石油工程项目管理机制

为了妥善处理石油工程项目中的委托-代理关系,研究了委托-代理模型和石油工程项目管理中的激励约束机制,分析了激励机制、监督机制和选择机制在石油工程项目运行管理中的重要性.只有用有效的契约去激励技术服务公司,才能使服务公司在追求自身效益最大化的同时也为实现石油公司的最大效益而尽最大努力;只有对技术服务公司的作业实施监督,才能形成对技术服务公司的有效约束;采用激励性承包方式、实施综合性评标和组建工程项目动态联盟能够防止逆向选择.分析表明,在最优激励安排下,激励强度与项目面临的不确定性、承包商的边际成本及其风险规避系数负相关,与承包商的边际生产率正相关,还与其他可观测变量相关.在最优监督水平下,作业公司的边际生产率越高,边际成本越低,越容易监督,监督带来的边际收益越高.对于那些监督比较困难的项目,可以通过加强惩罚力度的方式弥补难以有效监督的不足.激励性承包方式可以减小逆向选择造成的危害,组建动态联盟可以进一步加强激励作用,降低道德风险,解决逆向选择问题.参8

在三峡库区滑坡地质力学模型试验研究基础上，阐述了滑坡地质力学模型试验的研究现状。指出时间相似比在滑坡模型相似判据研究中须慎重选择；提出以重晶石粉系相似材料能较好模拟软土体滑坡；并介绍了模型相似材料测试中低参数指标测试存在的问题以及模型试验测试技术中的最新进展。     

自适应抗干扰系统在引信中的应用

为了提高无线电引信的抗干扰性能,研究以自适应天线技术为基础的引信抗干扰系统.根据信号与干扰的具体环境,灵活地控制天线的参数,自动调节方向图,使其零点自适应地对准干扰方向,以实现在空间上对信号的最佳接收和对干扰的有效抑制.     

超声波流量计计量系统性能的主要影响因素

随着我国天然气工业的发展，已有大量超声波流量计用于高压、大流量的天然气计量。尽管我国已于2001年颁布并实施了气体超声波流量计使用方面的国家标准GB/T18604-2001，但是随着超声波流量计越来越广泛的使用，国内外对超声波流量计计量性能的影响因素已有了进一步的研究；而且，目前我国超声波流量计在天然气计量中的应用效果也还需要进一步改善。因此，根据目前国、内外最新研究成果，对噪声、脏污、压力及温度测量对超声波流量计计量系统性能的主要影响因素以及控制对策进行了分析探讨，以期改变虽经实验室检定合格、但用于现场却不能达到预期计量性能效果的情况，使超声波流量计在现场能够得到更好的应用。     

无线局域网的安全解决方案

本文描述了无线局城网中的认证和密钥管理协议,CCMP认证加密协议。IEEE 802.11依赖于IEEE 802.1x 来支持认证和密钥管理服务,更进一步的,四次握手协议用来建立分组传输的数据加密密钥。IEEE 802.11i也定义了认证者更新一个组暂时密钥(GTK)给请求者的组密钥握手,这样请求者可以接收广播消息。     

Modeling for local dynamic behaviors of phenol biodegradation in bubble columns

A coupled three-dimensional (3-D) model, combining hydrodynamics with biochemical reactions, was developed to simulate the local transient flow patterns and the dynamic behaviors of cell growth and phenol biodegradation by yeast Candida tropicalis in the bubble-column bioreactor, using the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method. In order to validate this proposed model effectively, the validation of the local hydrodynamic characteristics of the gas-mineral salt solution (gas-liquid) two-phase system, with the phenol concentration of 1200 mg/L, and with the absence of cells, was performed in a square-sectioned bubble column bioreactor using the LDA system and conductivity probe. Furthermore, the validation of phenol biodegradation behaviors by yeast Candida tropicalis at different initial concentrations of phenol and cell was also carried out in the above bubble-column bioreactor. The results indicated that the model simulations had a satisfying agreement with the experimental data. Finally, the local instantaneous flow and phenol biodegradation features including gas holdup, gas velocity, liquid velocity, cell concentration and phenol concentration inside the bioreactor were successfully predicted in different-scale bubble columns by the proposed model. © 2006 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2006     

Ennoblement of stainless steel in natural seawater – A new explanation

The ennoblement of corrosion potential (E_corr) of passive metal immersed in seawater was investigated with electrochemical technology and epifluorescence microscopy. The in situ observation showed that the bacteria number increased on the metal surface according to an exponential law which was in the same way with the ennoblement of E_corr. At the same time, the anodic polarization current of high‐Mo stainless steel decreased in the initial days. According to the mix‐potential theory and the characteristics of polarization curves of high‐Mo steel in natural seawater, the ennoblement of corrosion potential may be induced by the decrease of the passive current density.

硫酸钙氨法制取硫酸钾新工艺的实验研究

利用K2 +2 ,Ca2 +/ /SO2 -4 ,Cl2 -2 ,NH3—H2 O混合体系相图作为工艺指导 ,进行硫酸钙制取硫酸钾工艺的相图研究和分析 ,确定实验优选因素及水平并进行正交实验 ,根据实验结果进行极差分析 ,得出新的结论。合适的工艺条件为 :氨浓度为 40 % ,配料比n( 2KCl) :n(CaSO4 ·2H2 O)为 1:1,反应温度为 5℃ ,反应时间为 1h。
