自喷井电动清蜡绞车的研制

针对目前石油钻采用清蜡绞车总体结构设计不合理以及实用性不强等技术难题,研制开发了自喷井电动清蜡绞车。该绞车的核心部件包括过载保护安全装置、牙嵌离合器轴套、自动/手动互换装置、计量装置以及密封装置。在清蜡绞车自动工作中,当清蜡刮刀遇到较大阻力时,清蜡绞车将接收到反馈信号,可实现智能停车,自动转换为手动状态,以便操作人员检查和排除故障,从而确保了操作的安全性,延长了设备的使用寿命。1000余台电动清蜡绞车的现场应用表明,该产品可以大大降低原油的开采成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。     

改性双马来酰亚胺的研究

本文研究了双马来酰亚胺与烯丙基化合物形成的改性树脂体系的固化和热性能，讨论了单体配比、增韧剂、催化剂对性能的影响。     

Structure-permeation relations of met-enkephalin peptide analogues on absorption and secretion mechanisms in Caco-2 monolayers

Due to the low effective permeabilities of peptides at many absorption sites, their structure-permeation relations are of high interest. In this work structure-permeation relations of Met-enkephalin analogues are presented using confluent Caco-2 cells as an in vitro permeation model. Four model peptides (Met-enkephalin, [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalin, [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalinamide, and metkephamid) were tested in terms of permeability, lipophilicity, charge, and molecular size. Permeability coefficients (P(eff)) across Caco-2 cells were low, 3.3 x 10(-8) to 9.5 x 10(-8) cm s-1, and were similar to typical paracellular markers. No correlation of permeability and the log(apparent octanol/buffer partition coefficient) was observed. A 40-fold increase of the permeability of metkephamid in the presence of 10 mM EDTA suggested a significant contribution of paracellular transport. Independent support for this conclusion was obtained by visualizing the pathway of the fluorescein isocyanate isomer I 1-metkephamid by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). The fluorophore-labeled peptide was observed in the intercallular space only. Metkephamid permeabilities were found to be direction-specific. Permeabilities from basolateral to apical (b-to-a) were significantly higher (ca. 4-fold) than in the opposite (a-to-b) direction. The addition of verapamil equalized the permeabilities in the a-to-b and b-to-a directions, suggesting the involvement of a P-glycoprotein-mediated secretion mechanism. Similar observations were obtained with [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalinamide, but not with Met-enkephalin and [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalin. In contrast to the other analogues, metkephamid and [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalinamide are positively charged at neutral pH, as demonstrated by their isoelectric points (pl = 8.6 for [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalinamide and metkephamid and 5.3 for [D-Ala2]Met-enkephalin and Met-enkephalin). The data is in agreement with the literature showing that most compounds secreted by the P-glycoprotein transporter carry a positive charge.     

新型交流脉冲MIG焊接法的研究

采用自行研制的具有方框形外特性的交流脉冲MIG焊接电源 ,又设计了双凹形焊接电流波形 ,即过零前后的电流波形均为脉冲大电流 ,有利于交流脉冲MIG焊接电弧的连续稳定。按照这个新型交流脉冲MIG焊接方法 ,不必加任何稳弧措施 ,可实现电弧的稳定燃烧 ,解决了电弧磁偏吹的问题 ,具有较好的焊接工艺性能 ,用于压力容器的全位置焊接和铝焊接均有很好的焊缝成型     

Dynamics and biogeochemical significance of the physical environment in Lake Biwa

We have examined two aspects of the dynamics and biogeochemical significance of the physical environment in Lake Biwa. One is the horizontal distribution of cyanobacteria as it relates to the ‘first gyre’ in the north basin of Lake Biwa. We could easily measure the first gyre using a vessel‐mounted acoustic doppler currents profiler. We were able to quantify the dynamics of the horizontal and vertical structure of currents and water temperature of this gyre. The first gyre did not remain at a fixed position; it moved north and south according to the growth of the gyre. This may play a role in the redistribution of cyanobacteria from place to place in the north basin. The second important environmental dynamic we measured was oxygen consumption rates from 1994 to 2000. We found that the minimum oxygen concentration in the hypolimnion has a clear inverse relationship with the apparent oxygen consumption rates in the 80–85 m depth layer. As a reduction in oxygen concentration in the hypolimnion can have a serious impact on benthic organisms, we concluded that the Lake Biwa environment should be monitored carefully and systematically.

纵横波测井资料在储层评价中的应用

将弹性波基础理论，Gasman理论，Biot理论和实验研究结果相结合，探讨了沉积岩地层中速度和弹性模量，弹性模量和孔隙度，剪切模量和孔隙度，速度和孔隙度，孔隙度和Biot系数之间的关系，利用从各种声学测井资料中提取出的P波和S波时差（或速度）定量评价地层孔隙度和骨架物质，辅以泥质指示测井曲线，可以计算地层孔隙度，饱和度，岩性等参数，在M，Krief方法的基础上，采用优化算法寻求适合于任何岩性地层的孔隙度与Biot系数之间的关系式，提高了Biot系数的计算精度，该评价方法有坚实的实验基础和理论基础，评价结果与实验室岩心分析数据吻合。     

iShopFloor: an Internet-enabled agent-based intelligent shop floor

Global competition is driving manufacturing companies to change the way they do business. New kinds of shop floor control systems need to be implemented for these companies to respond quickly to changing shop floor environments and customer demands. This paper presents a new concept called iShopFloor-an intelligent shop floor based on the Internet, web, and agent technologies. It focuses on the implementation of distributed intelligence in the manufacturing shop floor. The proposed approach provides the framework for components of a complex control system to work together as a whole rather than as a disjoint set. It encompasses both information architecture and integration methodologies. The paper introduces the basic concept of iShopFloor, a generic system architecture, and system components. It also describes the implementation of eXtensible Markup Language message services in iShopFloor and the application of intelligent agents to distributed manufacturing scheduling. A prototype environment is presented, and some implementation issues are discussed.

High-Tc dc-SQUID magnetometer and its application in eddy current non-destructive evaluation

We have fabricated and tested a high-T_c dc-SQUID magnetometer patterned on a YBCO thin film deposited on a SrTiO₃ bicrystal substrate. The measurement of noise spectrum at 77 K showed that the magnetometer has a white noise of 333 fT/Hz^1/2 without superconducting shield, corresponding to a flux sensitivity of 14.5 μΦ₀/Hz^1/2. We constructed a test system for eddy current non-destructive evaluation of conducting aluminum plates by using the magnetometer. Flaws over 10 mm below the surface can be clearly identified. By mapping the magnetic field distribution, we can locate the flaw position. The signals caused by flaw were expanded due to the use of double-D type driving coil with a wider central slit. The experimental results confirmed that this test system could operate in a magnetic unshielded environment.
