机械密封端面的膜压分布分析

从单位时间内微元上的流量平衡出发,通过对机械端面密封的封闭流体做理论分析,推导出机械密封端面上的膜压分布表达式.表达式表明,机械密封端面上的动压沿径向呈近似抛物线分布,沿周向呈正弦曲线分布,并给出具体算例结果.     

部分可渗透直立圆柱的消波作用研究

本文导出了线性波浪作用于上部可渗透的直立刚性圆柱体上的水动力的解析解。在线性有势流的假定下，用特征函数展开方法求出了内部和外部流场的解。给出了不同波浪要素及结构尺寸参数下的数值结果。由结果可知，提高可渗透性可以有效消减波幅。

x射线光刻非常适合用于深亚微米T形栅的制作,这是因为它的高分辨率、大的曝光视场和高的生产效率足以满足MMIC制造工艺的要求。本文中我们首先对我们的x射线掩模制造工艺进行介绍,然后论述了一种用于制造深亚微米T形栅的两层胶工艺,介绍了所取得的一些研究结果,最后对国内的深亚微米光刻现状进行了简要分析。

一种新型冰箱测试系统设计与应用

介绍了一种用于冰箱检测的新型测试系统，并在WIN98环境下用VB6．0实现该系统软件。该系统可以同时对四台冰箱的温度参数及其中一台冰箱的耗电量进行检测，该系统具有成本低，性能稳定的优点。     

Stored energy analysis of Zn—5Al eutectic alloy in superplastic deformation

The stored energy and the energy release during SPD(superplastic deformation)of a Zn-5Al alloy were studied.The alloy after rolling process gains more stored energy,and the as-rolled speciment can obtain maximum elongation and minimum flow stress without hot loding treatment before SPD.Experimental results show that stroed energy release process is along with SPD process and is also an impetus to SPD.The as -rolled Zn-5Al alloy has 48J/mol stored energy which was measured with DSC(differential scanning calorimeter)and conforms well to the calcuated value.The as-rolled Zn-5Al alloy after SPD with an elongation of 2500% releases 112J/mol stored energy,Analysis shows that the strain rate is in direct ratio to the rate of stred energy release.     

转运站框架式厂房的爆破拆除

合山电厂转运站待拆五层钢筋混凝土框架式厂房西侧与被保护的引风机房相隔仅 0 3m ,北侧与工具房相连 ,南侧与需要保护的油池相邻。爆破切口布置在二层 ,并把最后一排柱的爆破部位提高到引风机房顶部以上 0 5m处 ,避免了后坐对引风机房的影响。通过预处理 ,将厂房与工具房分离。架设防护结构 ,阻挡飞石 ,保护了油池。文中介绍了爆高和爆破参数的选择、预处理、起爆破网路设计和安全防护措施。     

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Gas Diffusion in B2O3 and SiC

Molecular dynamics simulation using a universal force field has been employed to determine the diffusion coefficients of O2 and Na2SO4 vapor into B2O3 and SiC from 700 K to 1273 K, respectively. Einstein diffusion was observed in a 250～300 ps simulation.
