先进控制技术可以把若干个变量控制在期望的控制点上,从而达到装鼍效益的整体优化。近年来,各种先进控制软件在催化裂化装置、加氢裂化等装置上得到了广泛的应用。为了实施加氢裂化装置的先进控制,需要在线计算其产品质量指标。轻石脑油干点就是其中一个质量指标。为了避免单纯依靠过程数据进行软测量建模而导致的计算结果与工艺分析结果相矛盾的情况,结合过程数据和质量指标的关联公式,利用粒子群算法建立轻石脑油的软测量模型。该软测量模型已在现场实施,应用结果表明,该模型有较高精度。 相似文献

The evolution of microstructure and texture in drawn 〈111〉 single-crystal copper with strains from 0.28 to 4.12 was analyzed.
The texture analysis shows that in drawn 〈111〉 single-crystal copper, grain subdivision takes place, and at high strains,
fiber textures consist of 〈111〉 and 〈100〉. However, the distribution of fiber textures is inhomogeneous along the radial direction.
〈111〉 is located in the center of samples and 〈100〉 is near the surface. Comparison of the texture evolution of drawn 〈111〉
and 〈100〉 single-crystal coppers indicates that the initial orientation is an important factor affecting the ratio of fiber
texture 〈111〉 to 〈100〉. The results of microstructure show that at strains lower than 0.28, microstructure can be characterized
as dislocation cells and few microbands. When strains are more than 0.58, a large number of extended planar dislocation boundaries
appear. At strains more than 1.96, most of the extended planar boundaries are parallel to the drawn direction. 相似文献

The present study examined life stage and cultural differences in the degree to which familiarity of one's physical location and interaction partner is associated with daily well-being. Participants reported all the activities they engaged in and how they felt during these activities on a previous day using the Day Reconstruction Method (Kahneman, Krueger, Schkade, Schwarz, & Stone, 2004). Both Korean and American retirees were happier when in a familiar place than in an unfamiliar place, whereas the reverse was true for both Korean and American working adults. In addition, we found cultural differences in the role of familiarity of the interaction partner. Specifically, Koreans (both retirees and working adults) were substantially happier when they interacted with a familiar person than when they interacted with an unfamiliar person. MnCO3 nanorods with diameters of 50-150 nm and lengths of about 1-2 μm have been prepared for the first time by a facile hydrothermal method. Mn2O3 and Mn3O4 nanorods were obtained via the heat-treatment of the MnCO3 nanorods in air and nitrogen atmosphere, respectively. The morphology and structure of the as-synthesized MnCO3, Mn2O3 and Mn3O4 nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction. It was found that the MnCO3 nanorods are single-crystalline, and their morphology and single-crystalline characteristic can be sustained after thermal transformation into Mn2O3 and Mn3O4. The corresponding growth directions for MnCO3, Mn2O3 and Mn3O4 nanorods were [2 1 4], [1 0 0] and [1 1 2], respectively. When applied as anode materials for lithium ion batteries, the Mn2O3 and Mn3O4 nanorods exhibited a reversible lithium storage capacity of 998 and 1050 mAh/g, respectively, in the first cycles. 相似文献

The cytotoxic activities of 23 new isocombretastatin A derivatives with modifications on the B‐ring were investigated. Several compounds exhibited excellent antiproliferative activity at nanomolar concentrations against a panel of human cancer cell lines. Compounds isoFCA‐4 ( 2 e ), isoCA‐4 ( 2 k ) and isoNH2CA‐4 ( 2 s ) were the most cytotoxic, and strongly inhibited tubulin polymerization with IC50 values of 4, 2 and 1.5 μM , respectively. These derivatives were found to be 10‐fold more active than phenstatin and colchicine with respect to growth inhibition but displayed similar activities as tubulin polymerization inhibitors. In addition, cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase and subsequent apoptosis was observed in three cancer cell lines when treated with these compounds. The disruptive effect of 2 e , 2 k and 2 s on the vessel‐like structures formed by human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) suggest that these compounds may act as vascular disrupting agents. Both compounds 2 k and 2 s have the potential for further prodrug modification and development as vascular disrupting agents for treatment of solid tumors. 相似文献
