Poly(vinyl alcohol)/Hydroxylapatite (PVA/HA) composite hydrogel was prepared with poly(vinyl alcohol) and hydroxylapatite
as raw materials, using the method of repeated freezing and thawing. The morphologies of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were observed
by means of high-accuracy 3D profiler and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The compressive elastic modulus and the stress
relaxation characteristics of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were measured using the flat-head cylinder indenter. The friction
and wear tests between PVA/HA composite hydrogel and bovine knee articular cartilage were performed on the micro-tribometer.
The worn morphologies of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were observed with environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM). The
results showed that PVA/HA composite hydrogel has the cross-link network microstructure which is similar to that of the natural
bovine knee articular cartilages. With the increase of freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content, the degree of cross-link
and the crystallization of PVA/HA composite hydrogel both increase, the elastic modulus increases evidently, the rate of stress
relaxation is improved and the value of balance stress decreases. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of
the freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content. The more the freezing-thawing cycles are, the earlier the friction coefficient
reaches the stable balance value. The friction deformation depth between PVA/HA composite hydrogel and bovine knee articular
cartilage is inversely proportional to freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content. The main wear mechanisms of PVA/HA composite
hydrogel are plastic flowing and adhesive flaking. The wear severity degree decreases with the increase of freezing-thawing
cycles and the HA content.

一维炉是一种研究煤的热解燃烧和结渣等方面的实验系统,可用于模拟电厂煤粉的燃烧特性。以元宝山褐煤为燃料,介绍了一维炉的结构和功能,并对系统的可靠性进行了验证,利用烟气分析仪及热重分析仪对燃烧后的尾部烟气及灰渣进行了分析测定。结果表明:尾部烟气含氧量与灰渣可燃部分剩余量均在理论计算值的误差允许范围内,说明一维炉密封良好,系统内各部分正常运行,对维炉的调试和研究具有一定的参考意义。 相似文献

A hybrid remotely operated underwater vehicle (HROV) capable of working to the full ocean depth has been developed. In order for the vehicle to achieve a certain survivability level, a self-repairing control system (SRCS) has been designed. It consists of two basic technologies, fault diagnosis and isolation (FDI) and reconfigurable control. For F'DI, a model-based hierarchical fault diagnosis system is designed for the HROV. Then, control strategies which reconfigure the control system at intervals according to information from the FDI system are presented. Combining the two technologies, it can obtain the fundamental frame of SRCS for the HROV. Considering the hazardous underwater environment at the limiting depth and the hybrid operating modes, an assessment of the HROV' s survivability is vitally needed before it enters operational service. This paper presents a new definition of survivability for underwater vehicles and develops a simple survivability model for the SRCS. As a result of survivability assessment for the SRCS, we are able to figure out the survivability of SRCS and make further optimization about it. In this paper some results associated with a new type of Yang–Baxter equation (YBE) are reviewed. The braiding matrix of Kauffman–Lomonaco has been extended to the solution (called type-II) of Yang–Baxter equation (YBE) and the related chain Hamiltonian is given. The Lorentz additivity for spectral parameters is found, rather than the Galilean rule for the familiar solutions (called type-I) of YBE associated with the usually exact solvable models. Based on the topological basis, the N-dimensional solution of YBE is found to be the Wigner D-functions. The explicit examples for spin-\(\frac{1}{2}\) and spin-1 have been shown. This paper presents a modular designed autonomous bolt tightening shaft system with an adaptive fuzzy backstepping control approach developed for it. The bolt tightening shaft is designed for the autonomous bolt tightening operation, which has huge potential for industry application. Due to the inherent nonlinear and uncertain properties, the bolt tightening shaft and the bolt tightening process are mathematically modeled as an uncertain strict feedback system. With the adaptive backstepping and approximation property of fuzzy logic system, the controller is recursively designed. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, all signals in the closed-loop system are proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded and the torque tracking error exponentially converges to a small residue. And the effectiveness and performance of the proposed autonomous system are verified by the simulation and experiment results on the bolt tightening shaft system. 相似文献
