全数字LCoS器件向业界发起挑战

一种命名为Carley的创新型全数字LCoS技术有望使价格低廉、品种繁多且易于扩缩的反射器件在市场上大行其道,这些器件将造就分辨率达1080p的低成本、宽屏高清晰度电视(HDTV)。     

Formation of Arrayed Droplets by Soft Lithography and Two-Phase Fluid Flow, and Application in Protein Crystallization

This paper presents an overview of our recent work on the use of soft lithography and two-phase fluid flow to form arrays of droplets. The crucial issues in the formation of stable arrays of droplets and alternating droplets of two sets of aqueous solutions include the geometry of the microchannels, the capillary number, and the water fraction of the system. Glass capillaries could be coupled to the PDMS microchannels and droplets could be transferred into glass capillaries for long-term storage. The arrays of droplets have been applied to screen the conditions for protein crystallization with microbatch and vapor diffusion techniques.

WAVE INTERACTION WITH PERFORATED CAISSON BREAKWATERS

The reflection coefficient of perforated caissons and the total horizontal forces acting on them were experimentally and numerically analyzed and discussed when wave propagates normally. To consider the viscosity effect of fluid and nonlinear action of waves on structures, the VOF (Volume Of Fluid) method combined with the k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the interaction between waves and structures. Governing equations were solved with the finite difference method. Through 2D experimental study in the wave flume, the empirical relationship between the reflection coefficient of perforated caissons and the main affecting factors were obtained from the experimental data using the least square method. Also the correlation between the ratio of the total horizontal force acting on perforated caisson and the force acting on solid caisson and the main affecting factors were regressed from the experimental data.     

实时GPS定位中的自适应故障检测

给出了一种GPS卡尔曼滤波的自适应方案,该方案能根据GPS导航中变化的动态来估计协方差.当增强卡尔曼滤波器时,方案可得到更精确的定位修正.此外,也可将此估计方法用于完整监测,以增强故障检测的阈值选择.采用模拟数据验证了提出方法的正确性.     

应用斯通利波反射与高分辨率慢度测量方法探测地层中的薄气层

探测地层中的气层是地层评价的一项重要课题，通常，气体存在于小的矿穴或薄层/由薄层组成的地层中，由于常规测井的纵向分辨率通常较低，致使它们经常被忽略，本文介绍的是使用斯通利波反射和高分辨率慢度两种测量方法对薄气层进行声学测定。与围岩地层相比，一个饱和气地层具有明显不同的流体迁移率和可压缩性，在对这种地层进行声学测井过程中，流体迁移率/可压缩性的巨大变化使我们可以测量到斯通利波反射，并且它对于地层厚度不是很敏感，因此，斯通利波反射能够用于对薄气层的探测。但是，慢度测量却是受气层厚度的探测。近年来，随着慢度分析方法的不断发展，小于0.5英尺的薄气层也能被探测到了。组合使用斯通利波和慢度测量法能够保证结果的准确度。     

High Temperature Property Development of Bauxite Based Bricks

Physical properties and microstructural evolution on firing of 3 types of bauxite based refractory bricks were carried out using techniques such as porosimetry,XRD and SEM.The groups differed from each other by progressive refining of the matrix or bond phase.It is revealed that such a refinement of the matrix can improve the high temperature properties of the bricks made from poor grade materials.     

水泥粉磨系统的改造

山东鲁南水泥有限公司(原鲁南水泥厂),水泥粉磨系统采用4台 3.8 m×12 m双仓球磨机,均配有 4 m的旋风式选粉机,设计生产硅酸盐水泥,在水泥比表面积为320～340 m2kg时的产量为55 t/h。自1990年年底投产以来,我们对水泥磨系统不断改造完善,最终达到较为理想的效果。现将水泥磨的改造情况简介如下。
