The aim of this study was to prepare the new core‐shell nanocomplexes as vitamin E (VE) carriers through chitosan (CS) coating onto the liposomal membrane surface in combination with sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) cross‐linking, and investigated their storage and thermal properties by dynamic light scattering, ζ potential and fluorescence. Results showed that no obvious aggregation of nanocomplexes particles appeared and the VE retention rate was over 80% during the 30‐day storage. Thermal experiments demonstrated that the modification of polymers enhanced the stability of liposomes against temperature, including suppressing particle aggregation, ζ potential inversion and membrane fluidity. Compared with the great leakage of VE from uncovered liposomes, the retention rate of VE loaded into nanocomplexes remained around 92% and 97% after heated at 65 °C for 30 min and 80 °C for 16 s, respectively. The findings proved that these nanocomplexes can be employed to protect VE for extending shelf‐life and enhancing thermostability, and provide feasibility for commercial usage.  相似文献

Cu-Ag composite is one of the best conductors for high-field magnets. Increasing its strength is crucial for designing newer high-field magnets. Cu-28 wt%Ag samples were solidified with and without a 12-T high magnetic field (HMF), and then cold-drawn. We investigated the influence of HMF on microstructure, hardness and strength of Cu-Ag samples both before and after cold-drawing. The introduction of external HMF during solidification increased both the dendrite arm spacing and the dissolved Ag in Cu, and it reduced the spacing between both the Ag precipitates in proeutectic Cu and the eutectic lamellae. The transversal microstructure after cold-drawing inherited the network solidification structure, but at a refined scale. The Cu dendrite spacing in the 12-T HMF samples at all deformation strain was larger than that without HMF. HMF slightly increased the intensity of <111> fiber texture of Cu, which strengthened proeutectic Cu at the level of 3.5 deformation strain. In samples deformed to strain of 3.5, refined Ag precipitation spacing, increased Ag solubility in Cu matrix, and refined eutectic lamellar spacing by 12-T HMF increased the strength by 5% in the sample compared with that without HMF.  相似文献

Functional nucleic acids (FNAs) are garnering tremendous interest owing to their high modularity and unique bioactivity. Three-dimensional FNAs have been developed to overcome the issues of nuclease degradation and limited cell uptake. We have developed a new facile approach to the synthesis of multiple three-dimensional FNA nanostructures by harnessing photo-polymerization-induced self-assembly. Sgc8 aptamer and CpG oligonucleotide were modified as macro chain-transfer reagents to mediate in situ polymerization and self-assembly. Diverse structures, including micelles, rods, and short worms, afford these two FNAs afford these two FNAs with higher nuclease resistance in serum serum, greater cellular uptake efficiency, and increased bioactivity.  相似文献

Siemens is a global enterprise that sells its products in more than 190 countries throughout the world. This internationalization of products means more than just translating the operating instructions and making changes to formats. True adaptation goes much deeper and takes into account different requirements in terms of functionality. This article starts by defining the term culture and then considers the requirements that have to be met in the context of intercultural usability engineering. Taking the establishment of usability laboratories in Beijing, China and Princeton, New Jersey as examples, the article then presents the challenges facing international cooperation and possible solutions, taking a detailed look at differences in the infrastructure, at key qualifications in international cooperation, and at the development of appropriate test methods.  相似文献

Recognizing the nature and formation progress of the ash deposits is essential to resolve the deposition problem hindering the wide application of large-scale biomass-fired boilers. Therefore, the ash deposits in the superheaters of a 220 t/h biomass-fired CFB boiler were studied, including the platen (PS), the high-temperature (HTS), the upper and the lower low-temperature superheaters (LTS). The results showed that the deposits in the PSs and HTSs were thin (several millimeters) and compact, consisting of a yellow outer layer and snow-white inner layer near the tube surface. The deposits in the upper LTS appeared to be toughly sintered ceramic, while those in the lower LTS were composed of dispersive coarse ash particles with an unsintered surface. Detailed characterization of the cross-section and the initial layers in the deposits revealed that the dominating compositions in both the PSs and the HTSs were Cl and K (approximately 70%) in the form of KCl. Interestingly, the cross-section of the deposition in the upper LTS exhibited a unique lamellar structure with a major composition of Ca and S. The contents of Ca and Si increased from approximately 10% to approximately 60% in the deposits from the high temperature surfaces to the low temperature ones. It was concluded that the vaporized mineral matter such as KCl played the most important role in the deposition progress in the PS and the HTS. In addition, although the condensation of KCl in the LTSs also happened, the deposition of ash particles played a more important role.  相似文献

针对基于人工特征的背景感知相关滤波(CACF)算法在形变、运动模糊、低分辨率情形跟踪效果较差以及跟踪器遇到严重遮挡等情形容易陷入局部最优而导致跟踪失败的问题,提出一种融合重检测机制的卷积回归网络(CRN)目标跟踪算法。在训练阶段,将相关滤波作为CRN层融入进深度神经网络,使网络成为一个整体进行端到端训练;在跟踪阶段,通过残差连接融合不同网络层及其响应值,同时引入重检测机制使算法从潜在的跟踪失败中恢复,当响应值低于给定阈值时激活检测器。在数据集OTB-2013上的实验表明,所提算法在50个视频序列上精确度达到88.1%,相比原始CACF算法提高9.7个百分点,在具有形变、运动模糊等属性的视频序列上相比原始算法表现更优秀。  相似文献

Understanding how the synthesis parameters affect nickel particle distribution is critical to the synthesis of Ni/bio-char with excellent catalytic performance. In this work, the influence of synthesis temperature on catalytic activity and coke resistance of Ni/bio-char during CO2 reforming of tar was explored. With the increase of synthesis temperature from 200 °C to 250 °C, the dispersion of nickel precursor into bio-char was promoted, resulting in an increase in crystallite size of metallic nickel particle from 51.98 nm to 62.45 nm. Besides, parts of the metallic nickel particles were oxidized to nickel oxides, providing more lattice oxygen to oxidize the coke deposited on the catalyst. However, further increasing the synthesis temperature to 300 °C would aggravate the oxidation of active nickel particles. The increase in crystallite size of nickel oxide particle from 23.25 nm to 43.38 nm could block the pore structure and hinder the access of reactants, resulting in a drop in the tar conversion rate from 40-51% to 13–27%.  相似文献
