退火态5083铝合金焊接接头组织与性能分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用连续挤压—拉拔—刮削光亮化技术制备的ER5356铝合金焊丝对退火态5083铝合金板材进行MIG焊接,并通过金相、扫描、硬度、拉伸等观察与测试手段对其焊接接头进行试验分析。结果表明:该技术制备的焊丝焊接效果良好,焊缝无裂纹、夹杂等缺陷;焊接接头各区域组织分布均匀,焊缝中心硬度最低,为68 HV,焊接接头抗拉强度为277 MPa,强度系数为92.3%,力学性能较好,完全达到了实际焊接要求和船舶使用需求。  相似文献

针对750 kV变电架构在地震中易损性问题。基于ANSYS有限元软件,分别建立了750kV构架隔震前后的有限元模型,输入地震波进行动力时程响应分析。结果表明,采用合适的隔震支座后电力架构基频降低,顶端位移响应、杆件应力以及倾覆力矩较隔震前都有不同程度的减小,验证了隔震系统的有效性。  相似文献

The new hybrid elements are proposed by combing modified Hermitian wavelet elements with ANASYS elements. Then hybrid elements are substituted into finite element formulations to solve the load identification. Transfer matrix can be constructed by using the inverse Newmark algorithm and hybrid finite element method. Loads can obtain through the responses and the transfer matrix. Load identification law was studied under different excitation cases in rod and Timoshenko beam. Regularization method is adopted to solve ill-posed inverse problem of load identification. Compared with ANSYS results, hybrid elements and HCSWI elements can accurately identify the applied load. Numerical results show that the algorithm of hybrid elements is effective. The accuracy of hybrid elements and HCSWI elements can be verified by comparing the load identification result of ANASYS elements with the experiment data. Hermitian wavelet finite element methods have high accuracy advantage but it is difficult to apply the engineering practice. In practical engineering, complex structure can be analyzed by using the hybrid finite element methods which can be obtained the high accuracy in the crucial component.  相似文献

An effective and more efficient path planning algorithm is developed for a kinematically non-redundant free-floating space robot (FFSR) system by proposing a concept of degree of controllability (DOC) for underactuated systems. The DOC concept is proposed for making full use of the internal couplings and then achieving a better control effect, followed by a certain definition of controllability measurement which measures the DOC, based on obtaining an explicit and finite equivalent affine system and singular value decomposition. A simple method for nilpotent approximation of the Lie algebra generated by the FFSR system is put forward by direct Taylor expansion when obtaining the equivalent system. Afterwards, a large-controllability-measurement (LCM) nominal path is searched by a weighted A* algorithm, and an optimal self-correcting method is designed to track the nominal path approximately, yielding an efficient underactuated path. The proposed strategy successfully avoids the drawback of inefficiency inherent in previous path-planning schemes, which is due to the neglect of internal couplings, and illustrative numerical examples show its efficacy.  相似文献

为了解决人乳头瘤病毒16型L1蛋白(HPV16L1)为主要靶点的疫苗缺乏肿瘤模型细胞来验证疫苗的免疫效果的问题,构建了一个细胞模型并可以利用此细胞在实验动物体内形成肿瘤,用于以HPV16L1为主要靶点疫苗的验证实验。利用这个模型细胞或肿瘤模型可以在体内外检测疫苗的免疫学性质和保护功效。首先,利用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)的方法获得目标基因HPV16L1的基因序列并连接到载体质粒中,将质粒转染到细胞TC-1后在杀稻瘟菌素抗性压力筛选下获得稳定表达HPV16L1的细胞株。对TC-1和TC-1-HPV16L1两种细胞的生长增殖和成瘤特性进行比较发现,外源基因的加入对细胞特性没有影响。通过体外杀伤实验证实细胞TC-1-HPV16L1能够被HPV16L1靶点疫苗免疫过的小鼠脾淋巴细胞杀伤。实验动物被疫苗免疫后,进行攻瘤实验发现疫苗只对TC-1-HPV16L1组具有保护作用。综上,在本研究中成功地构建了可以检测HPV16L1疫苗的抑瘤效果的模型细胞TC-1-HPV16L1,为HPV疫苗的研究提供了一个模型细胞。  相似文献

