北京谱仪端盖簇射计数器工作气体的研究

为使北京谱仪端盖族射计数器更好地工作在自猝灭流光ＳＱＳ模式下，提高其能量分辨以及线性等指标，用Ａｒ，ＣＯ２，Ｌｓｏｂｕｔａｎｅ三元工作气体对探测器的工作性能进行了仔细研究，找出了一适合于主雇地数器的工作气体，此外，还研究了异丁的纯度对探测器性能的影响。     

辐射制备缓释抗癌药阿糖胞苷的研究

报告了甲基丙烯酸酯类在室温下进行辐射聚合制备缓释抗癌药阿糖胞苷（Ａｒａ－Ｃ）的研究结果。结果表明，不仅亲水性单体，而且疏水性单体（包括ＭＭＡ、ＥＭＡ和ＢＭＡ等）都可用于辐射固化。加入到亲水性基质中的疏水性单体可以延缓药物的离体释放，其顺序是ＭＭＡ＜ＥＭＡ＜ＢＭＡ，央ＭＭＡ－ＨＥＭＡ共聚物中，Ａｒａ－Ｃ释放率随着基质中的ＭＭＡ含量增加而降低。药物的离体释放还受许多困素的控制，结果显示：药物释放量随着     

3mm波段极近距离雷达

提出一种极近距离雷达概念，并导出其作用距离公式，在此基础上研制出一台３ｍｍ波段极近距离多普勒雷达样机．试验结果表明该雷达结构简单，成本低廉，在作用距离为零点几米至几米范围内可获得较高的定距精度．     

静态水热脱铝处理对HZSM-5分子筛的结构、酸性和催化性能的影响

开发了一种静态水热脱铝的方法。HZSM-5经此法处理后,正戊烷的裂解活性增加,脱氢和芳构化性能加强。可用改变处理温度的方法来控制脱铝的程度。用XRD和吡啶吸附红外技术进行了研究。HZSM-5分子筛催化剂性能的变化用非骨架铝产生的强L酸中心来解释。     

空分设备的酸性腐蚀及预防

以切换式换热器空分设备为例 ,分析了空分设备酸性腐蚀的原因、可能造成的危害 ,提出了预防措施。     

Ka-band solid-state pulsed Gunn oscillator and power combiner

GaAs Gunn diodes were fabricated for pulse source application at 8 mm wave band and operated with pulsewidths of 0.05 to 2.0 microseconds and duty cycles of 0.001 to 0.01. Peak pulse output power levels of 0.8–1.2W are achieved and the maximum available power is 1.6W with the highest efficiency of 6.5 percent. A simple and compact pulsed power combiner is also given in this paper.     

An electromigration failure model for interconnects under pulsedand bidirectional current stressing

An electromigration failure model which can be used to project the electromigration lifetime under pulsed DC and AC current stressing has been reported. The experimental results indicate that different metallization systems (Al-2%Si, Al4%Cu/TiW, and Cu) show similar failure behaviors, which can be explained and predicted by this model. The pulsed DC lifetime is found to be longer than DC lifetime, and the AC lifetime is found to be very much longer. This recognition can provide significant relief to circuit designs involving metals carrying pulsed DC and AC currents, and allow a more aggressive design to improve circuit density and speed     

超声变幅杆解析法设计的可靠性研究

本文提出了用有限元法验证变幅杆解析法设计的可靠性，对三种类型的变幅杆先作解析法设计；然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行模态分析，确定了变幅杆的固有频率，计算了固有频率与工作频率之间的相对误差，以此来评价解析法设计的可靠性；并分析了影响解析法设计可靠性的两个基本因素。     

Microwave heating synthesis of HgS and PbS nanocrystals in ethanol solvent

A novel route was developed to prepare PbS and HgS nanocrystals in ethanol solvent in the presence of sodium hydroxide by microwave heating method. PbS and HgS nanocrystals were obtained with an average size of approximately 10 and 6 nm, respectively. In the reaction, mercury acetate and lead acetate were used as mercury and lead source; sulfur powder was employed as chalcogenide source. The products were characterized by X-ray powder analysis (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. The probable mechanism was presented.     

A Unified View on Clustering Binary Data

Clustering is the problem of identifying the distribution of patterns and intrinsic correlations in large data sets by partitioning the data points into similarity classes. This paper studies the problem of clustering binary data. Binary data have been occupying a special place in the domain of data analysis. A unified view of binary data clustering is presented by examining the connections among various clustering criteria. Experimental studies are conducted to empirically verify the relationships.
