星环形计算机局域网的性能研究

本文结合星形(Star)和环形(Ring)拓扑结构,提出了一种全新的LAN(Local Area Network)结构——星环形LAN.它以较低廉的代价在网络的几个主要性能指标上获得较大的提高.本文论述了星环形LAN(StarRing LAN)的设计思想和各性能指标的研究结果.     

基于特征映射的互联网频繁模式识别算法

提出了一种基于特征映射的互联网频繁模式识别算法,采用特征映射与聚类相结合的方法,解决了SPADE算法不能反映类信息的问题与大量数据聚类时的效率低下,同时,提出了比较合理的频繁模式定量评价体系,从而完成了识别系统的整体设计,对于处理互联网海量用户数据有着相当重要的作用,同时,可以根据此算法提供个性化推荐等服务来提升用户体验.     

PDA用于注射液中微粒检测的研究

Reconstruction of nonuniform transmission lines from time-domainreflectometry

A novel technique is developed to reconstruct the physical structures of a nonuniform transmission line from its time-domain or frequency-domain reflection (scattering) coefficient. This technique takes the past history of reflection processes of nonuniform line into considerations, and its accuracy exceeds that of a conventional time-domain reflectometry (TDR) technique. Experimental results are presented to illustrate the validity of this reconstruction technique     

Performance dependence of InGaP/InGaAs/GaAs pHEMTs on gatemetallization

The performance of InGaP-based pHEMTs as a function of gate metallization is examined for Mo/Au, Ti/Au, and Pt/Au gates. DC and microwave performance of pHEMT's with 0.7-μm gate lengths is evaluated. Transconductance, threshold voltage, f_t, and f_max are found to depend strongly on gate metallization. High-speed performance is achieved, with f_t of 41.3 GHz and f _max of 101 GHz using Mo/Au gates. The difference in performance between devices with different gate metallizations is postulated to be due to a combination of the difference in Schottky barrier heights and different gate-to-channel spacings due to penetration of the gate metal into the InGaP barrier layer

Integrated Analysis of Microarray,Small RNA,and Degradome Datasets Uncovers the Role of MicroRNAs in Temperature-Sensitive Genic Male Sterility in Wheat

Temperature-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line Beijing Sterility 366 (BS366) has been utilized in hybrid breeding for a long time, but the molecular mechanism underlying male sterility remains unclear. Expression arrays, small RNA, and degradome sequencing were used in this study to explore the potential role of miRNA in the cold-induced male sterility of BS366. Microspore observation showed defective cell plates in dyads and tetrads and shrunken microspores at the vacuolated stage. Differential regulation of Golgi vesicle transport, phragmoplast formation, sporopollenin biosynthesis, pollen exine formation, and lipid metabolism were observed between cold and control conditions. Pollen development was significantly represented in the 352 antagonistic miRNA-target pairs in the integrated analysis of miRNA and mRNA profiles. The specific cleavage of ARF17 and TIR1 by miR160 and miR393 were found in the cold-treated BS366 degradome, respectively. Thus, the cold-mediated miRNAs impaired cell plate formation through repression of Golgi vesicle transport and phragmoplast formation. The repressed expression of ARF17 and TIR1 impaired pollen exine formation. The results of this study will contribute to our understanding of the roles of miRNAs in male sterility in wheat.     

Influence of Negative Pressure Gradient on Pressure Distribution and Gas-Solid Flow Pattern of Solid Feed Systems

A series of experiments on a solid feed system was performed to investigate the effect of negative pressure gradient on the gas-solid flow pattern and hydrodynamic characteristics.Based on the non-fluidized gas-solid two phase flow and particulate mechanics in the standpipe,a method for predicting the pressure of the air passing through the recycle chamber and the pressure drop through the loop seal slit in these systems is also presented.The predicted pressure profile along the negative pressure gradient from the proposed model exhibits a good agreement with the experimental data.The experimental data show that the gas flow in the standpipe is always upward in the negative pressure gradients,while the direction ofthe superficial gas velocity through the recycle chamber of the loop seal does not affect the pressure drop in standpipe.It increases with an increasing negative pressure gradient.
