Ceramics of the xPb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–(1 ? x ? y)Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3–yPbTiO3 (PZN–PYN–PT) ternary system were synthesized using a modified two-step columbite precursor method which can effectively suppress the pyrochlore phase. A morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) region, separating tetragonal and rhombohedral phases in the ternary systems has been determined. The electric properties of the compositions near MPB region were investigated. Dielectric response exhibits relaxor-like characteristics with broad dielectric peaks and dispersive dielectric behavior with respect to frequency and temperature. The phase diagram of the 0.45PZN–(0.55 ? y)PYN–yPT pseudo-binary system in the composition range of 0.15 < y < 0.35 was established based on dielectric measurements. The optimal properties were achieved in the MPB composition of 0.52PZN–0.21PYN–0.27PT with piezoelectric coefficient d33, dielectric permittivity ε′, planar electromechanical coupling kp, dielectric loss tan δ, coercive field Ec, remnant polarization Pr, and TC being of 558 pC/N, 2065, 62%, 0.2%, 19.88 kV/cm, 31.44 μC/cm2 and 259.5 °C, respectively, showing potential usage in high-temperature electromechanical applications. 相似文献

以偏高岭土、矿粉、粉煤灰为主要矿物掺合料,采用80℃常压蒸汽养护工艺进行高强管桩混凝土制备,研究了偏高岭土、矿粉、粉煤灰复合掺合料对混凝土力学性能和抗渗、抗冻等耐久性的影响,并采用压汞法分析了混凝土孔结构特征.结果表明,复掺偏高岭土、矿粉和粉煤灰能提高蒸养混凝土抗压强度,改善混凝土抗渗性和抗冻性,优化混凝土孔结构,所制备的免压蒸高强管桩混凝土强度达到C80等级,氯离子扩散系数低于2.0×10-12 m2/s,抗冻融循环次数大于400次. 相似文献

采用不同种类烧结莫来石、碳化硅、SiO2微粉、Secar71水泥和p-Al2O3为主要原料,制备了不同种类莫来石-碳化硅浇注料,研究了浇注料的常温物理性能、高温抗折强度、抗热震性能、耐磨性能和抗碱性能,并借助SEM和EDS进行了显微结构和微区能谱分析.结果表明:富SiO2玻璃相促进试样的烧结,使得加入M45试样的显气孔率最小,强度最大,加入M60试样的显气孔率最大,强度较小;加入M45试样的高温抗折强度、抗热震性能最差,加入M60试样的高温抗折强度、抗热震性能最好;随着莫来石中Al2O3含量的增加,试样的常温耐磨性能逐渐变好,抗碱性能逐渐变差. 相似文献

采用一种新的混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀试验方法,通过测试混凝土质量腐蚀系数、抗压强度腐蚀系数和抗拉强度腐蚀系数,研究掺加不同种类聚丙烯纤维的纤维混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀性能.研究结果表明,相同配比纤维混凝土抵抗(NH4)2SO4溶液侵蚀能力远远低于Na2SO4溶液,而纤维的掺入明显改善了混凝土的耐硫酸盐腐蚀能力;单掺聚丙烯细纤维的混凝土质量损失最少;混掺聚丙烯网状纤维和钢纤维的混凝土抗压强度损失最少;混掺聚丙烯粗纤维和钢纤维的混凝土抗拉强度损失最少. 相似文献

A ceramic ternary system of (1?x?y)Pb(Lu1/2Nb1/2)O3–xPbZrO3–yPbTiO3 (PLuN–PZ–PT) has been prepared by two-step synthetic process and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and electric measurements. A morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) region has been delimited in the ternary system at room temperature. With the PLuN content increasing, the morphotropic phase boundary region becomes broad as well as the dielectric peak. The best comprehensive piezoelectric properties were achieved at MPB composition 0.42PLuN–0.1PZ–0.48PT, with the piezoelectric coefficients d33, the Curie temperature Tc, the planar electromechanical coupling factor Kp, and the remnant polarizations Pr being 367 pC/N, 360 °С, 68% and 35 μС/cm2, respectively. The results indicate that the PLuN–PZ–PT ternary ferroelectric material may be a promising candidate for high-power electromechanical transducers that can operate in a large temperature range. 相似文献

