AGING BEHAVIOUR OF PARTICULATE REINFORCED ALUMINUM ALLOY MATRIX COMPOSITES

The process of aging precipitation in SiC_p/6061 and Al_2O_3/6061 composites were investigated. Hardness testing, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and transmission electron microscopy were employed. Results showed that the precipitation phase form directly along dislocation lines in the composites because the particles produce high densities of dislocations which makes vacancy densities in the composites decrease, and the main precipitation phase at peak hardness was β′ phase.     

SELF-DIFFUSION IN IRON-50% COBALT ALLOY

用剩余强度法测定了Fe~(55)及Co~(60)在铁-钴(50％)合金中850--980℃α-区域内的自扩散系数,结果分别为 D_(Fe)=0.26 exp(—55,600/RT)厘米~2/秒, D_(Co)=14 exp(—65,000/RT)厘米~2/秒。 激活能测定数值与用准化学理论分析结果符合较好。     

(Short communication) Degradation of corrosion resistance of Zircaloy-4 in LiOH aqueous solution

To investigate the degradation of corrosion resistance of Zircaloy-4 in LiOH aqueous solution, SIMS (secondary ion mass spectrometry) analysis was performed to examine the profiles of Li~ , K~ , and OH~- in oxide layers formed in the same concentration (0.1 mol/L) LiOH and KOH solutions. Even though the oxide layers have an equal thickness, the penetration depth of K~ is shallower than that of Li~ , and the penetration depth of OH~- corroded in KOH solution is also shallower than that corroded in LiOH solution. It shows that the diffusion of OH~- into oxide layer is accompanied by the corresponding cation. The difference of degradation effect of LiOH and KOH solutions on the corrosion resistance of Zircaloy-4 was discussed.     

CORRELATION BETWEEN STRUCTURE AND MAONETIC PROPERTIES OF AMORPHOUS Gd-Co FILMS

本文用电子衍射方法研究了非晶态Gd-Co薄膜(400—700A)的结构,测定了五个试样的径向分布函数,并把其中两个试样的径向分布函数与它们的磁性(一为垂直膜面单轴各向异性,另一为平面各向异性)联系,发现Gd-Co薄膜的垂直膜面磁各向异性可能与膜中异类原子的最近邻配位数较大有关。     

A SIMPLIFIED EXPRESSION OF m-n-δ RELATIONS FOR MATERIALS WITH PLASTICITY OR SUPERPLASTICITY

以Hart的微分型本构关系为基础,本文推导出了一个既包含应变硬化效应(n)又包含应变速率敏感效应(m)的m-n-δ关系式δ=[1/(1-(1-α(0))~(1/m))]~m×e~n-1当n=0时,它吻合于Ghosh和Ayres的现代分析,当m=0时,吻合于Considère的经典分析.该公式的计算结果和实验结果一致.     

基于实例的隐喻理解与生成

语言中的明喻可以看作是带标记的隐喻,比较容易识别,为隐喻的理解和生成提供了很好的知识源.利用web搜索引擎大规模获取明喻实例,自动构建明喻知识库.基于明喻知识库,考察了汉语隐喻的源域分布情况;提出了一个基于实例的隐喻自动理解和生成方法.实验结果表明,隐喻的理解和生成均取得了较高的准确率.该方法具有很好的可扩展性.明喻知识库中所表达的概念之间的组合关系也可以用于其他多种自然语言处理任务.     

一种自动提取中国书画作品中印章图像的方法

在分析了中国书画印章图像特点的基础上,针对基于内容的书画作品图像检索领域中存在的"语义鸿沟"问题,提出了一种自动提取中国书画作品中印章图像的方法,并设计实现了该算法.通过对提取效果进行分析,证明该方法有较高提取率,这对书画作品中图像语义和特定图像鉴别的研究有重要意义.     

Effect of Elastic Energy due to Atomic Size Factor on Ordering and Decomposition Behaviour of Binary Solid Solutions

A theory recently developed by the present authors is applied to the study of the effect of elastic energy due to atomic size factor on the transformation behaviour of binary solid solutions. lt is found that elastic interaction energy (EIE), which is a part of the total elastic energy plays a key role in both ordering elastic interaction ordering (EIO) and spinodal decomposition. The present study gives a reasonable explanation to the historical dilemmas, "elastic energy paradox" and "atomic size factor paradox . By solving these confusing problems, the coexistence of ordering (EIO) and decomposition, which has been regarded as impossible by conventional theories. can be well understood. The mechanism is as follows: lowering of elastic energy demands EIO, and such an ordering provides a driving force for spinodal decomposition. Therefore, in alloys with large atomic size factor, spinodal decomposition is preceded and induced by ordering. Ordering and spinodal decomposition are thus closely related processes to each other     

Absolute Stability of Nonlinear Systems with Two Additive Time-varying Delay Components

In this paper, we present a new sufficient condition for absolute stability of Lure system with two additive time-varying delay components. This criterion is expressed as a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be readily tested by using standard numerical software. We use this new criterion to stabilize a class of nonlinear time-delay systems. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the applicability of the results using standard numerical software.
