基体温度对磁控溅射沉积ZAO薄膜性能的影响 总被引:8,自引:2,他引:6
利用中频交流磁控溅射方法 ,采用氧化锌铝陶瓷靶材 [w(ZnO) =98%、w(Al2 O3 ) =2 % ]制备了ZAO(ZnO∶Al)薄膜 ,观察了基体温度对ZAO薄膜的晶体结构、电学和光学性能的影响 ,采用X射线衍射仪对薄膜的结构进行了分析 ,采用光学分度计和电阻测试仪测量了薄膜的光学、电学特性 ,采用霍尔测试仪测量了薄膜的载流子浓度和霍尔迁移率。结果表明 :沉积薄膜时的基体温度对薄膜的结构、结晶状况、可见光透射率以及导电性有较大的影响。当基体温度为 2 5 0℃ ,Ar分压为 0 8Pa时 ,薄膜的最低电阻率为 4 6× 10 -4Ω·cm ,方块电阻为 35Ω时 ,可见光 (λ =5 5 0nm)透射率高达 92 0 %。 相似文献

A novel integrated vacuum field emission (VFE) differential amplifier (diff-amp) utilizing carbon nanotube (CNT) emitters has been developed. A dual-mask microfabrication process was employed to achieve a VFE diff-amp by integrating identical CNT VFE transistors with built-in split gates and integrated anodes. The identical pair of triode amplifiers was well-matched in their device characteristics. The measured ac small-signal characteristics of the diff-amp showed a common-mode-rejection ratio (CMRR) of ~ 320 (~ 50 dB). The proposed analytical model of the CMRR was verified to be in good agreement with the experimental data. The successful implementation of the CNT diff-amp demonstrates a new way to achieve temperature and radiation tolerant VFE integrated microelectronics. 相似文献

Magnetization is the key to inspection of a tank floor via the magnetic-flux-leakage (MFL) technique. In order to optimize
the magnetic circuit of the MFL detector and obtain the best detection effects, the influences of the magnet size on the floor
magnetization condition, the gap magnetic flux density, and the magnetic force were studied with the help of the finite element
method (FEM) and the effects of some other parameters, such as the magnet pole spacing and pole-piece thickness, on the signal-to-noise
ratio were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that variation of the magnet width affects the magnetization much more
than variation of the magnet thickness and that the detector can reach a trade-off between the magnetization effects and the
driving force when the magnet is about 30 mm thick and 40 mm wide. On condition that the floor has reached its magnetizing
saturation, an increase in the magnet-pole spacing and the pole-piece thickness can improve the testing sensitivity and the
signal-to-noise ratio.

This work was aimed at studying the overall, partial, and local residence time distributions (RTD); overall, partial and local residence revolution distributions (RRD) and overall, partial and local residence volume distributions (RVD) in a co‐rotating twin screw extruder, on the one hand; and establishing the relationships among them, on the other hand. Emphasis was placed on the effects of the type and geometry of mixing elements (a gear block and various types of kneading elements differing in staggering angle) and process parameters on the RTD, RRD and RVD. The overall and partial RTD were directly measured in‐line during the extrusion process and the local ones were calculated by deconvolution based on a statistical theory. The local RTD allowed comparing the mixing performance of mixing elements. Also it was confirmed both experimentally and theoretically that specific throughput, defined as a ratio of throughput (Q) over screw speed (N), controlled all the above three types of residence distributions, be they local, partial or overall. The RRD and RVD do not provide more information on an extrusion process than the corresponding RTD. Rather they are different ways of representing the same phenomena. POLYM. ENG. A novel reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) reagent bearing triphenylamine (TPA)
group, 4-diphenylamino-dithiobenzoic acid benzyl ester (DDABE), was designed and synthesized. It was used
in the RAFT polymerizations of styrene (St) and methyl acrylate (MA) to prepare end-functionalized polymers.
The results of the polymerization showed that the RAFT polymerizations could be well controlled using DDABE
as the RAFT agent. Number-average molecular weight (Mn,GPC) increased linearly
with monomer conversion, and molecular weight distributions were relatively narrow (PDI<
1.50). The results of chain-extension reaction, 1H NMR spectra and UV/Vis
spectra confirmed that most of the polymers chains were end-capped by the functional triphenylamine
(TPA) groups. The effect of feed molar ratios of St/DDABE/AIBN on polymerization was investigated. 相似文献

以十二烷基磺酸钠为模板剂、乙二胺为碱性介质,将水热法合成的氧化铁/十二烷基磺酸钠复合中孔材料在550℃、空气气氛中煅烧10h,除去模板剂,得到介孔氧化铁。通过X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附方法对介孔氧化铁的晶体结构和表面物性进行表征。表征结果显示,煅烧后的介孔氧化铁具有典型的六方介孔的结构特征,平均孔径为5.4nm。将介孔氧化铁用于催化正辛醇乙氧基化反应,研究结果表明,升高反应温度和初始压力、增加催化剂用量,可加快环氧乙烷的反应速率,同时产物的相对分子质量分布较窄。当平均聚合度为6.5时,正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚相对分子质量分布的选择性系数达到21.1。 相似文献