BN-SiO2-SiAlON composite ceramics were successfully prepared by the means of hot pressed sintering. Xe plasma flow generated by Hall Thruster was used for sputtering the surface of the samples in order to evaluate the plasma erosion resistance. XRD, TEM, SEM, and LSCM were used to characterize the phase composition and morphologies of as-made composite ceramics before and after Xe plasma erosion. The ceramics were composed of h-BN, fused silica, and SiAlON, which maintained structural stability during the process of Xe plasma sputtering. In conclusion, comparing with BN-SiO2 composite ceramics, the plasma erosion rate of BN-SiO2-SiAlON composite ceramics decreases significantly at first then rises with the increase of AlN addition. Erosion pits can be observed by using SEM on the surface after plasma sputtering, which demonstrates that the BN grains have dropped off the surface. In addition, mechanical denudation by high-speed Xe ions is recognized as the injury mechanism for the BN-matrix composite materials.  相似文献

针对光伏并网逆变器LCL滤波器的大纹波电流和高频谐波损耗问题,分析了电感之和、电感比值和滤波电容值、谐振频率以及入网电流之间的关系,提出了一种LCL滤波器参数最优设计方法.分析了LCL滤波器的传递特性并建立了谐波等效模型,研究了滤波参数对谐振频率以及并网电流的影响,根据LCL滤波器的设计约束条件和光伏并网逆变器实例设计了一组最优参数,并进行了仿真研究.结果表明,提出的优化方案不仅能够有效抑制开关频率的高频纹波,还能减小电感取值和阻尼损耗.  相似文献

CeO2 stabilized ZrO2 ultra fine nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via a simple and effective sol-gel synthetic approach by using zirconylchloride octahydrate, cerium nitrate hexahydrate, and citric acid as starting materials. A series of techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N2-sorption analysis, were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples. XRD studies indicate that the as-synthesized sample is of well crystallized tetragonal phase of CeO2 stabilized ZrO2 with high purity. TEM images show that the as-synthesized sample is composed of a large number of fine dispersive nanoparticles with an average size about 10 nm. The as-synthesized tetragonal CeO2 stabilized ZrO2 sample was heated at different temperatures in order to evaluate its thermal stability. The exprimental results reveal that the as-synthesized tetragonal CeO2 stabilized ZrO2 sample exhibits excellent stability without the occurrence of phase transformation.  相似文献

We consider the phase noise filtering problem for interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) based on the dictionary learning technique. Due to the non-convexity of the optimization problem is difficult to solve. By using the splitting technique and employing the augmented Lagrangian framework, we obtain a relaxed nonlinear constraint optimization problem with l1-norm regularization which can be solved efficiently by the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Specifically, we firstly train dictionaries from the InSAR complex phase data, and then reconstruct the desired complex phase image from the sparse representation. Simulation results based on simulated and measured data show that this new InSAR phase noise reduction method has a much better performance than several classical phase filtering methods in terms of residual count, mean square error (MSE) and preservation of the fringe completeness.  相似文献

To simulate the firing pattern of biological grid cells, this paper presents an improved computational model of grid cells based on column structure. In this model, the displacement along different directions is processed by modulus operation, and the obtained remainder is associated with firing rate of grid cell. Compared with the original model, the improved parts include that: the base of modulus operation is changed, and the firing rate in firing field is encoded by Gaussian-like function. Simulation validates that the firing pattern generated by the improved computational model is more consistent with biological characteristic than original model. Besides, the firing pattern is badly influenced by the cumulative positioning error, but the computational model can also generate the regularly hexagonal firing pattern when the real-time positioning results are modified.  相似文献
