快速启动微型J—T制冷器

在一些特殊应用中，要求把红外探测器必须在几秒钟或更短的时间内冷却到工作状态。微型Ｊ－Ｔ式制冷是常用致冷方式。本文介绍了快速启动冷却红外探测器的Ｊ－Ｔ制冷器的设计及达到快速冷却的方法以及测试结果。     

Electron transfer by domain movement in cytochrome bc1

The cytochrome bc1 is one of the three major respiratory enzyme complexes residing in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Cytochrome bc1 transfers electrons from ubiquinol to cytochrome c and uses the energy thus released to form an electrochemical gradient across the inner membrane. Our X-ray crystal structures of the complex from chicken, cow and rabbit in both the presence and absence of inhibitors of quinone oxidation, reveal two different locations for the extrinsic domain of one component of the enzyme, an iron-sulphur protein. One location is close enough to the supposed quinol oxidation site to allow reduction of the Fe-S protein by ubiquinol. The other site is close enough to cytochrome c1 to allow oxidation of the Fe-S protein by the cytochrome. As neither location will allow both reactions to proceed at a suitable rate, the reaction mechanism must involve movement of the extrinsic domain of the Fe-S component in order to shuttle electrons from ubiquinol to cytochrome c1. Such a mechanism has not previously been observed in redox protein complexes.     

X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy Investigation on the Low-Temperature Degradation of 2 mol% Y2O3-ZrO2 Ceramics

2 mol% Y₂O₃-ZrO₂ polycrystals were annealed in water and under vacuum to highlight the effect of the presence of H₂O on the low-temperature degradation transformation. The specimen surfaces with monoclinic phases transformed during annealing in the different environments were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with special interest on the electron binding energy change of the constituent ions of the 2 mol% Y₂O₃-ZrO₂ ceramics after the degradation transformation. It was found that no change occurred for the electron-bonding energies of core levels of zirconium ions after the transformation, whereas Y-OH bonds were formed during annealing in water. This result suggested a possibility that the preferred hydration of yttrium took place at the surface of Y₂O₃-partially-stabilized ZrO₂, which is likely to be the reason for the low-temperature degradation accelerated by the presence of H₂O.

研制了一种小型高精度弧焊机器人实时激光扫描视觉系统，对其各项性能进行了测试，并进行了抗电弧光干扰试验，结果表明，此系统精度高，抗干扰能力强，检测范围宽，能广泛地应秀于机器人和自动化焊接中。     

The effect of prior austenite grain size on the transformation behaviour of C-Mn-Ni weld metal

The influence of prior austenite grain size on the transformation behaviour and microstructural development of C-Mn-Ni weld metals was investigated. It was found that increasing the grain size depressed the start temperature of grain-boundary ferrite and slightly increased the acicular ferrite start temperature. The microstructural products also changed from a boundary-dominated effect in the small grain sizes, to an intragranular-dominated effect in the large grain sizes, and at the same time, the morphology of the acicular ferrite was seen to change to a larger aspect ratio.     

提高大口径金属主镜面形精度的方法

分析了影响Ｒｉｔｃｈｅｙ－Ｃｈｒｅｉｔｉｅｎ光学系统中金属主反射镜面形精度因素，采用有限元法对立交易的加工过程及其安装进行了模拟，指出提高主镜的面形镜度，既要合理主镜材料的热处理工艺，也要对加工参数进行控制。良好的稳定化处理可以有效地消除材料内部的残余应力，保证主镜尺寸的稳定性。提高加工基准的精度，并采用组合加工镜面，可以大大提高主镜的面形精度，最后，给出了主镜的干涉仪检测结果。     

筛查基因突变的新技术——循环双脱氧指纹图谱法及其应用

建立了适用于大批量标本基因突变筛查的双脱氧指纹图谱法即ｄｄＦ。该技术民测定ＤＮＡ序列的双脱氧末端终止法及ＳＳＣＰ二者长处于一身，即只作一个双脱氧末端终止反应，然后将反应产物在与ＳＳＣＰ相同的电泳条件下进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，这样有突变的样品不会漏检，阳性检出率高达１００％。     

Two highly specialized histone H1 proteins are the major chromosomal proteins of the sperm of the sea anemone Urticina (Tealia) crassicornis

The sperm nuclear basic proteins (SNBPs) from a sea anemone (Urticina crassicornis) have been isolated and characterized for the first time. They consist of two sperm-specific members of the histone H1 family with Mr 22,700 and 24,600. They amount to about 60--70% of the total chromosomal sperm proteins. Their amino acid composition and the primary structure of their trypsin-resistant core indicate a strong relation to histone H5 from the nucleated erythrocytes of birds and amphibians as well as to other high sperm-specific H1-like (PL-I) proteins from phylogenetically distant groups. The major presence of histone H1-like protein in the sperm of an organism belonging to such a low phylogenetic group provides experimental support to the hypothesis that SNBPs may all have evolved from a primitive histone precursor.
