of edge caching to the terminal, uses user interest correlation information to maintain low terminal power consumption and adds a new dimension to radio resource management. 火控雷达诱饵系统角度自动控制

在现役雷达抗反辐射导弹的各种措施中,为雷达配置诱饵是较有效、可行的一种。介绍了两点源诱偏的原理,对利用同一类型退役火控雷达作非相干诱饵进行了探讨,提出了一种火控雷达诱饵系统角度自动控制的方法。     

尿素对以硝酸铝和葡萄糖为原料合成氮化铝粉末反应过程中相变及反应速率的影响

以硝酸铝(Al(NO3)3·9H2O)和葡萄糖(C6H12O6·H2O)为原料,利用碳热还原法制备氮化铝粉末,研究了尿素对前驱物的制备及前驱物氮化反应的影响,研究发现添加尿素合成的前驱物和未添加尿素合成的前驱物在氮化反应过程中相变和反应速率存在较大差异。在没有添加尿素合成的前驱物的氮化反应过程中,出现了γ-Al2O3、α-Al2O3、AlON和AIN相,该前驱物的反应速率慢,完全氮化需要在1600℃下才能完成。对于添加尿素合成的前驱物而言,在其氮化反应过程中仅出现了γ-Al2O3和AIN相,没有α-Al2O3和AlON的生成,AIN直接由γ-Al2O3氮化生成,该前驱物的氮化反应速率快,氮化反应温度低,在1400℃下即可实现完全氮化。分析讨论了两种前驱物的氮化反应速率不同的主要原因,并利用XRD、SEM等分析方法对粉末进行了表征。     

Laser-assisted sealing and testing for ceramic packaging of MEMS devices

In this work, a CO/sub 2/ laser-assisted silicon lid sealing process, utilizing Au80/Sn20 solder, for encapsulating gas breakdown test micro-electro-mechanical structures (MEMS) in a ceramic quad flatpack (CQFP) was studied. Wire bonded MEMS dies were sealed into CQFPs under various gas media, such as air, nitrogen, helium and vacuum. The gas breakdown test results showed a significantly higher breakdown voltage for vacuum packaged parts compared to those packaged in other various gas environments. Hermeticity testing according to MIL-STD-883E showed that the leak rate of the package was below 10/sup -8/ atm cc/s. The bonding was uniform and the bonding strength is believed to be comparable to the tensile strength of Au80/Sn20 solder.     

关于Delphi7的Zlib压缩库的应用

在数据库应用过程中,往往要对一些文件进行保存,如果直接保存,会浪费很多数据库空间,势必造成对数据库处理速度的影响。介绍利用Delphi7提供的Zlib压缩库在数据库存取文件时可以直接进行压缩和解压缩处理,使得在数据库中存取文件变得越来越方便。     

Phase Transition VO2 Thin Films for Optical Switches

This paper presents a method to make vanadium dioxide (VO₂) crystallites on silicon substrates by reactive ion beam sputtering. The thickness of the thin film is about 100nm. The phase transition temperature of VO₂ is 65°C. The transmittance of the semiconducting phase VO₂ is about 50% and it is reduced to as low as 3% in metal phase at the infrared wavelenghth spectrum. The extinction ratio of the optical switches is 12dB. and the insertion loss is of 1-2dB. The switching time is about 1ms.     

27keV Ar~+斜入射时的Cu-Au合金溅射实验角分布

用27keV Ar~+分别在垂直和倾斜入射情况下,轰击了Cu-Au(30wt％)合金样品,测量了Cu和Au原子的溅射角分布。角分布是用卢瑟福背散射(RBS)技术分析Al捕获膜上的Cu-Au沉积成分而定量得到的。结果表明:(1)在Ar~+倾斜(θ=40°)入射时,Cu原子择优发射,且程度比垂直入射(θ_r=O°)时增强:(2)倾斜入射时,Cu原子的角分布显示出在接近于样品表面法线方向的发射角范围内(θ<45°),发射机率比垂直入射时减小。
