Mathematical model of deoxidization with post stirring in a combined blowing converter

Dissolved oxygen in the steel at the terminal of the converter smelting process is the main cause for the formation of oxide inclusions, and the high terminal oxygen content worsens the steel cleanness. Treatment of methanol wastewater with two-stage and two-phase anaerobic process

The two-stage and two-phase anaerobic process (TSTP) composed of hydrolytic acidification reactor,first-order and second-order external circulation anaerobic reactors (EC) was taken to treat methanol wastewater. Test results show that TSTP process is quick start-up in 51 d, and the maximum VFA of hydrolytic acidification reactor effluent reaches 876 mg/L. Under the condition of volume loading of 6.56 kgCOD/m3·d, COD removal rate of the first-order EC reactor is about 85%, and under the condition of volume loading of 1.02 kgCOD/m3·d, COD removal rate of the second-order EC reactor is about 50%. When the inflow COD of TSTP process is between 7000-11000 mg/L, its effluent COD is lower than 600 mg/L. In the biological conversion process of methanol into methane,the production of acetic acids as an intermediate product can be ignored and the direct production of methane from methanol is predominant.     

基于DSP和FIFO信号采集系统硬件设计及实现

提出了一个基于FIFO和DSP的高速数据信号采集系统的设计,给出了该系统的总体设计方案和具体硬件电路,包括FIFO内部电路结构的阐述、电源和复位电路设计、FIFO与DSP的连接等.实验表明:该系统结构清晰、电路简洁、易于实现.     

采动影响下断层冲击矿压危险性研究

采用FLAC5.02D数值模拟软件模拟了煤层开采过程中断层对矿山压力分布的影响.研究了不同断层倾角、断层强度、断层落差、老顶厚度和老顶强度下,工作面支承压力峰值变化规律.结果表明,工作面由断层上盘向断层推进:支承压力峰值随断层倾角减小而减小,当断层倾角为30°时,应力峰值降为60.92MPa,甚至会小于无断层影响下的63.18MPa;当老顶厚度超过20m,应力峰值迅速降为51.53MPa.而工作面由断层下盘向断层推进:应力峰值随着老顶强度的增大先迅速增大为89.34MPa,当老顶强度超过40GPa后,应力峰值基本保持不变.当工作面由断层下盘向断层推进时冲击危险性均比工作面由上盘向断层推进时的高.     

基于DSP的电能质量参数采集装置的设计

针对当前电能质量问题日益受到关注,电能质量参数采集装置功能单一、处理速度较慢的问题,设计了一种基于DSP的电能质量参数采集装置.该装置以TMS320F2812为核心处理器,在分析稳态谐波和暂态电能质量问题时分别采用锁相倍频电路和TMS320F2812中的事件管理器触发A/D转换.通过做FFT检测电网中的稳态谐波成分,利用小波变换分析暂态电能质量问题,并通过LCD显示检测结果.同时,该系统还可通过串口将数据上传至上位机.经测试,该系统功能齐全且处理速度较快,对稳态及暂态电能质量问题均可进行准确检测.     

浅谈导师制项目在毕业设计的积极作用

高校中的本科生导师制在本科生教育中起到积极作用,针对网络工程专业特点,创新地推行导师制项目制度,由学生在学习阶段直接参加导师的科研项目。在指导教师指导下设计项目方案、进行系统设计和系统编码、撰写科研报告,并探索导师制项目在毕业设计所起到的积极作用．为校内其他专业及校外推广这项制度打下良好的基础。     

Activation of Ni/A12O3 catalysts through modification of the Al2O3 support

The effect of alumina pretreatment on the performance of alumina supported nickel catalysts was demonstrated in gas phase hydrogenation of toluene to methylcyclohexane. The state of the alumina was changed from pure to pure phase through various heat treatments in air. The catalysts were prepared from vapor phase by saturating the accessible binding sites on the pretreated alumina with the nickel precursor. The highest number of active sites for hydrogenation was observed for catalysts prepared on alumina having an incomplete phase transition and a / alumina phase ratio between 0.5 and 10. Results from temperature programmed desorption (TPD) studies revealed that a maximum in weakly chemisorbed hydrogen as well as in total amount of desorbed hydrogen was found for the same catalysts. By hydrogen chemisorption studies the total hydrogen uptake was found to correlate with the observed hydrogenation maximum. It is suggested that both the chemical and physical properties of the alumina influence the activity. An optimal metal-support interaction and structural defects on the alumina due to the phase transition can explain the observed maximum in the number of active sites and in hydrogen uptake.     

二苯甲酮-β-环糊精包合物的制备表征

采用研磨法合成了二苯甲酮-β-环糊精包合物,经差示量热扫描分析、热重分析、红外分析、X射线衍射分析、对包合物进行了鉴定,证明二苯甲酮-β-环糊精确实形成了一种新的体系.     

基于滑动窗口的影像中建筑物特征提取方法研究

针对多尺度分割算法在工程项目应用中使用成本高的问题,提出采用基于滑动窗口的影像对象获取方法.将主成分第一分量作为输入,通过灰度共生矩阵计算影像对象纹理特征,并与光谱均值特征构建面向对象的建筑物信息提取方法,将多尺度分割后的预测结果与滑动窗口分割后的预测结果进行对比实验验证.结果表明,滑动窗口提取结果的总体精度比多尺度分割提取结果的总体分类精度高出0.94％,Kappa系数高出0.0125,验证了滑动窗口预测结果的准确性与普适性.     

一种洛伦兹力微机械谐振磁传感器建模及数值仿真

针对微机械洛伦兹力谐振磁传感器灵敏度受驱动控制电路和谐振频率漂移影响问题,利用平均周期法分析了鉴相器为异或门的锁相环频率跟踪电路的动力学模型,并求解出频率跟踪的稳定条件和稳态振幅平衡点.设计的磁传感器数值建模及仿真实验表明:当锁相环积分器系数小于临界值时,环路频率跟踪稳定;当锁相环积分器系数大于临界值时,频率跟踪振荡;稳态振幅与理论分析一致,灵敏度与接口电路无关;频率跟踪动态过程与压控振荡器初始频率ω0、积分系数kI、滤波器时间常数ξ有关.
