采用重力出水式膜生物反应器对低浓度生活污水的再生处理进行可行性研究.结果表明,在40 m3/(m2-h)左右的最佳曝气强度下,重力出水式膜生物反应器对污水中的氨氮、COD、浊度的平均去除率分别为95.1%、92.5%、98.2%,出水氨氮、COD、浊度、pH值和DO平均值分别为1.12 mg/L、3.8 mg/L、0.47 NTU、8.0、3.54 mg/L,完全达到了<城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质>(GB/T 18920-2002)的要求.另外,重力出水方式下的膜通量比抽吸出水方式降低了16.6%,但可使曝气能耗降低66.7%~73.3%. 相似文献

Purification and Characterization of Three Alkaline Endopolygalacturonases from a Newly Isolated Bacillus gibsonii 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A newly isolated Bacillus gibsonii, designated as S-2 (CGMCC1215), was cultivated for production of alkaline pectinases utilizing sugar beet pulp as growth substrate. Purification of three alkaline endopolygalacturonases (endoPGs) from the crude pectinases extract was carried out by ultra-filtration, ammonium sulphate fractionation and ion-exchange chromatography, and their enzyme activities characterized. The three purified alkaline endoPGs, designated as S-I, S-II, and S-III, had a molecular weight about 38 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE. The Km value and optimal temperature for optimal enzyme activities of S-I, S-II and S-III were 1.2 mg/mL and 60℃, 0.9 mg/mL and 55℃, 1.1 mg/mL and 60℃, respectively. Their best performances were given at an optimal pH 10.5, and sodium polygalacturonate was found to be the best substrate. The isoelectric points of S-I, S-II and S-III were 5.4, 7.4, and 8.2, respectively. Surfactants of Tween-80 and Tween-20 and metal ions such as Mg2+ and Ca2+ stimulated the activity of S-I, S-II and S-III, whereas S-III was inhibited by Ca2+, and Mn2+ and Zn2+ ions inhibited the activity of the three enzymes. 相似文献

从pH值、碳源、氮源、常量元素、微量元素、生长因子、接种量、种龄、转速、发酵温度、发酵时间方面优化类球红细菌3757发酵生产辅酶Q10的工艺。结果表明,较优的培养基组成是:葡萄糖4.0 g/L,牛肉膏1.0 g/L,磷酸氢二钾0.9 g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.6 g/L,无水氯化钙0.075 g/L,EDTA 0.02 g/L,微量元素溶液10 mL,生长因子溶液10 mL,调节pH 7.0。微量元素溶液配方:硫酸锰1.6 g/L;生长因子溶液配方:维生素B11.0 g/L,烟酰胺(VPP)1.0 g/L,生物素0.016 g/L,对氨基苯甲酸1.0 g/L。较优的培养条件:种龄24 h,接种量10%,转速180 r/min,发酵温度32℃,发酵时间24 h。优化发酵工艺后类球红细菌辅酶Q10的产率较优化前提高了35.1%。 相似文献

为监测和分析京津冀地区麦收期间秸秆焚烧状况,并为麦秸秆焚烧治理提供辅助决策信息,以MODIS火点产品MOD14/MYD14和地表覆被产品MCD12Q1为基本数据源,提取2005—2015年6月麦秸秆焚烧点,并对其空间分布规律和时间变化趋势进行分析。研究结果表明:从空间分布来看,整个研究区6月麦秸秆焚烧以邯郸、邢台、衡水等地最为严重,并出现先少后多、先南后北的时空分布规律;从时间序列分析来看,11年的麦秸秆焚烧除奥运会举办年(2008年)最低,总体上处于上升趋势,且发生时间集中在6月中旬,整个6月来看,呈近似正态分布。 相似文献

以九龙矿南五采区地质采矿条件为例,根据岩层移动理论,计算确定了该矿断层条件下煤层群(2,3,4号)开采覆岩导水裂缝带高度为62.4 m,防水安全煤岩柱高度为70.0 m;分析了陷落柱和库区钻孔的封堵状况对导水性的影响。采用概率积分法和Kriging插值法,预测确定了东武仕水库下采煤地表淹没线分布,分析了淹没线变化对附近村庄的影响和安全性。参照该矿-600 m以浅水体下采煤实践,综合确认九龙矿东武仕水库下采煤具有可行性,通过水文观测和适当的防范措施,可以实现该矿水库下安全开采。 相似文献
