Reversible addition fragmentation transfer (RAFT) polymerization of styrene in a miniemulsion: A mechanistic investigation

The RAFT polymerization of styrene in miniemulsion using 1-phenylethyl phenyl-dithioacetate (PEPDTA) as a RAFT agent was investigated, in attempt to reveal the mechanism for the often observed inferior performance such as low polymerization rate, broad molecular weight distribution and particle size distribution in the RAFT miniemulsion polymerization with regular levels of surfactant and co-stabilizer (1 wt% sodium dodecyl sulfate and 2 wt% hexadecane). It is strongly evident that a few of large oligomer particles consisting of oligomer, RAFT agent (RAFT agent refers to the original RAFT agent), and monomer would be formed in the early stage of the polymerization due to the superswelling of the first nucleated droplets. With the regular levels of surfactant and co-stabilizer, the observed low polymerization rate, broadened molecular weight distribution, slow conversion of the RAFT agent, lower N_p, and broadened particle size distribution could be well explained by the formation of these large oligomer particles and their prolonged existence. When the formation of the oligomer particles was suppressed by increasing surfactant and co-stabilizer levels and wise selection of types of RAFT agent, the molecular weight distribution could be narrowed to around 1.3 and particle size distribution could be close to that of the conventional non-living miniemulsion polymerization.     

导电高分子PEDOT／PSS保护银纳米颗粒的制备与表征

利用导电高分子聚（3，4-二氧乙基噻吩）／聚（对苯乙烯磺酸）（PEDOT／PSS）作保护剂，制备了银纳米颗粒，用UV-Vis和TEM对其进行了表征．结果表明，选择合适量的PEDOT／PSS保护剂可以得到大小分布较窄银纳米颗粒．

CSG-Ⅰ型抽油机综合诊断仪的研究与应用

针对中原油田各采油厂所用抽油井综合诊断仪所出现的各种问题 ,开发出一种准确、可靠、便携式新型抽油井综合诊断仪———CSG—Ⅰ型综合诊断仪。改进后的示功仪位移部分的光电增量编码器 ,用 5KΩ高灵敏度可调电位器代替 ,电位器的活动端随拉线盒的转动而旋转成不同角度 ,对应不同的电阻值 ,在电位器的两端供给 + 5V电压 ,随着电位器的阻值变化 ,自由端便可输出 0～ 5V的电压 ,电压的变化量与光杆的位移变化成正比。该仪器投入使用后操作方便、安全可靠、测试功能齐全、性能稳定、计算准确 ,深受广大测试人员的喜爱。     

The dynamic mechanical behaviour of blends of polyphenylene sulfide with acetylene terminated sulfone

The dynamic mechanical behaviour of blends of poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) with the acetylene terminated sulfone bis(4-(4-ethynylphenoxy)phenyl)sulfone (ESF) was investigated by torsional braid analysis (TBA). A uniform dispersed system of ESF/PPS may be obtained by a solution process at 200°C, and can be maintained during the heat treatment up to 400°C. The increase of T_g of the blended system was found to be inappreciable by one-step and short time (e.g. 1 h) heat treatment, whatever the ESF fraction is. By a long term heat treatment or by step-curing, the T_g of the system may be raised from 180 to 220°C, in company with the increase of rigidity at 300°C, compared with pure PPS. The flexural modulus and interlaminar shear strength of continuous unidirectional carbon fibre composites with a blended matrix of ESF/PPS = 10/90 are significantly higher than those of composites with pure PPS matrix.     

硼酚醛树脂在涂料中的应用

结合矩阵分解的混合型社会化推荐算法

推荐系统是用来解决当今时代信息过载的重要工具。随着在线社交网络的出现和普及,一些基于网络推荐算法研究的出现,已经引起研究者的广泛关注。信任是社会网络中的重要信息之一,通常用来改进基于社交网络的推荐系统,然而,大多数信任感知的推荐系统忽略了用户有不同行为偏好在不同的兴趣域;本文不仅考虑了用户间特定域信任网络,并且结合推荐项目之间特征属性信息,提出了一种新型社会化推荐算法(H-PMF)。实验表明,H-PMF算法在评分误差和推荐精度上都取得了更好的效果。     

一种应用层组播可靠性技术

组播是一种高效的多点通信方式,IP组播效率高,但需专门的组播路由器,代价大,至今未能大规模部署.应用层组播数据的复制转发功能由终端主机完成,不涉及现有网络基础设施的更新,在Internet上容易实现,但终端主机的稳定性和安全性不如组播路由器,容易导致单点失效,且数据恢复困难.为解决应用层组播存在的可靠性问题,提出了一种树环结构的应用层组播方案,通过环结构来增加数据传输的可靠性,并采用主动随机转发技术来解决树环结构的多点失效问题.该方案既有效解决了应用层组播可靠传输问题,又降低了恢复时延和系统开销.     

静电纺纳米纤维的研究及应用进展

简述了静电纺丝基本原理及纺丝过程中射流存在的几种不稳定性形式;探讨了静电纺丝制备纳米纤维的主要影响因素。回顾了静电纺丝的发展历程,介绍了纳米纤维在电子器件、生物医学领域、滤材、防护服用材料纤维增强复合材料及传感器感知膜等方面的应用。指出静电纺纳米纤维性能优异、应用广泛,应用于生物医学领域是研发热点,必将进一步产业化。     

Application of membrane reactor for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene

Two types of membrane reactors have been constructed in order to evaluate the influence of membrane reactor configuration on the performance of the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in a porous alumina membrane reactor. The type I construction combine reaction and separation in the same space. The type II configuration is comprised of three parts, i.e., reaction prior to separation, reaction and separation, and reaction after separation. The results showed that the overall yield of styrene in Type I is only 4% higher than that of the fixed bed reactor at 893 K, while 11 % enhancement in yield to styrene was obtained with Type II through optimizing the reaction conditions.