Lipids in infant formulas are designed to mimic the composition of human milk and/or approximate the performance of the breastfed infant. Human milk lipids exhibit a complex, highly variable nature, varying by population, dietary intake, time of day, length of feeding and others. Continued understanding and characterization of human milk lipids has led to infant formula innovations aimed at a better comparison to human milk and/or improved dietary lipid utilization in the formula‐fed infant. The underlying aim of such innovation is the generation of outcomes as comparable to human milk feeding as possible. A series of organosoluble and light-colored polyimides (III) was prepared from 2,3,3′,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (α-BPDA) with various fluorinated aromatic bis(ether amine)s via two-step method with thermal or chemical imidization of poly(amic acid)s yielded polyimides. The III series had inherent viscosity of 0.74-1.01 dl/g and showed excellent solubility in a variety of organic solvents. They were soluble in the amide polar solvent, ether-type solvent, and chlorinated solvent. These polyimide films also showed a high optical transparency and less color intensity, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption edge of 369-382 nm and low b* values (a yellowness index) of 5.0-11.7. Glass-transition temperature of the III series was recorded at 244-319 °C and higher than the isomeric polyimides V series. Compared with the nonfluorinated polyimides IV, the III series showed lighter-colored and lower dielectric constants and moisture absorptions. The good tensile properties and excellent thermal properties of the III series were also observed. 相似文献

A series of polyimides IIIa-h characterized by colorlessness, high transparency, high solubility, and good mechanical property, was synthesized from the aromatic dianhydride, 2,5-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)-t-butylbenzene dianhydride (I), and various aromatic diamines (IIa-h) with pendent trifluoromethyl group via polyaddition, chemical imidization, and direct cast films. The III series showed more colorless than the polyimides (V and VI series) of 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) contained, the VI series was synthesized from the II with 6FDA. These films III had cut-off wavelengths between 371 and 376 nm, as well as b* value (a yellowness index) ranging from 3.0 to 4.7. In fact, it is so far the most colorless aromatic polyimide in our systematical researches. The III series had inherent viscosity ranging from 0.72 to 1.33 dL/g and showed excellent solubility in a variety of organic solvents. They were soluble in a concentration of 5-10% in the amide polar solvent, ether solvent, and chlorinated solvent. These films showed strength tensile of 97-123 MPa, dielectric constants of 2.78-3.28 (1 MHz), and moisture absorptions of 0.11-0.36 wt%. The glass transition temperature of the III series was recorded at 214-259 °C, the 10% weight loss temperature was over 468 °C, and the residue was more than 47% at 800 °C in nitrogen. 相似文献

泡沫灭火剂是常用的火灾扑救方法之一,但常规泡沫灭火剂存在半衰期短,析液、聚并迅速而影响灭火效能的问题,基于火灾化学和活性剂技术,提出碳氢表面活性剂SDS、有机硅表面活性剂LS-99和低碳醇的三元系泡沫体系,并系统探究碳氢/有机硅/低碳醇的复配配比。通过表面张力、发泡高度、稳泡系数的大量测试,发现LS-99的临界胶束浓度为0.0083%。LS-99和SDS二元系在降低表面张力、提升发泡高度和稳泡系数方面具有良好的协同增效作用。在此基础上引入适量浓度的能够延缓泡沫析液、聚并的异丁醇,设计出了性能优良的碳氢/有机硅/低碳醇泡沫灭火剂。LS-99、SDS和异丁醇的质量分数为0.1%时,测试结果表明SDS/LS-99/醇三元系泡沫的发泡倍数可达52.5倍,25%析液时间可达210 s,300 s时的稳泡系数高达0.958,半衰期远超常规泡沫。煤自燃的灭火抑制实验表明,SDS/LS-99/醇三元系泡沫作用下,煤自燃各反应阶段的活化能相较于空气氛围均增大,反应难度增强;最大失重速率下降,反应剧烈程度减弱。初期吸热阶段的吸热量为78.3 J/g,大于空气氛围下煤氧复合的吸热量,吸热增幅高达2.16倍。放热阶段的放热量为1765.4 J/g,相较于空气氛围放热降幅达到15.15%,表明SDS/LS-99/醇三元系泡沫对煤自燃具有良好的灭火效果。 相似文献
